Chapter 1082 - 883: The Power of Six-Colored Divine Light (Part 2)

The light spheres’ surface flowed with intricate and ancient light patterns, each one a Dragon Language Rune he had never seen before. The strokes and structure differed entirely from any written language system Duke had encountered in the Six-Ring Tower Library, resembling an imprint of will directly etched by Rules themselves.

They rotated slowly on the surface of the light sphere along their independent trajectories, each intertwining of light patterns sparking a deep resonance within the sphere, a sound that penetrated everything, directly impacting the realm of Spiritual Power.

Duke raised his right hand, spreading his fingers, as dark red, earth yellow, sky blue, and blue Rule Powers converged at his fingertips, transforming into a Four-Color Light Beam that blasted the sphere’s front.

The light beam struck solidly on the surface of the light sphere, the collision point exploding into an energy shockwave that shattered all the suspended Golden Flowers around, creating a near hundred-meter-diameter circular depression in the ground below, the rubble and dust rolling outward.

Yet the light sphere itself remained intact, without a single crack, maintaining a near indifferent, steady rotation rhythm, flowing lazily across the sphere’s surface.

Duke’s expression grew slightly grim, as under his will, the Demon God roared, swinging its double axes, striking the same spot just attacked by the Four-Color Light Beam. The instant the axe blades collided with the light sphere, an even wilder shockwave erupted.

The ground beneath the Demon God’s feet collapsed, the rocks underneath the sphere unable to withstand the continuous high-intensity impacts, shattered into dust directly.

Yet the light sphere remained unmoved, its light patterns continuing to rotate as before. Inside, Audric continued his low chanting of the Dragon Language Spell, showing no regard for anything outside the sphere, evidently having absolute confidence in its defensive capability.

Duke withdrew his right hand as the residual Four-Color light threads around his fingers slowly dissipated.

He fixed his gaze on the Light Sphere’s surface with the rotating Dragon Language Runes, his pupils slightly shrinking.

Since he mastered the Four-Color Divine Light, it had been unstoppable.

Yet the sphere before him remained completely unaffected even with the combined full-power strike of the Four-Color Divine Light and the Demon God, which was far from normal.

Audric couldn’t obtain far superior defensive ability than his current level out of nowhere unless the power sustaining the sphere’s operation partly didn’t belong to him.

The ancient and majestic Dragon Language chanting was drawing power from a source far beyond Audric’s own limits.

Perhaps the dormant soul will of some ancient ancestor within his Golden Dragon Bloodline was responding to his call, or maybe it was some prohibited Secret Technique passed down through generations in the Bloodgold Family, exchanging defense with the bloodline as the price.

No matter what it was, Duke didn’t have time to analyze it in detail.

The vertical pupil emerging from the cloud rift was still absorbing Void Energy, preparing a big strike, and Duke didn’t know its power limit, nor did he intend to know.

With a deep breath, he raised his right hand.

The Four-Color Divine Light couldn’t break the sphere’s shell, so he would no longer waste Magic Power trying.

Audric lay curled within the Dark Gold Light Sphere, motionless, with the vertical pupil above extracting Void Energy constantly, the Dragon Language Runes on the sphere’s surface continuing their steady, indifferent rotation.

In this state, Audric’s defense was certainly invincible, but the cost was equally clear.

He couldn’t move, like a live target locked within an iron coffin.

Duke just needed to concentrate all his power and break that shell.

Six kinds of Rule Powers lit up simultaneously in his palm, the entirely distinct forces flooding his Spiritual Power network toward his palm, forcibly compressed between his five fingers.

The Six-Color Light Sphere initially only grew to fist size, with six colors flowing inside, mutually repelling, sparking tiny energy ripples over its surface with each collision.

Duke’s Spiritual Power, resembling countless invisible threads, tightly clasped this repelling force, continuing to compress inward.

During compression, the sphere expanded from fist size to head size, then to a water tank size, each expansion increasing the internal energy by several folds.

Slightly bulging veins appeared on Duke’s forehead as six Rule Branches within his Spiritual Sea trembled simultaneously, the Six-Element Compound Spiritual Crystal at the core frantically operating, channeling massive Magic Power into the continually expanding sphere.

As the Six-Color Light Sphere’s diameter expanded to surpass his own height, the surrounding space began to buckle under this energy’s pressure, at the sphere’s edge, air ionized directly, countless arcing flashes frantically jumping across its surface.

The Demon God at his feet instinctively stepped back half a step, its eye sockets burning with Dark Red Soul Fire fixating on the Six-Color Light Sphere, sensing some deep soul-rooted fear.

Not enough.

Clenching his teeth, Duke pushed his Spiritual Power to the limit, continuing to compress inward.

The Light Divine Status trembled within the Spiritual Sea core, the Dark Bloodline imprint silently echoed on the opposite side of the crystal, the World Tree Seedling providing extremely subtle energy aid through the Slave Contract to stabilize Spiritual Sea operation.

The Six-Color Light Sphere continued expanding, its diameter extended twice Duke’s height, every pulse causing the entire valley’s ground to tremble violently, with Duke at its center, as the rock ground beneath fractured, sunk, pulverized under invisible pressure.

The Demon God’s legs were deeply embedded into the ground as flakes from the rock wall rustled down.

Duke, now hoisting the limit-expanded Six-Color Light Sphere, suddenly exerted leg strength, leapt upwards.

The Demon God simultaneously used its last strength to hurl him upward, Duke’s figure soaring across the sky tinted dark gold by the vertical pupil, dragging behind six entwined light tails like a Six-Color Comet rising from the earth aimed straight for the Dark Gold Light Sphere floating in the valley’s center.

Until Duke rose directly over the sphere, his hands lifted the larger-than-his-body Six-Color Light Sphere overhead, then smashed it down with full force.

The instant the Six-Color Light Sphere collided with the Dark Gold Light Sphere, the entirety of the world appeared muted.

Every sound, wind, Dragon Language chanting, ground rumble, and more disappeared.

Then, a mushroom cloud woven from six colors abruptly ascended from the impact point, a massive fireball consuming the entire valley and surrounding mountains. Where its light passed, rocks vaporized instantly, even dust was burned into nothingness.

The explosion core’s temperature at that moment was enough to obliterate everything, and the Dark Gold Light Sphere below finally showed cracks under the weight of the force.

A single thin crack began at the sphere’s top, extending downward, rapidly expanding, branching, then expanding further under the ongoing erosion of Six-Color Divine Light.

Dragon Language Runes shattered one after another, each one’s fragmentation triggering a resentful dragon roar inside the sphere.

Within the sphere, Audric suddenly opened his eyes, fear surfacing in his pale golden vertical pupils for the first time.

And then the sphere exploded, its dark gold fragments interwoven with six-color lights, being wrapped in the shockwave and flung wildly in every direction.

The entirety of the explosion covered dozens of kilometers, flattening several surrounding peaks, leaving behind a gigantic crater hundreds of meters deep, with its bottom’s rocks molten into a dark red magma lake, pit walls smooth as glass.

Audric’s figure was flung from the explosion core, reverted to human form, his Scale Armor shattered, the Dark Red Magic Robe scorched with holes, an arm twisted unnaturally at his side, heavily crashing onto the edge’s rubble, coughing out a large mouthful of dark red blood mixed with organ shards, the light in his pale golden vertical pupil had dimmed to almost invisible.
