This policy explains how NOVGO handles information when you browse Novgo.net, use reader features, create an account or contact us. The information involved depends on the features you use.

Information you provide

  • Accounts: an email address, display name, profile image and sign-in details. Password accounts store a password hash. If Google sign-in is available and you choose it, we receive the profile information needed to identify your account, not your Google password.
  • Reading activity: saved novels, reading history, progress and preferences associated with the reader features you use. Some information stays in your browser; signed-in features can also store information with your account.
  • Messages and contributions: the information you submit in contact forms, chapter reports, ratings or comments. Contact submissions include your name, email, selected subject and message.
  • Optional supporter features: if a payment or membership integration is offered and you use it, transaction references and details supplied by that provider may be used to verify support and apply account benefits. Payment details entered on the provider's website are subject to its policy.

Information from visits

The site and its service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referral information and access times. These records help deliver pages, investigate errors, limit spam and protect accounts and the service.
