Copyright Policy

NOVGO respects copyright in novels, translations, cover artwork and other creative work. If material available at Novgo.net infringes your rights, you or an authorized representative can ask us to review it using the process below.

What to include

To help us identify the work and understand your request, provide:

  1. Your full name and contact details, including an email address, mailing address and telephone number. If you represent a rights holder, identify them and explain your authority.
  2. The copyrighted work concerned, with a source link or other identifying details. For multiple works, provide a representative list.
  3. The exact Novgo.net URLs you want reviewed and a description of the disputed material.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized by the rights holder, their agent or the law.
  5. A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you hold the relevant rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send a request

Open our contact page, choose Copyright removal request, and put the notice and affected URLs in the message field. Do not submit passwords, payment details or unrelated identity documents.

Review and follow-up

We review requests and may ask for clarification when a work, URL or authorization is unclear. Where appropriate, we remove or restrict access to the reported material. Relevant details may be shared with the person who supplied it or others involved in resolving the claim. Please send notice information that is necessary for that purpose.

If you believe a removal was mistaken

Contact us with the original URL, the relevant notice details and an explanation of why the material was misidentified or your use was authorized. Where a formal legal counter-notice procedure applies, follow its requirements. The U.S. Copyright Office's notice and counter-notice guidance explains the U.S. process. Sending a message does not automatically restore removed material.
