Andre nodded as he looked at the blossoming flowers.

"You can see them?" Sally’s eyes widened as she stared at Andre.

"You can’t see them?" Andre shot back. His question left both Sally and Lina speechless.

"Alright, you two can go about your business. But for now, leave those Magic Plants alone."

Andre waved his hand dismissively at Lina and Sally.

"Why not? Those Magic Plants aren’t yours!"

Lina’s eyes widened as she confronted Andre.

Andre was left speechless by her question.

"Why don’t you take a look at this?"

Andre sighed and pointed to the Crown on his forehead.

Lina froze, staring blankly at Andre.

Sally looked at Andre, recalling certain books she had once read.

According to those books, Andre did indeed have the Ability and the right to do so.

Who could argue? Andre was the Child of the World for the Cosmic Sea World.

In the entire world, he was second only to the world consciousness itself.

Before Andre became the Child of the World, anything in the Cosmic Sea World belonged to whoever found it first.

But once Andre became the Child of the World, all those things became his private property, both in principle and in fact.

The only way to change this would be for another Child of the World to be born, one who could challenge Andre for his domain and seize half the world.

But how was that possible?

Andre was already aware that unless he died, the Cosmic Sea World would never again produce a second Child of the World.

’What could a second Child of the World even do for the Cosmic Sea World? Could they enhance its Power like I can? Could they create new pillars to support the Laws and Rules within the Cosmic Sea World? If they can’t do any of that, then what’s the point of a second Child of the World?’

"Conquering this world is what’s most important right now. Everything else has to be set aside for that. Don’t you understand?"

Andre said, looking at Lina and Sally.

Faced with the grand justification Andre had thrown at them, Lina and Sally both pouted. Ultimately, however, they left his side and returned to the Star Realm Battleship. Leaving the area, they began searching for other Interstellar Battleships.

After Lina and Sally left, Andre looked at the Central Race Alliance Army before him. With a casual gesture, the army split into small squads and began to search for other units of the Racial Alliance Army.

Now that the Child of the World had taken his place, the master of the Cosmic Sea World had been born.

Therefore, it was now up to Andre to decide how to deal with the foreign enemies invading their world.

As for whether some members of the Racial Alliance Army might turn on him after escaping his suppression... that was not a concern. The Power of the World Andre had just used to crush the Racial Alliance Army had already dispersed to lock onto each of their Souls.

If they dared to do anything against Andre, that Power of the World would detonate their Souls.
