Chapter 762: Chapter 761: Oh My Precious Darling (5)

The two walked behind chatting, while the elderly and the young in front did not stop.

No one knew what the old man said, but he made the little girl laugh non-stop.

When they got home, Bella and Sharon went into the kitchen to wash and cut vegetables, preparing for lunch and other things.

The old man was in the living room playing with the little girl.

"Talia, come, Grandpa will give you a horse ride." The old man didn’t care about his status, he lay on the ground, letting the little girl climb onto his back.

The bodyguard hiding behind the balcony was watching, his heart trembling, afraid that the old man might get hurt.

After all, even though the little girl was young and not overweight, she still had some heft.

The bodyguard thought about whether to rush out and lie down himself to let the girl ride, for the old man’s safety.

But before he could move, he saw the little girl shake her head.

The little girl reached out to pull the old man up, said in a childish voice, "Grandpa, Talia won’t ride the horse. Mommy said it’s not polite and it’ll squash Grandpa."

"It’s okay, Talia, don’t be afraid, Grandpa is strong."

Among the Sinclair children, besides Blythe Sinclair, even the relatives’ children were all boys and not cute at all, always thinking about how to make money. Blythe was very sick as a child and spent most of the time in hospitals and sanatoriums.

This led to the old man never enjoying the bliss of playing with grandchildren, but now finally having such a lovable dry great-granddaughter, he certainly wanted to be like the elders in ordinary families, carrying the little girl around the house.

The little girl still shook her head, a serious and earnest expression on her adorable face, said, "Talia doesn’t want Grandpa to get hurt. If Grandpa gets hurt, Talia will worry and feel sad."

"Oh my, Grandpa’s sweetheart!" The old man heard this and felt his heart melt, held the little girl and gave her a big kiss.

The little girl giggled twice, said, "Grandpa, you shouldn’t play for too long. How about I play the violin for you instead?"

"Oh my, our Talia can play the violin? That’s great, then Grandpa wants to listen." The old man was very cooperative, the more he looked, the more he thought the little girl was too adorable and wanted to steal her home to raise.

Earlier, when Sharon got off the car, she was carrying Talia’s small violin, which was now placed on the coffee table in the living room.

The little girl herself opened the violin case, took out the small violin specially made to measure by Damian Sinclair’s invitation.

Tuning and rosin, then placing the violin on her shoulder, the little girl did it very skillfully.

"Grandpa, ’Castle in the Sky’, this is a piece I just learned, Mommy hasn’t heard it yet, you’re the first to hear it."

"Alright, alright, Grandpa will listen very, very carefully."

The piece that even Young Acker hadn’t heard, Talia played it for him first, making the old man feel a bit smug.

The little girl slowly closed her eyes, her small hand carrying the bow began to perform.

Melodious music began, with a hint of subtle melancholy and poignancy, yet as the music progressed, one could hear hope, aspiration, striving, and a kind of resilience.

The old man initially just wanted to cheer the little girl up, letting her do as she wished, but now he felt completely different.

The little girl playing the violin suddenly seemed to transform from an adorable, smart ordinary girl into a glowing little sprite.
