Villainess Breaker: Raising Broken Beauties Against Destiny

Chapter 360: Ancient Era Sisters Revealed

The sea continued shrinking until almost nothing remained, and eventually, cracks began spreading across the surfaces of the two cocoons.

Serina emerged first, and just like Cassandra, her appearance had changed drastically from before.

Her once darker hair and eyes had transformed into a soft, light aqua blue that seemed to glow beneath the lingering spiritual mist.

Pale blue markings resembling flowing streams of water had appeared across her shoulders, arms, and collarbone, making her look almost inhumanly beautiful.

More importantly, her aura felt completely different. Damian could sense something elegant and almost heavenly within it, like the presence of an immortal descending into the mortal world.

Yet for some reason, there was also something faintly frightening hidden beneath that serenity.

Serina slowly opened her eyes, and Damian immediately felt that she had become much sharper than before.

Her natural intelligence and cautious personality had been amplified into something far more dangerous, making her calm expression feel even harder to read.

A moment later, Miona also emerged from her cocoon, though far more violently.

Dark-blue water exploded outward as she crashed onto the exposed seabed.

Her hair and eyes had turned a much deeper blue, nearly black toward the ends, while dark aquatic markings spread across her arms, waist, and legs just like Serina’s.

Unlike Serina’s calm, almost righteous aura, Miona’s presence felt aggressive and faintly demonic.

It carried the crushing pressure of the deep ocean, as if everything around her had been dragged beneath the surface.

Damian stared at the two sisters for several seconds before rubbing his temple.

"Of course. One looks like some heavenly water immortal, and the other looks like she crawled out of the deepest part of the damn ocean. You two really are complete opposites."

His eyes shifted toward the system as his expression flattened. "And seriously, System? Why the hell can’t I see their full information now?"

---

Damian could only sigh when the System refused to answer. "Fine. Keep your fucking secrets."

He leaned back and continued watching the projection. By now, almost the entire sea had disappeared into Serina and Miona’s bodies.

As the final layers of water drained away, something enormous slowly emerged from beneath the seabed.

Damian’s eyes widened when he realized that an absolutely massive ancient structure had been hidden beneath the sea all along.

It was less like a normal palace and more like an entire fortress city buried beneath the ocean.

Huge towers rose from the exposed seabed while countless ancient formations covered its walls.

At the center stood an enormous pair of gates large enough to make the two sisters look insignificant.

Serina and Miona stared at the structure in silence. Neither understood why, yet both felt an incredibly familiar connection coming from beyond those gates.

Miona frowned. "Big Sis... you feel that too, right?"

Serina slowly nodded. "It feels like it’s calling us."

Without discussing it any further, the sisters walked toward the palace and stopped before the enormous gate.

Almost instinctively, they raised their hands and pressed their palms against its surface.

BOOM!

The entire palace trembled violently, and ancient formations that had remained dormant for countless years suddenly began to activate.

Before either sister could react, enormous amounts of information flooded directly into their minds.

Both women staggered as countless memories suddenly flooded into their minds.

Thankfully, those memories also appeared within the projection, allowing Damian to watch everything along with them.

He immediately leaned forward. "Good job, System. At least now I can finally understand what the fuck is going on."

These weren’t memories from some past life or ancient reincarnation, but their own hidden memories, memories that had been sealed away when they were still babies.

The sisters saw themselves as newborn babies inside an ancient sealed chamber. However, they hadn’t been ordinary infants.

Their tiny bodies were surrounded by terrifying formations designed to completely halt the passage of time, preserving them exactly as they were for countless years.

Serina’s eyes widened as understanding slowly dawned on her. "We weren’t born recently..."

Miona stared at the ancient palace in disbelief before suddenly realizing something even more shocking. "We were sealed? No... that means we’re... humans from the Ancient Era?"

More memories continued pouring into their minds, and this time, they came from before the two of them had been sealed.

These memories revealed far more than just fragments of their past; they also contained the truth about their real identities.

Serina was so shocked that she actually stumbled backward. What Miona had said was true. They really were humans from the Ancient Era.

Miona glanced at her older sister, frowned, and quickly tried to calm her down. "Big Sis, don’t lose focus yet. There’s still more. We need to understand everything first."

Serina soon calmed down and nodded. As more memories returned, the two sisters quickly began to understand what had actually happened.

Some time after the seal weakened and finally opened, members of the same organization currently pursuing them discovered the two infants.

At first, those people had no idea exactly who Serina and Miona were.

However, after researching the ruins and records surrounding their sealed chamber, they eventually uncovered fragments of information regarding the Twin Keys.

They were ancient humans who had been sealed away because of a terrifying calamity that occurred countless years ago.

More importantly, the sisters weren’t merely survivors of that era. They were living keys, the only beings capable of opening an inheritance that no outsider could enter.

The [Twin Heaven-Abyss Sea Palace].

Miona’s expression darkened. "I see it now. No wonder those bastards wanted us to awaken so badly."

Serina’s eyes became frighteningly calm as she stared ahead. "Indeed. They didn’t just want the inheritance hidden within this palace."

She looked down at her own hand, her expression growing colder. "They also wanted the power we gained after awakening."

The organization had therefore orchestrated almost everything from the shadows, all for the sake of awakening them.

They intentionally allowed the sisters to be taken away as infants, secretly monitoring them while waiting for the correct conditions.

Their peaceful childhood, their parents being hunted down, and even their eventual entry into the Nether Blood Moon Sect.

All of it had been arranged to force the Twin Keys to mature naturally before finally bringing them back here.

Miona clenched her fists, anger burning in her eyes. "Damn those bastards... How dare they treat us like pigs they raised just to slaughter later?"

Serina remained silent for several seconds before suddenly smiling.

She turned toward Miona and gently placed a hand on her shoulder. "They planned everything carefully. Every step followed the information they obtained from the ancient records beside the place where we were sealed as babies."

Her smile deepened as she turned back toward the palace. "Unfortunately for them... all of that planning was for nothing."

Miona froze for a moment before suddenly understanding what her sister meant. A vicious grin spread across her face. "Hahaha... indeed, Big Sis. Those idiots really are fucking idiots."

Damian immediately sat upright. "Wait, why the hell did they say it like that? What did I miss?"

Serina opened her mouth, clearly about to explain, but before she could say anything, the projection suddenly froze.

---

Damian stared blankly at the message for a second before suddenly roaring, "FUCK! You stopped it right there?!"

He dragged both hands down his face and groaned. "Goddammit. It was just getting interesting."

With no other choice, Damian finally turned toward the base and headed inside.

He needed some time to think about what to do next and figure out his next move.
