Villainess Breaker: Raising Broken Beauties Against Destiny
Chapter 359: Twin Keys Finally Awaken
Without Helena appearing to save them, Serina and Miona were forced to face the mysterious assassin alone.
The masked man stood calmly several meters away, his High Golden Core aura pressing down on the entire area.
Miona immediately threw several talismans into the air. "Fuck you!"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Fire, lightning, and explosive Qi erupted around the assassin.
Serina moved at the same time, forming several hand seals as Water Qi spread beneath the battlefield.
[Flowing Water Lock Formation]
Streams of water twisted around the assassin’s legs, binding his movements.
Miona immediately compressed Water Qi around both fists and rushed forward.
BAM!
Her punch struck the assassin’s defense hard enough to shake it, but the masked man simply raised one hand, and a burst of qi blasted Miona backward.
"Miona!" Serina shouted.
She immediately moved to catch her with a stream of water before hurling three more talismans toward the assassin.
The sisters held nothing back, using everything they had to fight the assassin.
Everything they had stolen from the Blue Mist Sect and the Nether Blood Moon Sect was being emptied without hesitation.
The battle became increasingly desperate.
Serina controlled the battlefield with precise streams of Water Qi, constantly redirecting the assassin’s attacks and creating openings for her sister.
Miona fought completely differently, compressing water around her arms and legs until every punch and kick carried a violent impact.
Even so, none of it was enough. The assassin remained overwhelmingly stronger and countered everything they threw at him with ease.
The longer Damian watched, however, the more he realized something was wrong.
Whenever Serina tried to escape with Miona, the assassin immediately stopped them.
Yet whenever he had a perfect opportunity to kill either sister, his attacks would always shift slightly at the last moment.
A stab aimed at Miona’s heart pierced her shoulder instead, while a strike that could have crushed Serina’s skull slammed into her ribs.
Damian leaned forward. "Huh... that’s weird. He could’ve killed them several times already, so why hasn’t he? Could it be..."
He continued watching closely, wanting to see whether his suspicion was actually correct.
Hours of desperate fighting left both sisters barely standing, their robes soaked in blood.
The assassin approached slowly, a cruel grin spreading beneath his mask. "Hehe... Twin Keys, is this really all you’ve got? How pathetic. Your parents died protecting trash like you."
The moment those words left his mouth, something inside both sisters snapped.
Miona’s eyes turned completely bloodshot as her killing intent exploded. "SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
Even Serina lost her usual calm. Her face twisted with pure murderous rage as water qi violently surged around her. "Say one more word about them... and I’ll fucking tear you apart."
The masked man only laughed at their threats. "You still don’t understand, do you? The only reason you’re alive is because we allowed it."
His grin widened. "And those two people you called parents? They weren’t even your real parents. They were thieves who kidnapped the two of you and ran."
Both sisters froze.
"No..." Miona muttered.
Serina’s face went pale. "That’s impossible."
The assassin laughed again. "Impossible? I knew you were the Twin Keys before you even knew the name. Come back with me and forget those two worthless cultivators."
That was the final straw.
Whether they were related by blood or not no longer mattered. To Serina and Miona, those two people had always been their parents.
And in that very moment, their exhaustion, proximity to death, and overwhelming rage finally pushed something inside them past its limit.
Their auras suddenly changed.
Water qi erupted violently from both sisters, surging around their bodies until two enormous cocoons formed, each one completely enclosing each sister.
The moment Damian saw it, he immediately sat up straight. "What the hell... This transformation... how the fuck is it the same as Cassandra’s?"
He had no idea what was happening, so Damian could only keep watching to see what came next.
---
The assassin grinned as he watched the two cocoons. "Hahaha... finally. The Twin Keys have awakened."
He chuckled, remembering the plan from years ago. "Letting them get kidnapped, making them suffer, pushing them again and again... all of it was worth it."
Damian narrowed his eyes. "So that’s why... their parents’ deaths, the assassin, everything."
It had all been arranged for one purpose: to push Serina and Miona to the absolute edge and forcibly trigger their awakening.
The assassin immediately took both cocoons and carried them toward the place his superiors had ordered him to go.
Fortunately, because the sisters lacked enough qi, the cocoons remained completely still without undergoing any further changes.
Several days later, the assassin finally arrived at a vast sea filled with a strange mixture of dark and light blue water.
Its currents were terrifyingly unstable, calm one moment, then suddenly erupting into violent waves before becoming peaceful again.
Without hesitation, the assassin threw both cocoons into the sea and let out a long breath. "Finally, my job ends here. Goodbye, Twin Keys. Hopefully, we never meet again."
The moment he finished speaking, he fled as fast as possible, unwilling to remain near that sea for even another second.
Damian raised an eyebrow, wondering why the assassin had fled so quickly. A few seconds later, he understood why.
The entire sea suddenly trembled as both cocoons began glowing, while the water surrounding them started rotating faster and faster.
Within moments, two massive whirlpools formed around the cocoons as they absorbed the seawater like crazy.
Billions upon billions of tons of ancient water vanished into the two cocoons as if they were bottomless holes.
Damian suddenly shot to his feet. "What the fuck?! It’s the same! It’s really the same!"
He stared at the two cocoons in disbelief. "Just who the hell are these sisters?"
Cassandra had needed the [Demonic Queen’s Blood-Birth Festival], her sword, and countless sacrifices before completing her rebirth.
Yet Serina and Miona?
They had nearly died, formed cocoons, and were now casually devouring an entire fucking sea.
Damian rubbed his face. "Cassandra needed a goddamn blood festival to awaken, but what the hell is wrong with you sisters? You basically just need an entire ocean?"
He stared at the projection, his eyes twitching. "Just what the hell kind of bullshit identity do you two have...? And why the hell didn’t you show me their real identities from the start, System?"
