The tension only lasted another few seconds before Helena finally lost patience.

She shifted the massive axe resting on her shoulder and sighed. "Can we just fucking start already?"

Earth Qi exploded beneath her feet as she shot forward, completely ignoring Darius and heading straight toward Elder Toren.

Toren’s eyes widened slightly before his expression turned ugly. "A mere Golden Core cultivator dares choose me as her opponent?"

Nascent Soul pressure erupted from his body as he raised one hand, clearly intending to suppress Helena before she could even reach him.

Helena didn’t slow down.

Instead, her grin widened as she immediately activated the power of her axe.

The weapon suddenly expanded, transforming into the massive [Titan Mountain Cleaving Axe].

The instant Toren sensed the terrifying aura pouring from its blade, his expression changed.

Helena quickly swung her axe downward, dense Earth Qi compressing around the massive axe head until even the surrounding air groaned under its weight.

Toren immediately abandoned his plan to suppress her and drew his own sword, bringing it up in front of him and reinforcing it with Qi to block the strike.

BOOOOM!

The axe smashed directly into his defense, making Toren frown as the protective Qi surrounding his blade nearly shattered instantly.

That wasn’t all. The remaining force behind Helena’s strike blasted him backward like a cannonball.

He tore through several trees before finally crashing into a rocky slope hard enough to send stone fragments flying everywhere.

Helena rested the axe against her shoulder again, staring toward the cloud of dust. "Nascent Soul, huh? You sure about that?"

A furious roar immediately erupted from within the rubble as Toren burst out from the shattered rocks, his face red with anger. "You arrogant bitch! I’ll fucking kill you!"

Helena only grinned and pointed her axe toward him. "Good. Now you’ve finally got some fighting spirit."

Her grin widened. "Let’s turn it up a notch. I want to see just how strong a Nascent Soul cultivator really is."

The two disappeared deeper into the forest as another violent explosion shook the ground moments later.

Back near the base, Darius hadn’t moved. His attention was completely locked on Helena’s weapon.

His pupils narrowed as he sensed the aura radiating from the axe, and there was no mistaking it. "A King Grade weapon..."

For the first time since arriving, Darius’s breathing grew slightly heavier.

The rumors had claimed that the [Forbidden Immortal Harem] possessed one King Grade weapon, yet now another member had revealed a second.

"They actually have two King Grade weapons?"

Even hidden throughout the surrounding forest, several observers felt their expressions change dramatically.

The rumors alone had already been enough to draw them here, but now they had personally witnessed a King Grade weapon with their own eyes.

That changed everything.

Without hesitation, they quickly sent word back to their respective factions, confirming that the rumors were true.

Meanwhile, now that Darius knew there were actually two King Grade weapons, he no longer cared about holding back.

If the Morath Clan could obtain both of them, their strength and influence would rise dramatically.

His eyes hardened as he raised one hand toward the cultivators behind him. "Enough. Everyone, attack..."

Before he could even finish, Evelyn had already moved.

She raised her [Glacial Starfall Bow] and fired several frozen arrows toward them.

THWIP! THWIP! THWIP!

The arrows tore through the air before the Morath Clan’s Golden Core cultivators could properly react.

The first arrow struck one man in the shoulder, and ice immediately began spreading across his arm from the point of impact.

A second pierced another cultivator’s thigh, freezing his entire leg to the ground.

Within seconds, frost exploded across the battlefield, locking several Golden Core cultivators in place.

"Damn it!"

"Break the ice!"

"Move!"

Cynthia stepped forward beside Evelyn and took out her own King Grade weapon, [Silent Venom Rain Needles].

Several thin silver needles appeared between her fingers. With a simple flick of her wrist, they vanished from sight.

Several cultivators who had been charging forward suddenly stiffened.

One of them tried to circulate his Qi, only for his face to turn pale. "My... meri...dians..."

He collapsed before he could finish speaking, and the other cultivators quickly followed.

Their Qi circulation was forcibly disrupted, and one after another, they lost consciousness almost instantly.

Cynthia calmly adjusted her sleeve. "Good. Now that they’re all unconscious, they shouldn’t be bothering them anymore."

Evelyn glanced at the collapsed cultivators, then at her. "Good job."

Cynthia gave her a faint smile. "Of course. Now then... shall we enjoy the fight properly?"

As if they weren’t standing in the middle of an incoming battle, she casually pulled two chairs and an entire tea set out of her storage ring before looking toward the servants behind them. "Please serve us some tea."

The servant nodded without even hesitating. "Yes, Miss Poison Dragon."

A moment later, Cynthia and Evelyn were already seated comfortably with fresh tea in hand, calmly watching everyone else beat the shit out of each other like they had bought front-row seats to a show.

Meanwhile, Linsey spun the [Tempest Severing Chakram] around one hand before suddenly throwing it.

WHOOOOSH!

The massive weapon screamed through the air directly toward Garrick.

His expression changed as he immediately drew his sword and blocked.

CLANG!

The impact forced him backward several steps.

Linsey laughed as the chakram curved through the air and returned to her hand. "I already beat your young master, so now I’m curious. Are the elders any more fun?"

She casually rested the weapon against her shoulder, smiling brightly. "Come on, old man. Don’t disappoint me too quickly."

Garrick’s face darkened. "You arrogant little bitch! I’ll show you just how strong an elder of the Morath Clan really is!"

Linsey immediately released her aura and crooked one finger toward him with a playful grin. "Yeah, yeah. Less talking, more swinging."

Garrick roared and charged with his sword raised. Linsey only laughed as her chakram split into two crescent moon blades before she rushed forward to meet him head-on.
