Cassandra led the others toward the entrance of the temporary base, with Helena walking beside her and Linsey, Cynthia, and Evelyn following a few steps behind.

Serina and Miona stayed farther back, while Damian remained near the main building.

If this really was another faction coming to challenge them, he had no intention of revealing himself unless it became necessary.

They didn’t have to wait long, as the pressure approaching from the forest quickly grew heavier.

Soon, a large group appeared.

At the front was Patriarch Darius of the Morath Clan, dressed in dark-blue robes embroidered with the clan’s emblem.

Beside him stood three elderly men, all of them Nascent Soul cultivators: Elder Garrick, Elder Toren, and Elder Varos.

Behind them followed more than a dozen Golden Core cultivators, each carrying weapons and openly releasing their aura.

This wasn’t a negotiation party. It was an army, fully prepared to fight a war if necessary.

Cassandra casually looked over the group before suddenly noticing Elder Garrick.

Her eyes immediately lit up, and she clapped her hands with a wide grin. "Well, well, well."

Garrick’s face darkened the moment he heard her voice and realized her gaze was fixed directly on him.

Cassandra looked him up and down, her grin widening. "Old man, you’re back already?"

She examined him dramatically before chuckling. "Actually, I’m kind of impressed. After the humiliation you suffered last time, I didn’t think you’d have the guts to show your face here again."

She leaned forward slightly, grinning even wider. "So, did you come all the way back here just to give us more treasures?"

Several Morath Clan cultivators visibly stiffened upon hearing her words, while Garrick’s expression became even uglier. "YOU!"

Darius immediately raised a hand, stopping Garrick before he could do anything.

He then looked at Cassandra before shifting his gaze toward Helena, Linsey, Cynthia, and Evelyn, studying each of them for a moment.

His expression gradually turned cold as he spoke. "So, you’re the woman who humiliated Elder Garrick and my son."

Cassandra blinked before pointing at herself. "Humiliated them?"

She looked genuinely confused for half a second before suddenly turning toward Linsey. "Wind Dragon, did we humiliate them?"

Linsey immediately understood what Cassandra was doing and burst out laughing. "Of course not, Queen."

Garrick’s face twitched.

Linsey chuckled, leaning back against the wall. "Of course not. I just beat that idiot up and took the payment afterward, so basically..."

She shrugged with an innocent expression. "That wasn’t humiliation. It was just a lesson about respecting people stronger than you."

Cassandra immediately snapped her fingers. "Exactly!"

She turned back toward Darius with a satisfied smile. "You heard her. It wasn’t humiliation. We were educating them."

Helena stared at both women for several seconds before muttering, "You two are fucking shameless."

Cassandra ignored her.

Garrick, however, was visibly becoming redder with every word.

His hands trembled as he remembered waking up nearly naked in front of an entire crowd. "You...!"

Linsey tilted her head. "See? He’s still emotional. Clearly the lesson hasn’t fully settled in yet."

"Enough!" Darius shouted, his voice immediately silencing every member of his clan.

His expression had grown considerably darker, but unlike Garrick, he refused to let Cassandra drag him into another argument.

He stepped forward and released a trace of Nascent Soul pressure. "I did not come here to trade insults."

He gestured toward Elder Garrick before placing a hand against his chest. "In front of everyone present, I, Darius Morath, Patriarch of the Morath Clan..."

He raised his other hand and clenched it into a fist. "Publicly demand compensation for the humiliation inflicted upon Young Master Kaiven and Elder Garrick."

Cassandra opened her mouth.

Darius immediately continued before she could interrupt him. "You will return every storage ring, weapon, pill, spirit stone, artifact, and treasure stolen from them."

His gaze slowly moved past Cassandra before settling on Linsey. "And most importantly..."

Linsey raised an eyebrow.

Darius stared directly at the massive chakram resting at her side. "You will surrender the King Grade weapon in your possession."

The atmosphere instantly changed.

Linsey’s playful expression slowly disappeared. "You came here for my weapon?"

Darius didn’t bother denying it. "Hand it over, and this matter can still end peacefully."

Cassandra stared at him for a moment before letting out a low chuckle. "Hehehe..."

Darius frowned, which only made Cassandra’s laughter grow louder as she pointed at him. "So that’s what this is really about."

She waved her hand dismissively. "All that bullshit about humiliation... just admit that you’re greedy for our King Grade weapon."

Cassandra’s gaze swept across the cultivators Darius had brought with him, her grin widening. "You’re even willing to bring an entire army and go to war with us over it, aren’t you?"

Darius’s eyes hardened. "Watch your words."

Cassandra’s grin turned vicious. "Or what?"

Crimson-black Blood Demon Qi slowly began leaking from her body, spreading across the ground like a thin mist. "You’ll attack me?"

She laughed softly and gestured toward the army standing behind him. "Come on, old man. Stop pretending this is some righteous visit for compensation. Nobody brings this many cultivators just to politely ask for a storage ring back."

Darius’s expression darkened, but Cassandra didn’t give him the chance to interrupt. "You already came here prepared for war."

She pointed toward Linsey’s [Tempest Severing Chakram]. "You want that King Grade weapon, and you’re hoping your little army is strong enough to take it."

Several Morath Clan elders immediately became tense.

Cassandra spread her arms, almost inviting them forward. "So why the hell are you still wasting time talking?"

Her crimson-black eyes gleamed with obvious excitement. "The war is already about to start."

She tilted her head, exposing a dangerous smile. "So just fucking start it."

Darius stared at her in silence, Nascent Soul pressure gradually rising around his body.

As the two sides confronted each other, neither realized just how many eyes were watching from the shadows.

Hidden throughout the surrounding forest were representatives from several nearby clans, sects, and independent forces.

However, not a single one of them stepped forward or joined the confrontation.

Instead, they deliberately allowed the Morath Clan to make the first move.

They wanted someone else to test the mysterious [Forbidden Immortal Harem] before risking their own forces.

More importantly, every observer was focused on the same question: was it really true that this faction possessed a King Grade weapon?
