The Unveiling of Secret Queen
Chapter 2356: The Loser Still Wants to Struggle
Nathan Garland not only didn’t leave but stormed in front of him aggressively, angrily saying, "Principal, was it you who did the WLA Forum thing?"
"What?" Nicholas Fuller was somewhat confused by him, stunned for a moment.
Nathan Garland, however, firmly insisted, "Don’t say you don’t know. You think I was the one spreading rumors about you and your apprentice outside, so you retaliated by having someone from my lab tarnish my reputation on the WLA Forum. Isn’t that right?"
"I don’t know what you’re talking about." Nicholas Fuller was baffled.
He didn’t want to deal with Nathan Garland’s madness, kept a cold face, pointed at the door, still saying, "Get out, you’re not welcome here."
Orson Saban, who was beside him, rubbed his brow and explained, "The Principal and I have been here from the beginning. We don’t know what you’re talking about regarding the WLA Forum. Could you be mistaken?"
Nicholas Fuller was too lazy to explain and said to Orson Saban, "You don’t need to tell him so much."
Orson Saban rarely saw this irrational side of Nicholas Fuller. At least in the last twenty years, Nicholas Fuller had tempered his temper considerably, rarely engaging in direct confrontations.
This time, Nathan Garland managed to truly infuriate Nicholas Fuller.
Otherwise, Nicholas Fuller wouldn’t be so blatant about settling scores with Nathan Garland in public.
Understanding Nicholas Fuller’s temper, he touched his earlobe, chose not to speak further, and instead said to Nathan Garland, "You should leave now."
How could Nathan Garland be willing to leave? He’s in a difficult position and must pass the blame onto Nicholas Fuller; otherwise, he can’t clear his own name.
So when Orson Saban told him to leave, he didn’t move, his back remained straight, confronting Nicholas Fuller directly, beginning with a cold laugh, "Principal, you say you didn’t leak the exam to your apprentice, do you have proof of your innocence?"
Nicholas Fuller initially didn’t want to deal with him, told him twice to leave, but he wouldn’t, already somewhat irritated. Hearing Nathan Garland stirring up trouble once more, he suddenly looked at him, face darkened, and said, "Nathan Garland, do you really believe I have no means to deal with you?!"
Nathan Garland was waiting for this line, and immediately sneered, "So indeed the posts on the WLA Forum were at your behest? Your purpose was to silence me. Because you think it’s me spreading rumors outside, you want to teach me a lesson."
Nicholas Fuller once again heard him mention the WLA Forum, his brow furrowed into a tight rope, feeling utterly bewildered. But he’s no fool; Nathan Garland repeatedly bringing up this matter clearly has an agenda.
Not knowing what Nathan Garland wanted, at least he didn’t follow along with Nathan Garland’s words further.
How could Nathan Garland give up the chance to clear his name? Nicholas Fuller didn’t respond, so he constantly advanced, pressing Nicholas Fuller deliberately: "So Principal, did you really leak the exam to your apprentice in advance?"
"Zevaney Kingsley hasn’t been able to solve the topic with all her research results in the past three months, but Nathalie Quinlan has only been in Inderia for a short while and easily completed your topic; isn’t that too easy?"
"Not mentioning Zevaney, but Vice Principal’s student Harvey Cadorette also participated in this selection. Harvey has been in the lab for years and couldn’t answer it. How gifted must the student you favor be to easily solve the topic."
"Unless the rumors outside are true, you leaked the exam to her in advance!"
Nicholas Fuller’s anger was rising steadily, his powerful yet aged eyes staring at Nathan Garland, seemingly about to ignite the fire within them.
Outside, many people heard the commotion and gathered at the office door to watch.
Nathan Garland, secretly pleased, was about to push further, forcing Nicholas Fuller to say the wrong thing and admit dissatisfaction with him...
