"I will move even faster, Liliana. I can’t hold myself back any longer," he said.

"Hold on. Didn’t you ask me to finish it quickly yourself?" Xavier replied in a tone full of desperation.

Liliana nodded slowly. "Do whatever you want. I give you permission."

"In that case, I will do it my way."

Xavier moved his hips faster than before, letting his instincts take over and doing what he wanted without needing to think twice. His wolf instincts were completely submissive to the scent of Liliana’s pheromones. He wanted more. More and more.

Liliana’s breathing became more ragged as Xavier’s body movements grew stronger with every passing second. She gripped Xavier’s shoulders until her fingernails left marks on his skin. Xavier didn’t resist; on the contrary, his body responded with sheer joy as Liliana gripped him tightly.

Time felt like it was moving very slowly for Liliana, but not for Xavier.

"Xavier... didn’t you say you would finish this quickly?" she asked, panting.

Xavier opened his eyes, which had been closed, his gaze burning with passion that could no longer be contained. "Liliana... do you think I’m not trying? Do you think something like this can be finished in just a matter of minutes?"

Liliana reached for his shoulders. "We’ve been at this for almost an hour, Xavier. I’m truly exhausted. Rest for a moment, please..."

Xavier shook his head. "If we stop now, this marking process will have to start all over again. Are you prepared to spend even more time on it?"

"Ugh..." Liliana winced as Xavier moved again in one powerful thrust.

"Don’t move so suddenly! Do you want to kill me?" she protested.

"You won’t die," Xavier replied calmly. "Do you think moving slowly will make this end faster? Be patient, and just enjoy it calmly."

Groan after groan continued to escape Liliana’s lips. She hadn’t expected that her second day back at the academy would end up like this—marked by another Alpha as his woman. An Alpha whose name she had only known, and who had been trying to reject this bond all this time, yet had never truly succeeded.

"Xavier... faster..."

Xavier nodded. He changed his position quickly and resumed moving with full force. There was not a hint of hesitation in his movements—only firmness and desire that continued to grow, as if he had lost his sanity.

"Hold on a little longer, Liliana... just a little longer," he whispered hoarsely.

Liliana gripped Xavier’s cloak beneath her body and held it tight. Her body continued to move, following the rhythm of Xavier’s intensity. Their sweat blended into one on their skin.

Crazy... That was the only word left in Liliana’s head.

The scent of Xavier’s body had completely fused with hers.

"Liliana..." Xavier groaned deeply, full of profound satisfaction.

Something both of them had been waiting for since earlier finally happened, before everything melted into one in that madness. Xavier gripped Liliana’s waist tightly, holding her in the same position for a few minutes.

Until eventually, both of them fell limp in exhaustion at the same time.

Xavier hugged Liliana’s body, which was now tightly shut in sleep. But suddenly, his body stiffened. Not because of the happiness of having successfully marked Liliana as his woman—but because Liliana’s black hair slowly began to change color to silvery white, as quick as lightning right before his eyes.

"Liliana... your hair..." asked Xavier, who had just realized the change.

Liliana did not answer. She had sunk into a very deep sleep, her eyes shut tight.

Xavier touched Liliana’s face and saw the wounds that were previously there slowly fade away along with the color change of her hair. In an instant, Liliana’s face became perfect without a single scar. The face that had previously looked ugly and made anyone reluctant to look at it, now looked so beautiful that it left Xavier stunned, and he swallowed hard with difficulty.

He touched Liliana’s face slowly, then her new silver hair. His eyes widened in disbelief. How could this be...?

Xavier immediately sat up, trying to reconcile everything with the rumors circulating at the academy about this girl. After a moment, he looked back at Liliana. A mocking smile appeared on his face.

"Liliana... have you been pretending all this time? Is this your true form?" He shook his head, then immediately got up and put on his scattered clothes.

After finishing, he picked up Liliana’s clothes and helped her put them back on.

"Really stupid," he muttered softly. "With a face this beautiful, why did you choose to hide it and appear ugly all this time? Do you enjoy the feeling of being hated by others?"

Xavier stared at Liliana’s face for a few moments before turning away and shifting into a red wolf instantly. He lay down beside Liliana, then pulled her body into his embrace, letting her sleep amidst his warm fur.

When dawn arrived, Liliana woke up after hearing a wolf’s howl from afar. She opened her eyes immediately and realized she was sleeping in the embrace of Xavier’s wolf form. She fell silent for a moment, then slowly tried to back away.

Liliana looked down and saw that she was wearing her clothes, whole and neat.

Xavier opened his eyes slowly once he realized Liliana was moving away. He growled softly, then shifted back into his human form.

"It’s still too early. Why are you awake so early?" he asked, staring at Liliana.

"You... you helped me get dressed?"

"Tch! Who else do you think would do it besides me here?"

"That..." Liliana’s face flushed red. "We... did we really do it?"

Xavier laughed shortly. "Do you think it was just your own wet dream?"

Liliana opened her mouth wide, staring at him in disbelief.

Xavier folded one of his legs, then looked at Liliana as if seeing something strange. "You..."

"Why were you sleeping in your wolf form?" Liliana interrupted before he could continue.

Xavier fell silent for a moment. "Do you think I’m an irresponsible wolf? After successfully marking you as my Luna, I would just let you sleep in the cold in the middle of this forest?"

Liliana clutched her chest, her heart beating fast as she stared at Xavier’s face.

"We have to find a way to break this mating bond. I don’t want something like this to happen again," she said firmly. "This bond will surely keep forcing us to have sex again."

Xavier was silent. "You... you don’t like me?" he asked unconsciously, his voice losing its firmness instantly.
