The Moon Goddess Chose Me as the Luna of Four Alphas
Chapter 32: to change the order of the werewolf world.
Seeing that Valerie was still about to curse, Cassian moved quickly and threw Adrian’s underwear, which had been crumpled into a ball, straight into Valerie’s mouth.
"Ehm!!!" Valerie screamed, still trying to struggle before falling into the torture of the punishment pool.
"Enjoy tonight, Valerie," Cassian said before immediately turning around, having no intention of saying anything more.
When morning came, Liliana slowly blinked her eyes open.
"You’re awake?" Cassian asked while pushing the white tiger, which had just been retrieved from the dean’s office, away.
"Brother..." Liliana said.
"Quickly heal your own body. We need to hurry to the welcoming hall for this year’s students."
Liliana stared at him for a moment, then nodded.
White light gathered around her broken left arm, then disappeared instantly as the injury healed. Liliana channeled her power into her swollen face again, and in an instant, the swelling disappeared as well.
Cassian nodded in satisfaction.
"Dye your hair again. The color of your hair has almost completely faded."
"Ehm," Liliana replied as she saw the ends of her hair turning silvery white.
"Did Brother save me last night?" Liliana asked while applying hair dye to her long hair.
"Do you think there would be anyone else willing to save you besides me?" Cassian asked.
A small smile appeared on Liliana’s face.
"Thank you. I thought I was going to die last night."
Cassian stared at her for a moment.
"The Draven family went through so much trouble to take you in as their daughter. Do you want to die that easily?" he asked.
"How could I?" Liliana replied. Her hands were still moving, making sure all her hair had turned jet black. "It’s just that they ganged up on me last night. With my strength, how could I fight two Alphas at once?" she asked casually.
Cassian dropped his body onto Liliana’s bed.
"I’ll train you in martial arts again every night. Don’t expect to have any comfortable rest. Understand?"
Liliana turned to look at Cassian.
"Are you worried about me?"
"Worried about you? Bah! Don’t dream, Liliana," Cassian said. "I just don’t want Father and Mother to be sad seeing you die because you were bullied by other wolves."
Liliana smiled and nodded.
"Then I’ll gladly practice martial arts with Brother. Please guide me, Teacher."
"Hum!"
Cassian quickly stood up from the bed, avoiding Liliana’s gaze.
"Quickly change into your uniform. I’ll wait outside," he said.
The door quickly closed without giving Liliana a chance to say anything.
Liliana shook her head. She stood up, went to the bathroom, and quickly changed into her academy uniform.
"Grrr..." Belang growled when Liliana was about to leave him.
Liliana turned around, then took out a piece of pork as large as a baking tray from the cooling box provided by the academy for each room.
"Eat this! I’ll come back tonight. Take good care of my room."
Belang growled in response, then walked toward Liliana’s feet and gently rubbed his head against them.
"Ready?" Cassian asked when Liliana came out of her room.
Liliana nodded. "As you can see," she replied.
The two of them walked toward the academy hall together.
The dormitory hallway was crowded with many students hurrying toward the same hall as them.
"Sit in your seat," Cassian said when they arrived at the hall.
Many eyes looked at the two of them, staring at the striking difference in their appearances.
There was no one who did not know Cassian and Liliana.
Cassian, the troublemaker from a low-ranking pack, but with incredibly impressive strength.
And the other, Liliana, the poor girl with a ruined appearance and the adopted daughter of Pack Beaumont’s plaything servant.
Liliana nodded and calmly hurried toward her seat.
The academy hall was extremely large. If counted, the place should have been able to accommodate more than 2,000 students.
As soon as she found her seat, Liliana sat quietly without intending to start a conversation with the people around her.
Cassian looked at Liliana. After making sure Liliana was sitting properly in her seat, he stepped forward toward his own seat, the one at the very front, directly in front of the hall’s stage.
A seat that could only be occupied by future Alphas with strength approaching Level 1.
There were only ten seats in that row. And only ten Alphas with the best abilities could sit in those seats out of a total of 100 Alphas from the many pack groups.
Cassian calmly crossed his legs while playing with the black bracelet on his hand.
No. Not a bracelet.
It was a woman’s hair tie.
Liliana’s hair tie.
After several moments of silence, noise once again filled the hall.
"Who is that?"
"Isn’t that Valerie?"
"Huh? What happened to her?"
"We’ve only been on vacation for three months, and the fairy’s appearance has become this terrible?"
"Look at the dark circles under her eyes. She really looks like trash."
"Sst... lower your voice. Can’t you see her two adopted brothers behind her?"
"You’re wrong. They’re no longer siblings. Valerie is the Luna of those two future Alphas."
"Crazy! Did they play in bed without keeping track of time?"
"Look at their disheveled faces and the dark circles under both of their eyes."
Valerie clenched her fingers tightly beside Alaric and Adrian. She glared sharply at all her classmates who now dared to gossip about her even right in front of her face!
Liliana raised her head and looked at the three of them. A cold smile appeared on her lips.
If Cassian had not saved her last night, perhaps she would have been the one experiencing this humiliation.
Adrian held Valerie’s shoulder. "Calm yourself, Valerie. Don’t embarrass us any further."
"Sit in your seat," Adrian ordered coldly.
Valerie stomped her foot in annoyance, but had no intention of saying anything and walked toward her seat.
Adrian and Alaric hurried to sit in their seats in the second row at the far end.
Although they were also future Alpha seats and were located directly behind the first row, everyone clearly knew how great the difference in ability and quality was between the Alphas sitting before them.
Cassian only glanced at them from the corner of his eye, but had no intention of paying them any attention.
His eyes were fixed on several future Alphas who entered one by one and sat in the same row as him.
They were the future Alphas who, according to the prophecy brought by Viktor, would help the destined Luna who was destined to change the order of the werewolf world.
