The Moon Goddess Chose Me as the Luna of Four Alphas
Chapter 31: Servant contract agreement
Valerie was stunned when she realized that Alaric and Adrian were not unconscious at all. They were all conscious. Conscious!
"A-Alaric, Adrian... that’s not what I meant," Valerie said nervously.
Cassian did not wait for either of them to respond. He pressed Valerie’s body down, then—
Slap!
A slap landed on Valerie’s face.
He stood up, intending to kick Valerie in the face.
However, both of his legs were held by Alaric and Adrian’s arms at the same time.
"Stop! Valerie is our Luna! What are you going to do to her?" they asked.
Cassian lowered his head, staring at Alaric and Adrian, whose appearances were now terrible because of his punches.
"Hit her. Are you so stupid that you don’t know what I’m about to do?" he asked.
"Let her go. We’re the ones who hurt Liliana. Valerie doesn’t know anything about this."
"Hah!" Cassian exclaimed.
Valerie looked at the two of them in annoyance. There was not even a trace of gratitude on her face.
"You want me to let her go? Dream on!"
"What do you want? I’ll give it to you. As long as you let Valerie go, I’ll give it to you."
Cassian moved his legs, kicking the two of them away from him.
"Now you know that you don’t have the ability to face me?" he asked.
"Cassian, don’t be arrogant," Alaric said as he tried to stand. "Even though your strength is superior to ours, have you forgotten that hurting an Alpha and Luna from another pack will result in punishment from the Alpha King?"
Cassian smiled.
"I’ll deal with that later. You don’t need to worry about it. But you... do you think you can save Valerie with just this little threat?"
"You! What do you want?" Adrian asked after a moment.
"Do you think you have what I want? Apparently not. You clearly know how powerful my Pack Draven is. Do you think you’re attractive enough in my eyes?"
Valerie immediately stood up.
"Adrian, Alaric, I’m sorry. I’m at fault for defending Noli and involving you. This is all my fault," she said with a wounded expression.
Adrian hugged her and slowly patted her shoulder, but he had no intention of saying a single word to comfort Valerie.
"Cassian, this is indeed my fault for hurting Liliana. But Liliana was also at fault for daring to hit Noli without reason. As for Valerie, she did nothing wrong."
Cassian clenched his fist tightly and hurried forward, intending to hit Valerie.
"Wait!"
Alaric immediately stepped forward and blocked him.
"What do you want? Just say it quickly. We’ll definitely give it to you."
A mocking smile appeared on Cassian’s lips.
"Give me Liliana’s employment contract," Cassian said in a low voice.
Even though Liliana had already been recognized as an adopted daughter of Pack Draven and Liliana’s contract was only an ordinary signature, not a blood agreement, someone could certainly use it to pressure Liliana in the future. Cassian had no intention of leaving anything behind that could threaten Liliana in the future.
"Heh!" Alaric sneered. "Cassian, aren’t you going too far with Liliana? What interests you about her? Did she cast some kind of magic on you?"
"None of your business," Cassian replied. "Give me her contract if you want me to release Valerie."
Adrian frowned.
"We don’t have the contract with us. We can’t give it to you right now."
Cassian leaned his body against the hallway wall. His hand slipped into the pocket of his coat.
"Then forget about asking me to release Valerie."
Cassian lowered his head and whispered beside Adrian,
"Whatever Liliana experienced today, I will definitely repay it to Valerie. Not one bit less, not even a single wound."
Adrian glanced at him.
"Are you threatening me?" he asked.
Cassian shrugged, having no intention of answering.
"I’ll count to three. If you haven’t brought it out in front of me, I’ll drag your Luna into the punishment pool."
Valerie’s face instantly turned pale. She hugged Adrian and Alaric at the same time.
"Alaric, Adrian, just give it to him. Do you intend to let Cassian kill me?"
Adrian took a deep breath, then pushed Valerie away.
He stepped into his room and took Liliana’s servant contract agreement.
Rustle!
Adrian threw the document at Cassian’s face.
"Now, are you satisfied?"
Cassian caught it between his fingers. He glanced over it, then nodded.
"Fine, I’ll release Valerie," he said as he folded the paper and put it into the pocket of his coat.
Cassian glanced at the two of them briefly. Then, with a swift movement, his hand struck Adrian and Alaric’s shoulders.
Both of them collapsed instantly without knowing what Cassian had done.
"What are you doing?" Valerie asked as she stepped backward.
Cassian stared at her. Without answering, he quickly struck Valerie’s shoulder.
Cassian snorted when he saw how easily all three of them fell.
He entered Valerie’s room to look for something. After finding it, Cassian returned and tied the three of them together.
Without much effort, Cassian dragged them and took them to the punishment pool behind the dormitory.
The dormitory hallway was still quiet, with no one feeling disturbed.
The Alpha family dormitory was different from ordinary werewolf dormitories. Each room had soundproofing from the inside.
Therefore, not a single one of them heard the commotion caused by Cassian.
And even if one or two Alphas knew what Cassian had done, none of them intended to interfere.
Every Alpha in this academy did not have a good relationship with the other Alphas from different packs.
Alphas were destined to care only about their own pack members and their Luna partners.
Splash!
Cassian threw the three of them into the punishment pool.
"You let Liliana experience this punishment pool, didn’t you? So now it’s your turn to experience it," he said sarcastically.
Valerie, who had not completely lost consciousness, finally opened her eyes slowly as her body touched the cold water of the pool.
"Cassian! You lied to us? Didn’t you say you would release me?"
Cassian looked at her, then nodded.
"I didn’t break my word about releasing you from my revenge for Liliana. I didn’t lie, did I? I only want you to experience what Liliana felt in this punishment pool," he said after a moment.
"Cassian!!!" Valerie screamed.
"Aren’t you afraid that we’ll report you to the academy dean?"
Cassian tilted his head.
"Why should I be afraid? Do you have any proof that I was the one who did this to you? You don’t need to worry. Besides, I’ve already erased my tracks and my wolf scent."
"So, Valerie, Adrian, Alaric, you will enjoy soaking in the punishment pool tonight."
"You don’t need to worry about dying," he added in a low voice. "I’ve already sent a letter to Noli, your friend. If she cares, she should arrive quickly and save you. But if she doesn’t, you’ll have to wait until a miracle happens."
Cassian grinned.
"Because I sent that letter using your name, Valerie."
