Chapter 30: two stupid wolves

"Do you dare hurt my little sister?" Cassian said as soon as he caught the scent of another wolf on Liliana’s body.

He knew that scent without having to think much.

"Don’t expect to see the sun peacefully tomorrow morning, Alaric... Adrian..."

Cassian carried Liliana’s injured body to her room. He carefully laid her down, then reached for the same medicine he had given Liliana that morning from his pocket.

After making sure Liliana’s breathing was stable, Cassian stood up and hurried out of Liliana’s room.

His feet carried him toward Alaric and Adrian’s rooms.

Bang!!

The door to Alaric’s room was forcefully kicked open.

Empty.

Cassian sneered, then continued walking toward Adrian’s room.

Crash!

Adrian’s room was instantly damaged by Cassian’s strength. However, it was empty!

"Hah!" Cassian exclaimed with a sneer. "What a brainless wolf."

He quickened his pace toward Valerie’s room.

Cassian’s feet stopped when he heard sounds of moaning coming from the room in front of him.

A cold smile appeared on Cassian’s face. Without saying anything, his feet moved before his mind had time to think.

Crash!

Valerie’s room was instantly damaged. The door shattered and split into two pieces.

However, the three bodies intertwined on the bed were too immersed in their own world. They did not hear the door being broken down at all.

Cassian stared at them sharply. His hand reached for the objects beside the table before throwing them at the three of them with all his strength.

Thud!

Thud!

Thud!

The sounds of the objects hitting their heads rang loudly, finally pulling them out of their world.

"Ah!" Valerie groaned in pain. Her hand moved to touch her injured forehead.

They all turned toward the door at the same time.

"Cassian!" Adrian shouted angrily.

"I’ll give you five minutes. Put on your clothes and cover those disgusting bodies of yours!" Cassian shouted.

Cassian said nothing else. He turned around and immediately waited outside Valerie’s room.

The three of them quickly got dressed, covering their naked bodies.

"Wait here. We’ll deal with that bastard wolf," Alaric said.

Valerie nodded in response. She was still shocked by what had just happened.

"Cassian, how dare you interrupt our time?" Adrian asked with a grim expression.

Cassian glanced at him. His hand quickly clenched into a fist.

Bang!!!

A punch landed on Adrian’s face.

Cassian grabbed Adrian by the collar and clenched it tightly.

"You dare hurt Liliana?" he asked.

"Cassian! What are you doing?" Alaric asked, trying to separate the two.

Cassian smiled coldly. He moved quickly and threw another punch at Adrian’s face. "You pieces of trash!"

Alaric was stunned to discover that Cassian’s strength was beyond his ability. He could not even pull Cassian’s grip away from Adrian.

"Cassian!" Alaric shouted.

Cassian turned around after Adrian’s face was already covered in purple bruises. He kicked Adrian’s body, sending him crashing into the door of another dormitory room.

Cassian wiped the blood from his hand with a handkerchief, then quickly moved toward Alaric.

Bang! Bang!!

Punch after punch landed on Alaric’s face.

Alaric had not even had time to respond when another punch struck his stomach.

"You dare touch Liliana? Haven’t the rumors already spread throughout the academy? Liliana is my little sister. And you still dare touch her?"

Thud!

Cassian stepped on Alaric’s face with his shoe. "You tortured her like this, didn’t you?" he asked.

Valerie frowned when she arrived in front of her door and found her two Alpha mates lying on the floor in a miserable condition. Neither of them even had the ability to fight against a single Alpha from a low-ranking pack.

Her fingers clenched tightly together. A trace of dissatisfaction appeared on her beautiful face.

"Cassian, what are you doing to my two Alphas?" Valerie asked as she walked toward Alaric, trying to separate the two.

Cassian stared at her for a few moments. He looked Valerie up and down for several seconds.

Valerie smiled with satisfaction when she saw Cassian looking at her.

"Release Alaric. He is my Alpha mate. I will forgive you and allow you to become my friend if you release them and stay away from Liliana," she said proudly.

Cassian sneered. "You’re truly ugly. How could Liliana sacrifice herself just to gain your recognition?"

Valerie’s body instantly stiffened. She glared sharply at Cassian.

She was the adopted daughter of Pack Beaumont, the most beautiful girl in the academy. People in the academy called her the fairy of the werewolf race. She had never even seen a werewolf as beautiful as herself.

"You called me ugly?"

Cassian took another handkerchief from his pocket and wiped the blood from his fingers.

"So, you hurt Liliana too?" he asked without answering Valerie’s question.

"She is only my servant. I have the right to teach her a lesson if she does not obey me."

Cassian smiled sarcastically. His hand moved to press against Liliana’s body, then he slowly choked her.

"Ugh..." Valerie gasped in shock because someone dared to treat her this way.

"Cassian... I am the adopted daughter of Pack Beaumont. I am also the Luna of two future Alpha candidates. How dare you treat me like this?" she asked with a trembling voice.

"Shut your mouth. Do you realize your mouth smells like a dog’s feet?" he asked, immediately making Valerie clamp her mouth shut.

Valerie’s face instantly turned red. She had never been humiliated like this in her life.

"Who slapped Liliana’s face and threw her into the punishment pool?" Cassian asked after a moment.

Valerie did not answer. She only smiled coldly.

Bang!

Cassian pushed Valerie’s body to the side, causing her to fall on top of Alaric’s body.

"Valerie... aren’t you Liliana’s sister? How could the two of you have such different personalities?"

"What did Liliana ever do to you? Did she ever hurt you?" he asked.

He walked closer toward Valerie.

Valerie swallowed hard. How could Liliana get such a good adopted brother? Valerie thought bitterly.

"Alaric, Adrian, get up quickly," Valerie said, trying to wake the two of them so they could protect her from Cassian.

Cassian looked at her with an incredulous expression. He grabbed Valerie’s black hair tightly.

"You asked these two stupid wolves to hurt Liliana?"

Valerie shook her head. "No! It’s a misunderstanding. I didn’t do anything," Valerie finally said.

"A misunderstanding?" Cassian asked in a low voice.

Valerie hurriedly nodded. "Yes, it’s a misunderstanding. I didn’t do anything to Liliana. They were the ones who hurt Liliana," Valerie said, pointing at Alaric and Adrian.

"They... they wanted to defend Noli, who was injured because of Liliana. I... I didn’t do anything," she stammered as Cassian’s aura pressure began to spread.

Cassian turned toward the two people who were now lying helplessly on the floor of the hallway.

"You’ve seen it, haven’t you? How your Luna acted to save herself?"
