"Could it be Hannah?!"

Sienna’s expression became thoughtful as she considered her mother-in-law. Hannah was one of the people who knew about her marriage to Zachary, and she also knew about her schedule to visit The Secret Garden.

If Jessica had somehow learned both pieces of information from the same person, then Hannah was the most obvious possibility.

But the thought didn’t sit well with Sienna.

"Why would Hannah do that?" she murmured to herself.

She couldn’t understand what her mother-in-law’s motive could have been. Hannah had always been kind to her and had treated her warmly since learning she was Skylar’s mother.

Sienna had never felt any malicious intention from her, nor had Hannah ever given her a reason to believe that she wanted to cause trouble between her and Zachary.

That was what made the situation so confusing.

If Hannah had told Jessica about the marriage, why? Was she trying to help Jessica?

Was there something else she didn’t know? Or had Hannah simply mentioned it without realizing what Jessica might do with the information?

Sienna rubbed her forehead, starting to feel exhausted from thinking about something she knew she had no way to prove.

She didn’t want to accuse Hannah without knowing the truth, especially when she had no reason to believe that her mother-in-law had deliberately done anything wrong.

After several more minutes, Sienna let out a deep sigh. She had spent enough time going in circles, and continuing to think about it wasn’t giving her any answers. If Hannah really had told Jessica, she would eventually find out why. But for now, there was nothing she could do about it.

Sienna finally pushed herself up from the sofa. She still had work to finish, and she didn’t want to waste the rest of her time worrying about something she couldn’t solve yet.

More importantly, Zachary had said he would come to pick her up for lunch.

The thought of seeing her husband again softened her expression slightly.

After the strange encounter with Jessica and all the questions that had followed, Sienna wanted nothing more than to finish her work and spend some quiet time with him.

She took a final look at the documents on her desk before getting back to work, deciding that whatever secrets were behind Jessica’s sudden appearance could wait.

For now, she had a restaurant to manage, work to finish, and a husband who would soon come to take her out to lunch.

...

Inside the luxury car heading toward The Secret Garden Resto and Café, Zachary’s expression remained grim.

The tension in the car had become heavy after he ended his call with Sienna a few moments earlier. He was furious that Jessica had the guts to show up in front of his wife without asking his permission or even his knowledge.

Although Sienna had sounded calm during their conversation, Zachary knew her well enough to understand that she might not have been as unaffected as she sounded.

He could imagine how uncomfortable the situation must have been for her, especially after Jessica had questioned her about their marriage.

Zachary sighed and pulled out his cell phone. He immediately dialed Logan’s number. The call connected on the second ring, and Logan’s voice came through the phone.

"Master, sir, something has happened here..."

"Has that woman left?" Zachary asked calmly.

There was a brief silence on the other end. Logan seemed shocked that Zachary already knew something had happened at the restaurant. He hesitated before carefully asking, "Sir, you already know about it?"

"Answer my question," Zachary said firmly, ignoring Logan’s question.

"Oh, sorry. Yes, sir. They’ve left young Madam’s place."

"They?" Zachary repeated.

The word immediately made him more concerned. He had thought Jessica had come alone, but now he learned that she had brought someone else with her to meet Sienna.

"Jessica and a man, which I checked was her manager," Logan quickly explained. "Don’t worry, sir. That man didn’t get a chance to hurt the young Madam."

Zachary’s jaw tightened at the thought. Even though Logan had assured him that Sienna hadn’t been harmed, the fact that another man had been there with Jessica was enough to make him uneasy. He took a deep breath, forcing himself to remain calm.

"Alright. I’ll be there in a few minutes," he said before ending the call.

After hanging up, Zachary looked toward his driver. His expression remained serious as he glanced at the road ahead.

"Can you drive faster?"

"Yes, sir."

The driver immediately increased the speed, doing his best to reach The Secret Garden Resto and Café as quickly as possible.

Even with the car moving faster, however, Zachary still couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong. There were too many questions surrounding Jessica’s sudden appearance, and he didn’t believe it had been a coincidence.

He lowered his gaze to his phone again and searched for another contact. After finding the name he wanted, he called immediately.

The line connected almost instantly.

"Hunter, I need you to investigate Jessica Simmons," Zachary ordered calmly.

Hunter seemed surprised by the request. "Sir, are you serious?"

"Hunter, stop asking questions and do what I ordered you to do."

"Ah..." Hunter immediately realized that Zachary wasn’t in the mood to explain himself. "I apologize, sir. I’ll do it right away. Is there anything specific you want me to find out about her?"

"Yes," Zachary replied without hesitation. His voice stayed controlled, but it carried a clear warning. "Find out who leaked the information about my marriage. I want to know how she found out that Sienna is my wife, and I also want to know how she found out that Sienna would be at The Secret Garden today."

Hunter became quiet for a moment before answering seriously, "Consider it done, sir."

"Also, monitor Jessica’s movements and communication, especially anything related to Sienna. I want to know if she has contacted anyone from our side, who she has been meeting, and whether she has made any plans involving my wife. Find out everything you can."

"Noted, sir. I’ll cover everything and report back to you as soon as possible."

"And Hunter," Zachary added, his tone becoming colder, "be careful and stay out of sight. I don’t want Jessica to even suspect that she’s being investigated."

"Understood."

Zachary ended the call after giving Hunter several other important matters to look into. He placed his phone down and finally allowed himself to relax slightly.

At least now, someone he trusted was looking into the situation, and he wouldn’t have to rely on guesses.
