The Bigshot Married Himself to the Heiress
Chapter 1228 - 1168: Summer Camp, Whole Family Participation
"Adrian, how did you offend this little boy?" Sienna Johnson was momentarily taken aback, not expecting the provocateur to be a little boy.
Sienna looked at the boy standing there. He was extraordinarily good-looking but obviously spoiled by his family.
He was angrily pointing at Adrian, ordering his bodyguards to beat Adrian up, with a very arrogant attitude.
If it were her son, Sienna would have given him a few smacks.
Adrian wasn’t one to be messed with either. He moved slightly and said, "Beat them, give them a good beating!"
"Yes, Sixth Master!"
The bodyguards started fighting. The two bodyguards on the other side weren’t ordinary characters either; they seemed to have been in the Special Forces. It took Adrian’s bodyguards more than ten minutes to win the fight.
Naturally, Adrian’s bodyguards were a bit more formidable.
100, expressionless, asked Adrian, "Do you want to kill them?"
spoke in the Amwan language, and Sienna quickly stopped him, "No, let them go. It’s just a misunderstanding."
Killing people isn’t like killing a chicken; if you kill someone, it becomes a big trouble.
knew Sienna’s words carried weight, and Adrian had to listen to her at times; so, 100 let go, releasing the two defeated opponents.
Kevin Taylor was furious, "Hmph, that old man lied to me again! What ’best bodyguards’? You couldn’t even beat those two!"
The two bodyguards, injured, kept their heads down as Kevin reprimanded them.
The two bodyguards were indeed skilled but didn’t expect such strong opponents, with killing intent like a blood-stained sword, lethal with a single move.
"Sorry, Young Master!"
Kevin glared at Adrian, with the attitude of a gentleman avenging a wrong, "Just you wait, I’ll settle this with you!"
"..."
"Hmph!" With a flick of his body, he got into a Red Flag sedan, a car with a red license plate.
Red license plates are military plates. Thinking about the skills of those two bodyguards earlier, Sienna figured this kid must be from a family with military ties.
Kids these days, really... Thinking about her own Curly, Sienna felt that Curly was indeed a good child.
"How did you even end up in a conflict with that little boy?" Sienna asked, puzzled.
"Who knows?"
Adrian didn’t care and, with one hand pushing the stroller and the other holding Sienna’s hand, left.
...
They drove back home where Curly was waiting for them. Curly first checked the twins sleeping in the stroller.
"Sister, Humhum..."
Humhum was Hugo’s nickname because he was chubby and fair, and Sheehan often called him a pig. Since Hugo and Humhum sound similar, Curly used this name for his brother.
"Was school tiring today? You’re all asleep?"
"..."
"Mom and Dad are really something, making you study at such a young age. Kids should just eat, sleep, and play." The good sister stood up for the twins.
Curly was in the first grade, learning was already heavy as a first-grader in Orienta. So, Curly couldn’t understand why such young babies also had to study.
This is too inhumane!
"What’s the matter you wanted to talk about?" Sienna asked.
"Oh, our school is hosting an autumn summer camp that requires parents to participate."
Seeing Sienna frowning, Curly asked, "Mom, you’re not busy, are you? I don’t care, you have to participate. Other kids’ parents are all participating. If you don’t, they’ll think I come from a single-parent family."
"..."
"Dad, you wouldn’t want others to mistakenly think you and Mom are divorced, right?"
"Stop talking nonsense." Adrian glared at her.
Sienna wasn’t as busy as before, and she did have the time to participate. She smiled at Curly and asked, "What if the parents are divorced?"
"Then bring your stepdad and stepmom along." Curly looked at her parents, smiling and said, "... Stepdad and stepmom are surely not as good as real parents, you two better not get divorced, or my little siblings and I will be pitiful."
"With you around, your mom and I can’t get divorced." Adrian said.
"Of course! If you dare divorce, I’ll take my siblings and run away from home! You’ll never see the four of us again." Curly threatened harshly.
"When’s the summer camp?"
"From next Monday to Sunday."
Sienna exclaimed, "A whole week?" She shook her head, "No way, Claire and Hugo are too little; if I leave, they won’t have milk to drink; they’d have to drink the northwest wind."
"Then just bring them all along." Curly said generously.
"Can we really bring them all?"
Curly said, "Just pay more. These days, everything works with money. If you don’t have money, tough luck." Knowing her mom was stingy, Curly said, "Dad has money!"
Thinking of Farrell Harris living next door, Curly said, "Mom, this summer camp is expensive, I guess Farrell can’t go. Can you sponsor him?"
Farrell was Curly’s classmate, and now under the Johnson Family’s care, their living conditions had improved.
Sienna thought the father and son were honest and straightforward people and was happy to help them.
Farrell’s father, Harrison Harris, worked hard at Sienna’s pharmaceutical factory and was well-regarded among colleagues.
Harrison Harris’s job was stable, and his income was decent. They lived at Flower and Fruit Mountain next door, and Sienna didn’t charge them rent.
Farrell was also able to enter the Public Primary School where Curly studied, with Sienna’s help. Farrell studied diligently, and Harrison seemed to see hope, saving hard so his son could attend university. Therefore, the father and son lived very frugally.
For something like a summer camp, which is more of a leisure activity, Harrison probably wouldn’t let Farrell go.
"Does Farrell want to go?"
"Of course he wants to go, but if you ask him, he’ll definitely say he doesn’t."
Sienna also felt sorry for motherless Farrell and said, "Okay, I’ll talk to your Uncle Harris about this."
The summer camp, Curly saw it as a family outing, "Mom, bring Sheehan too. We’re all going, leaving Sheehan behind doesn’t feel right."
This was beyond Sienna’s authority; she said, "I need to ask your husband how many people we can bring along."
"Mom, you’re so busy lately, and Dad’s out of work with plenty of time, let Dad go talk to my teacher. You go ahead and work overtime." Curly delegated the tasks.
"Alright!" Sienna said good-naturedly.
"Mom, I’ll have Kiki make soup for you to drink. Work hard and finish up before next Monday." Curly said cheerfully.
"Good luck, Mom."
The twins woke up, and Hugo turned his head around, his eyes landing on his mother, reaching out for Sienna to hold.
Sienna knew this little guy was hungry again, picked him up, and went to feed him.
