STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer
Chapter 1107: Rosalie Rose Arrives at the Base
Special Base (4th Zone)
Ten minutes later,
Jeremy Night returned to the room. He shut the door and went back to the hall. He sat in the chair and began to read the messages sent by the elders. It took him a few minutes to finish them.
He then put away the device and leaned back against the chair. He knew that these elders were supportive of him. He understood the politics as well, and honestly, he didn’t care.
As long as others didn’t disturb him, it was fine. His attention shifted to the next event. He didn’t know whether the representatives were going to arrive tomorrow or the day after.
He then collected his thoughts, stood up, and went back to the room to sleep.
Meanwhile,
Someone shared the footage with friends in City A. That person shared it with peers, and it didn’t take long for the footage to spread wildly. The Beast Tamers in City A were curious about the special base as well.
However, they were busy doing missions in the wilderness. Still, those who had watched the footage were shocked.
They felt the video was fake at first, but then someone confirmed the footage was genuine.
It shocked them to the core. It was a rare sight to see a Tier-4 Beast Tamer handling a Tier-7 Beast Tamer with ease. It was also noted that the Tier-7 Beast Tamer had not been doing his best.
Yet, that effort alone was shocking. They had never seen anything like this before.
...
Somewhere, a black, medium-sized aircraft was cruising through the skies. The destination of the aircraft was the special base located in the 4th zone.
The aircraft’s design was special and distinctive; such custom-made designs could only be found in the top three zones.
On the sides of the aircraft, the logo of the organization could be seen. The logo belonged to the Beast Taming Association.
The important person traveling on the aircraft was none other than the Tier-9 Beast Tamer, Rosalie Rose. She was one of the elders in the Beast Taming Association located in City A in the 3rd zone.
Rosalie was not traveling alone. She had brought a few members from the association with her. Right now, she was resting in her cabin while the pilot operated the aircraft.
At their current speed, they would reach their destination the next morning.
The following day,
The black aircraft successfully entered the 4th zone region. Rosalie opened her eyes. She could sense the sudden drop in natural energy.
The natural energy here was weaker than in the 3rd zone, which made her frown.
It was also one of the reasons why the elders disliked coming here. Soon, her frown disappeared, and a flicker of interest appeared in her eyes. It was her first time visiting the 4th zone.
The 4th zone was part of humanity and the Human Alliance. Slowly, the aircraft flew toward the special base.
Rosalie stood up from her seat and left the cabin. She was dressed in a professional-style combat suit, whereas the members were dressed in full-body armor and helmets.
They looked gigantic at over 10 feet tall. When Rosalie appeared, they turned toward her and greeted her. Rosalie nodded to them before asking about their destination.
Next, they communicated with the pilot. He reported back, saying that they would reach the base in ten minutes.
Rosalie heard this and walked up to the window. Her gaze fell on the scenery passing outside, landing on the corrupted beasts in the wilderness.
From here, she could feel the presence of Tier-7 beasts, but she didn’t feel the presence of any Tier-8 or higher beasts.
She was not surprised. Tier-8 and higher beasts preferred the environment of the top three zones, where the natural energy was pure. Corrupted beasts grew stronger in places like the top three zones.
She knew there was a reason for the presence of Tier-7 beasts here.
She assumed that most of them had been born and developed in the surrounding wilderness and had never traveled to the top three zones, as that journey would span thousands of miles.
That was why most of the beasts were stuck here. She then waited for the base to come into view.
Ten minutes later,
The black aircraft reached the special base. It hovered above the runway before landing.
Swoosh!
At the same time, many figures flew out of the administration buildings and the council office. Elder Sandra, Elder John, Elder Smith, and Elder Leah left their posts.
Elder Sandra appeared in a flash before landing on the ground. The other elders followed, lining up behind her one by one. Elder Carter arrived as well.
All the elders had left their positions to welcome the guest. Elder Sandra looked toward the large aircraft. Her gaze fell on the logo on its side, the insignia of the Beast Taming Association.
Everyone waited for the guests to emerge with bated breath.
Elder John’s expression tightened. His gaze locked onto the aircraft. He knew such an aircraft could only be found in the top three zones, and he wondered which big shot had arrived.
Elder Leah was there as well, looking forward to seeing the guests.
Creak!
The hatch opened, and a six-foot-tall, pale-skinned woman with long black hair and a combat suit stepped out.
Following her, five Beast Tamers wearing full-body white armor, helmets, and boots marched out. They stood ten feet tall due to the bulky armor.
Three female Beast Tamers wearing black armor stepped outside as well.
They, too, wore complete sets with helmets, arm and elbow guards, chest and back plates, armored boots, and gauntlets. They stood eight feet tall.
The armor was extraordinary, crafted from special-grade materials. The two pilots remained behind in the aircraft.
The presence of the heavily armored Beast Tamers was intimidating.
The elders watching this felt a sense of dread. It shocked them; beneath the armor were fellow Beast Tamers, yet the elders could not shake the looming sense of crisis.
The next second, their gazes shifted to the woman leading the group. She was the focal point, and they could tell immediately that she was a Tier-9 Beast Tamer.
She was suppressing her aura, but an undeniable sense of danger emanated from her presence nonetheless.
