Chapter 1091: Fight Against a Two Headed Lizard

Stella was flying above the wilderness. She was using both her eye power and speed. Because of this, she was able to quickly cover the area.

Swoosh!

She returned to Jeremy Night’s side in a few minutes.

Jeremy, who was sitting under the shade of a tree, was taken aback all of a sudden. He saw a six-winged butterfly in front of him.

"Stella, what happened?" he asked.

[We have to go deeper. There are no two-headed lizards here.]

Jeremy heard Stella’s voice. He then decided to leave. Both of them left the outer area and began to go deeper into the woods.

Despite the warnings of the elders, he had decided to enter. He had confidence in his strength and Stella’s as well.

They went deep inside the inner area. Their search widened. They covered more distance in 15 minutes. Not only were they moving in one direction, but they were also scanning the perimeter.

If any corrupted beasts entered the perimeter, then they would know. It didn’t take long for Stella to come across some corrupted beasts.

They were Tier-5 bloodthirsty wolves moving in a group. The group had four Tier-5 wolves. Strangely, there was no leader among them.

[I have spotted Tier-5 beasts. I’m going to fight them.]

Jeremy heard her voice. The next second, a white flash appeared to the left. He was taken aback. Next, he used his eye power to check what was going on.

"Wolf pack," Jeremy uttered.

He saw four Tier-5 wolves moving silently without making any noise. He got curious and zoomed in a little. His gaze then fell on their bodies.

He saw that there were claw marks on their bodies. All four wolves had suffered some injuries. Jeremy immediately thought of an internal fight. That was quite common among packs.

Swoosh!

He then saw a six-winged butterfly appear above them. The four wolves grew alert and stopped moving. They started looking around for a threat.

But none of the beasts looked up. It was too late.

Swoosh!

A white flash appeared before them. Stella coated her wings in starlight power. Her wings became like blades. She charged at the enemies the next moment.

Pfff!

The wings cut through the bodies of the wolves one by one. In a flash, she appeared above one of the wolves and beheaded it.

Similarly, she cut down the other three wolves into pieces.

Jeremy Night was dumbfounded. He had been counting in his heart. Only 30 seconds had passed so far. Yet Stella had already killed them all.

Not only that, he saw that the starlight power used by Stella was different. It was like an energy coating. He grew intrigued.

[They are weak.]

He heard her voice. In a flash, she appeared before him. Her wings didn’t have a stain of blood. They were clean.

[Let’s go and fight a Tier-6 beast. I don’t want to waste energy on lower-tier beasts.]

Stella said to Jeremy Night.

Hearing that, Jeremy smiled and said, "Let’s find the Two-Headed Lizard first."

[Okay,] she replied.

Jeremy Night didn’t want to go empty-handed. Though he had accepted the mission as part of the process, he didn’t want to have any failed missions on his profile.

Stella once again disappeared in a flash. Jeremy felt it was unreal. He was starting to understand how it felt to fight alongside his lifeline beast.

Now he realized how others felt during battle. Basically, you didn’t have to do anything except keep watch. Especially if the lifeline beast was powerful, the Beast Tamer had to do nothing.

But he was not going to become complacent just because he had Stella now. He was not going to rely solely on her. If a dangerous situation arose, he still had to fight on his own.

Fortunately, he had learned how to shut his thoughts off. Otherwise, she could hear him. Next, he started following her.

20 minutes later,

Stella spotted a double-headed lizard. But it was not a Tier-4 lizard; it was a Tier-5 double-headed lizard.

She communicated with Jeremy Night in his mind.

Jeremy Night was following her from behind. After hearing the news, he used a movement method.

"Feathered Steps"

His movement speed had increased because of his Tier-4 strength, but he didn’t use the speed ability just yet.

In the blink of an eye, he reached the location of the Two-Headed Lizard. The Two-Headed Lizard was resting right now.

There was a 30-foot-tall bedrock behind the beast, providing good shade. He observed the beast. The two heads were in a resting position.

Both of them had a horn growing out of their heads.

Not only that, the beast standing over two meters tall was covered in mud and gave off a foul smell.

The smell was so terrible that he doubted any corrupted beasts would come here.

Roar!

One of the heads grew alert. The beast opened its eyes and spotted a human. It recognized that a Human Beast Tamer had come to attack.

The other head became alarmed. It opened its eyes. Now both heads saw him.

Roar!

They let out a roar before standing up.

"Stella, keep watch on the surroundings. I’m going to take down the beast," he said to her.

[Okay.]

He heard her reply. The next second, he saw her disappear in a flash. Stella had no worries. She had seen Jeremy Night slay even a Tier-6 beast without her help.

Now that she was watching, she would know if there was any danger. She would always be present to help. She was covering the entire perimeter with her eyes.

Her eye power was greater than Jeremy Night’s. She could cover 360 degrees. If there was any slight movement, she would know.

Meanwhile!

The Two-Headed Lizard saw through the strength of the human. It got pissed off. It couldn’t believe a Tier-4 human had come to fight.

Boom!

The two-meter-long beast swept its massive tail at the human. It wanted to see the human get smashed by the tail.

At the same time, Jeremy could perceive the tail’s direction without even using his eye power. Which meant his own Supreme Combat Talent was at work.
