Chapter 2110: A New Chaos (IV)
The bloody figure grappled with a headache and new understanding. Perhaps... I should create a world in this chaos that can house the various heavyweights?
Create a world?
A world?
The forefather of blood looked around blankly. How could he go about doing that?
He drifted around the chaos with immense boredom, seeing many living beings. Some were awakening, some were evolving. He saw a massive dragon hovering in one spot and a phoenix soaring proudly through another.
He also saw some oddly shaped creatures appear in the chaos, but none seemed to be as strong as him. He even saw a rock become a powerful being...
Perhaps... I am the strongest in the chaos because I was the first!
There appeared to be a ball of flame in the south, one that illuminated the premises. It was very powerful, but also... unique.
Forefather Blood attempted to draw closer to it once, but the flames were so formidable that they kept him back. Spirit might arise in it soon and turn it into one of the strongest within the world...
And on this day, Forefather Blood saw something new. Light appeared in the unfathomable depths of the firmament!
Changes filtered through the entire chaos as a massive being appeared out of nowhere.
......
Li Hao descended!
He chuckled after sweeping a gaze through the chaos. He was in a clean-cut outfit and wore a sword at his waist. He rather appeared as a martial master typically found wandering through the martial world.
So this was the inside of the new world? It’d produced so much spirit so quickly!
Although most of it was a convergence from the original spirit, which meant that they’d bypassed the most difficult step, it was impressive that cultivators had appeared so quickly. It would seem that their memories hadn’t been fully extinguished!
Cultivation methods would not have appeared so quickly otherwise.
The young man looked into the distance and scanned everything he saw. This was a vast internal space!
But it also wasn’t that big at the same time. It appeared to be the size of the four regions to his senses. Such a chaos was not that big.
Perhaps... the power of time is needed to suppress the new chaos and help it expand!
It’s too small right now. Has the person from the future been born in this world already?
Li Hao looked in another direction, at where a dense sense of blood qi emanated. He raised an eyebrow. Part of that disorganized mess of blood qi... came from him. The huge quantity of blood that he’d sent in before looked to have collected into a spirit of blood qi.
And it was... extremely powerful!
That surprised the young man. It hadn’t been all that long since the creation of the new chaos, right?
I was just a step behind the others. Why does it feel like many years have gone by? The spirit of blood qi seems to be at six or seventh rank. However... its great dao seems a bit of a mess.
It’s not as organized as I thought it would be!
There was a ball of fire in another direction, one so hot that it threatened to immolate the entire world!
Eh?
Li Hao blinked, hesitating slightly. That ball of fire... was domineering. But... it kinda felt like... chaos origin?
Was that Long Zhan’s spirit?
So Long Zhan hadn’t taken the shape of a dragon?
Then who was the dragon in another part of the new chaos?
Li Hao quickly looked in another direction with some confusion. He clucked his tongue after a while. Was that... the Exalted Coiling Dragon Emperor’s spirit?
It should be!
So Long Zhan’s not the first dragon in existence? That’s weird!
Did he not want to be a dragon anymore after he died? Instead, he wants to be a blaze of flame that illuminates all of existence?
Does he want to restore clarity to the chaos?
Or does he mean to encompass everyone because his fire envelops the universe?
Li Hao wasn’t certain of what Long Zhan had in mind, especially considering that the dragon didn’t have many memories at the moment. None of this was relevant to the young man.
Perhaps things weren’t as he thought. The ball of flames may not be Long Zhang’s spirit. To be honest, he couldn’t really tell who was who. He was basing his current guess on the fact that Long Zhan’s dao and blood qi had spread all over the chaos when he died. The dragon’s spirit had dispersed, but his soul had devoured some chaos origin.
The ball of flames contained some chaos strength, but it might not be where Long Zhan’s spirit was.
“It’s developing pretty quickly... To make it to this step in the initial barbaric stage... means that these guys have an incredible future ahead of them!” Li Hao inclined his head, then extended his senses when he thought of something else.
The young man frowned. Where was his teacher?
Although Yuan Shuo hadn’t been that strong, he’d erupted with full force at his moment of death and absorbed the five elements, gathering all spirit to him. Logically speaking, that should’ve enhanced his strength in that moment.
But why didn’t Li Hao sense a stronger gathering of the five elements anywhere? What was going on here?
Or had the consumption of the five elements been so enormous that there wasn’t enough in this world, so his teacher’s spirit couldn’t reawaken?
Despite not locating Yuan Shuo, Li Hao wasn’t that anxious. This was a closed world, spirit wouldn’t leak out from it. His teacher was here, so it was only a matter of time before Yuan Shuo came back.
Battle blossomed in the new chaos. These first iterations of gods and demons seemed to innately nurse a bloodthirsty air. Perhaps they were affected by the previous battle against Disorder. Anarchy and disarray ran through the new chaos.
Order was yet to be fully established.
Perhaps that would require his river of time to stabilize the chaos before order could be constructed. The death of Disorder wouldn’t naturally make that possible.
So... when would the ninth ranks and Chaos Sky off Disorder?
“I’ve seriously had it with the waiting. It’s been long enough already!”
He couldn’t proceed with the next step prior to Disorder’s death!
Li Hao was quite regretful that he wasn’t able to build his river yet. This new world wasn’t stable enough. Not only that, but the person from the future might not appear in the absence of the river.
He won’t be able to see me again.
If I could build the river in his world... perhaps... we could meet each other again.
Although he’d established his chaos for the moment, this was just the beginning to Li Hao. It wasn’t the end. The key lay in someone killing Disorder!
“Forget it, I’ll wait a bit longer. I can cultivate while I’m at it...” Li Hao grinned and looked around him. People were constantly coming back to life and spirit on the rise.
It was interesting to see them fighting each other in this chaos. No one had their previous memories anymore. Did they really think they were the gods that created everything?
The young man sank into deep thought after taking a look around. Should he create a doorway into this chaos? That would give him a passageway to induct external force in and perhaps use as a catalyst.
Of course, that depended on the establishment of the river of time and it passing through the new chaos. If he created a doorway now, that would just dismantle the flow of time. It was similar to when the Star Gate had sealed Silver Moon away.
All the same, he needed to create an exit for the residents of this chaos. If not, it would be depressing to be trapped here forever.
A sonorous voice suddenly rose from the distance!
“I am Forefather Blood! Today I sense that the beings of the chaos have nothing to rely on. Hence, I hereby summon all demons and gods in the chaos to observe me create a world one hundred years later!”
“......” Li Hao blinked. You, create a world?
The hell?
I haven’t even perfected my chaos yet, but an internally developed spirit is sprouting off with wild claims like this? Have you lost your mind from absorbing too much of my blood? How are you going to create a world??
The young man couldn’t help but laugh.
I haven’t fully perfected my chaos yet, alright? You’re a half-baked piece of dough! What kind of world are you creating?
But then... a new thought occurred to him.
Perhaps... I can take a look. It’s not just my blood in here, but a lot of blood from many powerhouses. They’ve all gathered here and have been born in the new chaos. Maybe... there’s something I can learn from them or observe. It’ll be preparation for the river of dao I’m going to establish later.
“Interesting... a world within a world? This does feel like I’m creating new worlds within the chaos. So new worlds are going to be established, hey?” Li Hao hummed thoughtfully. This was worth a trip!
But honestly, when was Disorder going to die? He could barely wait!
......
At this moment, outside the new chaos.
The western region.
Disorder knew that he wasn’t long for this world and didn’t hold himself in anymore. He roared, sending time flowing backward!
Skyward and rest looked on grimly. So it’d finally come to this moment.
“Li Hao, you little twerp!” howled Disorder. “I’m doing as you wish and tracing the past now. Are you satisfied?!”
He was beside himself, but there was nothing he could do. What else could a ninth rank do when toyed by someone else?
Boom!
His presence rapidly grew stronger, but traveling to the past did not make him younger. It just enhanced his presence, which came at the cost of rapidly depleting lifespan!
Disorder grew increasingly older, but his presence enshrouded the vicinity.
Chaos Sky and the rest backed away. This was Disorder’s final stand! He would die of old age so long as they avoided this blow.
“You... bunch of... assholes!” Disorder ground his teeth at his opponents.
Bam!
He punched, gathering the dao of disorder in the chaos! Chaos dao swung madly as well, striking back at the ninth ranks!
“Die!” Immense strength came down on them, pulverizing some of the slower powerhouses!
“Skyward!” shouted Chaos Sky.
The Skyward master didn’t say anything. He teleported straight toward the east. Their current goal shouldn’t be to kill Disorder at present, but to evade his final eruption.
Disorder was dead so long as they hung on long enough. If their replicas remained, then they would have space to take care of the problem that was Li Hao.
Otherwise, they would be in real trouble if all of their replicas died. The shaking of chaos dao meant that none of their primary bodies could descend at present. That would create an incredible opening for Li Hao.
