The resurrection of Ophiuchus was the price he had to pay for altering the course of world history. Although it was unexpected, it made perfect sense. How could going against the gods be smooth sailing?

He glanced toward the peak of the sacred mountain, where the Zodiac clock burned fiercely. Unwittingly, one of the flames had already extinguished!

Calculated this way, Saori Kido had less than twenty-two hours left to live.

Mu nodded subconsciously before snapping back to reality, asking with a face full of confusion:

"Strange... The Sanctuary has never had this palace before. How could it appear out of nowhere?"

Alex smiled faintly, his tone carrying a profound depth.

"Since the ancient era, the Sanctuary originally had Thirteen Zodiac Temples. It’s just that the master of this temple was completely sealed away for betraying Athena."

As a Gold Saint and a member of the Jamir race, Mu knew the history of the Sanctuary like the back of his hand.

"Rest assured. At the stage I’ve reached, whether I wear a Cloth or not makes very little difference."

His Aquarius Gold Cloth was currently resting in the Aquarius Temple, serving as a meticulously prepared gift for Hyoga. He had no intention of ruining his own layout just for an Ophiuchus.

Furthermore, if push came to shove, he still had a second option.

In the Reincarnation Space, the Sagittarius Gold Cloth was radiating golden light, eagerly awaiting his summons at any moment!

With his black hair dancing in the wind and dressed in snow-white clothes, Alex casually strolled into the Taurus Temple without wearing his Cloth.

Seiya and Aldebaran both widened their eyes simultaneously, utterly baffled.

Weren’t you supposed to be guarding Miss Saori Kido?

What are you doing up here?

Did you come to help me (Seiya) pass the temple?

Didn’t you (Alex) order me to stop them?

If you’re here, who on earth is guarding Miss Saori Kido?!

As if Alex could read their minds, he didn’t even pause his steps as he walked deeper into the Taurus Temple.

"Relax. Saori Kido is being guarded by Mu. You guys just keep fighting; I have other business to attend to!"
