From the town’s inhabitants, he not only learned of Evangeline Rook’s whereabouts but also heard about two individuals: Flora Bloom and Lex Cross.

Meanwhile, before Jude Seymour could reach the Argent base, the mutated leopard he was using as a mount went out of control. It not only threw him to the ground but also launched an earth-spike attack at him before warily fleeing.

He didn’t know why the mount his grandfather had given him had suddenly lost control, but a bad feeling crept into his heart. He immediately sprinted toward the Argent base as fast as he could.

After three days of nonstop running, Jude Seymour was utterly exhausted. The first thing he did upon meeting Third Elder Rook was demand a large pile of food and drink.

He didn’t see Aaron Rook, so he held back the full message Levi Seymour had entrusted to him. After he had eaten and drunk his fill, the Third Elder set off with Jude Seymour, riding a giant black wolf. They followed a wisp of a spiritual imprint left by Aaron Rook, heading toward the ancient town of Taoyuan.

When the two finally found Aaron Rook, he was in a wretched state, his superpower all but depleted. Seeing the Third Elder arrive with Jude Seymour in tow, he frowned. "Jude Seymour, what are you doing here?"

The Earth Element protective barrier around this ancient town was incredibly powerful. It had taken him two full days to break through it from the inside.

He had been about to investigate by breaking through the earth from the outside when he sensed the arrival of the Third Elder and his companion.

"Elder Aaron Rook, my grandfather sent me to find you! He wanted me to inform you about the Divine-level Space Fragment!"

Aaron Rook’s eyes lit up. "Oh? Your grandfather has already found it?"

"Yes! A portion of that Divine-level Space Fragment has already been controlled and fused with by a native woman from Earth. The amount is equivalent to no less than three Crystal Stone fragments."

Aaron Rook’s eyes flew open in disbelief. "Are you serious?"

"Absolutely! My grandfather is an expert who has already broken through to the War God Level; he wouldn’t be mistaken! The Rook and Seymour families are essentially one. He wishes to invite you, Elder Aaron Rook, to discuss how to handle these fragments."

Aaron Rook frowned at Jude Seymour, confused. ’Naturally, they should all be handed over to the Rook family. How else would they be handled?’

Jude Seymour’s heart skipped a beat, but his expression remained respectful. "Elder Rook, you misunderstand. When I left, my grandfather hadn’t yet engaged the human native. There is, however, one complication. It seems the woman has reached an agreement with the Cross family. Furthermore, she and the Cross family’s genius, Lex Cross, appear to be romantically involved."
