Chapter 1366: Can’t Do It
Chapter 1366: Chapter 1366: Can’t Do It
"Of course." Sophie Wilson chuckled lightly, "At least the people I’ve brought over have some reputation."
Just as Sophie finished speaking, she noticed the Dean’s perplexed gaze directed at her, prompting her to ask, "What’s wrong?"
"Boss, really, the people you invited aren’t just somewhat reputable," the Dean remarked, "They are quite famous."
"Eh? Are they that famous?" Sophie pondered for a moment, then shook her head, "Anyway, I don’t really understand the ins and outs of the medical field, but what matters is that their presence adds enough weight, right?"
"More than enough." The Dean affirmed.
"As long as it’s enough." Sophie smiled and said, "Alright, just make sure everything is arranged properly. The hospital matters are up to you."
"Okay." The Dean nodded earnestly, "Boss, rest assured, I will definitely arrange everything well."
Sophie smiled without saying more.
The matter of this seminar has really been blown up by the Chapman Family.
Of course, this is rampant among hospitals in the Imperial City. In the business world, the only ones concerned with this are those connected with the Chapman Family or Sophie Wilson and Charles Seymour.
Among them was Julian Campbell, naturally.
"Yes, yes, I got it." Julian hung up the phone and told Old Mr. Seymour, "Grandpa, my aunt is really amazing."
"Hmm? What’s going on?" Old Mr. Seymour asked casually.
"Isn’t the Chapman Family hosting some kind of seminar today? Honestly, I feel like it’s a trap, trying to pressure my aunt by collaborating with hospitals in the Imperial City. Who would’ve thought, the Chapman Family didn’t gain a thing."
Julian spoke about this with a look of pride; his aunt really has skills.
"My aunt invited quite a number of renowned international doctors for an exchange, and I’ve heard that many hospitals that attended the seminar have already signed up to follow up for exchanges at my aunt’s hospital."
"Grandpa, Henry Chapman really suffered a big loss this time. My aunt’s hospital will definitely crush the Chapman Family’s in the future."
Old Mr. Seymour looked at the excited and animated Julian, shook his head helplessly, and said, "What are you so excited about? When Sophie intervenes, that’s the inevitable outcome."
"True." Julian remarked, "My aunt is just incredible, unlike me."
Talking about this, Julian felt a little disheartened.
He’s been in the Seymour Corporation for a while now, but there are still plenty of things he needs Grandpa’s advice on.
Fortunately, Grandpa doesn’t mind his questions and patiently teaches him.
"Do you know the biggest difference between you and your aunt?" Old Mr. Seymour asked.
Without thinking, Julian blurted out, "My aunt has a wide network!"
If it weren’t for his aunt knowing these famous doctors, how could they be invited to his aunt’s hospital for an exchange?
Old Mr. Seymour shook his head, "What you mentioned is one aspect, but not the primary one."
"Hmm?" Julian frowned, thought about it, "My aunt has always been very capable, I..."
"Sophie is indeed capable, but in terms of being formidable, Sophie and Charles share a common trait, one you might never achieve," Old Mr. Seymour’s words puzzled Julian even more, "Grandpa, what is it? I can learn it."
"Ruthlessness." Old Mr. Seymour uttered a word and, seeing Julian’s bewildered look, clarified further, "Actually, it’s being shameless."
"Eh?" Julian was dumbfounded.
