Chapter 1365: Overwhelmed with Excitement
Chapter 1365: Chapter 1365: Overwhelmed with Excitement
Sitting in the car, the Dean was still a bit worried, and asked, "Boss, is it okay for us to leave like this?"
"Of course it’s fine." Sophie Wilson said with a smile, "These hospitals have had their staff poached by me before, do you think they will be eager to sign up?"
"Absolutely, but those you’ve poached in the past..." The Dean stopped at this point, smacked his forehead heavily, "I get it now, they want to come for the exchange program more."
"But Boss, isn’t this letting them take advantage for nothing?" The Dean felt doing this might be a bit unfair.
The issue is, doing something without value doesn’t seem like something the Boss would do, so what was he missing in the plan?
Sophie Wilson chuckled lightly and said, "Think about it, when those doctors come for the exchange, and experience the benefits of our hospital, won’t they be tempted?"
"A short exchange is nice, but what about being able to consult with visiting doctors over time, perform surgeries together, and even receive guidance... what’s such a treatment like?" Sophie asked the Dean with a smile.
"Isn’t that... a loss for us?" The Dean almost jumped up in shock.
"Of course, they can participate in the recent short-term exchange, but as for the long-term exchange I’ve mentioned... only our hospital’s doctors can take part." Sophie winked playfully at the Dean.
Eh?
The Dean blinked his eyes too. Was this what the Boss meant...
"Boss, brilliant strategy!" The Dean laughed loudly, slapping his leg hard, "In this way, there’s no need for us to poach, they’ll want to switch jobs themselves."
"Yes, our hospital is quite inclusive, so as long as there are capable doctors, we’ll accept them." Sophie said with a grin, "As for any breach fees, our hospital will cover it for those eager to join us."
"Boss, weren’t you here to poach staff?" The Dean asked with amusement.
"Of course, otherwise why am I here?" Sophie laughed lightly and said, "Rushing doesn’t cut it, if I poach, they may act tough. So instead..."
Sophie chuckled again, leaving the rest unsaid, but the Dean completely understood now.
The doctors who come for the exchange are highly valued in their current hospitals, and once they see the promising outlook at our hospital... it’s unlikely they’d remain uninterested.
This short exchange program offers free meals and accommodation, not boasting, but their canteen and dormitory even outshine those in private hospitals, let alone public ones.
The Boss has indeed set a huge plan in motion.
The reputation and strength of our hospital don’t even need our own advertising, just those doctors who come for the exchange sharing it would suffice.
"This time, I really have to thank Henry Chapman. If it weren’t for the Chapman Family’s strong push for the seminar, I’d have had to find another way to promote. This hits the mark perfectly." Sophie smiled contentedly.
The Dean silently turned his head to look out the window, convinced that Henry definitely wouldn’t want to receive gratitude from the Boss.
Just then, the Dean’s phone rang. He answered it, listened, nodded twice then hung up, turning excitedly to Sophie Wilson and said, "Boss, someone has already signed up now."
"They haven’t even finished listening to the lecture!" The Dean was truly thrilled.
