Rebirth: Clinging to My Possessive Magnate
Chapter 1364: Anyone Can Go
Chapter 1364: Chapter 1364: Anyone Can Go
"I’ll listen in this afternoon," Henry Chapman spoke in a deep voice, surprising the doctors from his hospital.
If he missed it, what if someone else got swayed by Sophie Wilson?
Having made up his mind, Henry casually took a bite to eat and waited for the afternoon’s lecture to start.
This time, the seminar arranged small conference rooms for different hospitals, and when the lecture began, the conference room for Sophie Wilson’s hospital was already packed.
As doctors, improving our skills is paramount; besides accumulating case studies, learning from others’ experiences and communicating with peers is crucial.
The brochure Sophie Wilson brought listed those doctors, and if they really come to exchange at Sophie’s hospital, they wouldn’t want to miss this opportunity.
It’s so rare.
After all, relying on their own hospital’s capabilities may not necessarily bring those few over, and as for them going abroad for exchange... such opportunities are even rarer.
The Dean saw so many people and almost grinned from ear to ear, but for the sake of the hospital’s image, he restrained himself.
He cleared his throat and asked Sophie Wilson in a low voice, "Boss, should I speak as you instructed?"
"Speak freely and boldly," Sophie Wilson said with a smile.
With Sophie’s assurance, the Dean felt confident and sat down at the podium, "I’ll try to keep it brief and won’t take up everyone’s time. After listening, you can go to other halls to hear the lectures."
The Dean’s action made everyone in the conference room feel relieved; not wasting their time was truly considerate.
Such a thoughtful gesture led to a significant change in perception towards Sophie’s hospital; perhaps it wasn’t as bad as Henry Chapman had said.
"Our hospital often hosts renowned doctors for exchanges; this time, only thirty people can come to our hospital. Since it’s the first time, we’re slightly controlling the numbers." The Dean’s words made the doctors in the conference hall change their expressions.
Did the Dean mean that anyone could go?
Until it’s full?
"The first doctor we’re inviting for exchange will be back the day after tomorrow. After some rest, the day after tomorrow he will hold a discussion at our hospital," the Dean shared the bombshell news with a smile. "We will close registration at ten o’clock the day after tomorrow morning."
"Each hospital is limited to two spots. If there are more exchanges in the future, you can register again." After the Dean finished speaking, he got up, "Alright, not to delay everyone from listening to other lectures."
It’s over?
Is it over just like that?
The people in the conference hall were stunned, just a few simple sentences?
What a joke!
"Is there a fee for the exchange?" A doctor immediately asked.
"Of course, there’s no fee. During the exchange, our hospital will provide free accommodation and meals," the Dean said with a smile. "Of course, this exchange is only for three days, just a preliminary experiment. If the effect is good, we will later invite those doctors listed in the brochure for long-term exchanges, like staying at our hospital for one or two years."
The Dean’s words almost set off a bomb in the conference hall.
Those kinds of doctors staying for one or two years to exchange?
What kind of relationships could negotiate such a long exchange period?
When everyone snapped out of their shock, they found that everyone from Sophie Wilson’s hospital had actually left.
