One-Eyed Monster
Chapter 1336 - 1333: Rampage, Rage, and Madness
"Make the decision!" The Spirit finally unleashed its fury, thoroughly enraged by Igor's words. He felt utterly disregarded. For so many years, he had been ignored by a nobody, and this feeling was really unbearable and utterly absurd!
"Of course, I control my Inner World. Am I really foolish enough to let you, this monkey, devour it? Don't be naive!" At this moment, Igor also became mischievous, perhaps because he saw the other party as a monkey.
The appearance of this monkey indeed has a comedic feel, somewhat amusing. When you face a monkey's joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness, you truly don't know what to do. Should you deceive this monkey or embrace this monkey? Igor felt undecided.
"You bunch of self-righteous fools, always believing you can control everything!" The Spirit's anger caused his energy to grow increasingly powerful, and to Igor, this energy manifested. Igor felt like the monkey was set ablaze, and the fire rose high into the sky.
Moreover, this flame carried immense strength.
The flames surged toward the Resistors, and this kind of attack was indeed formidable. Igor's illusions suffered a significant blow this time and immediately retreated; after all, facing such energy head-on would be detrimental.
Igor wasn't foolish; he naturally chose to retreat. He established another pathway within his Inner World, causing the flames to vanish instantly. This was a method of concealing energy. In the case of Equivalent Exchange, absorbing energy means the same amount of energy must be released.
It can be said that Igor had reached a point of being able to do whatever he wanted within his Inner World. He had controlled this release of absorbed energy very well. Even the furious Spirit had no way to deal with this hole.
The Spirit couldn't believe how such a powerful energy had simply vanished. Inadvertently, this seemed too magical, almost inconceivable!
Is this young man opposite him a demon or devil, otherwise how could he make the energy disappear? And if this young man is a demon or devil, then what is he himself? He is much older than the other.
The furious Spirit was suddenly perplexed by this change, unsure of what was happening.
In this world, he should have a clear advantage, yet he still couldn't break the stalemate. Though the opponent had no way to deal with him, he also had no way to deal with the opponent. What exactly was going on here, why had he been confronting this nobody for such a long time?
Could it be that his own World Cup had been invaded?
But the Spirit quickly dismissed this thought because he was still pressuring Kuyi Tulan. Just from this point alone, he understood that the opponent hadn't invaded his world. But now, what was the situation really, how had things ended up like this? He simply couldn't understand.
He still thought of asking that same question again; he wanted to know who the opponent was and why they appeared here!
But his anger prevented him from questioning, and he continued attacking with his rage, convinced that the young man opposite him was not divine and could not be his match.
At this point, Igor felt the pressure. His illusions gradually retreated to his rear; these illusions were his energy, and he needed to protect them. But he couldn't do two things at once — maintaining the Black Hole already required great willpower, and maintaining the illusions would further drain his Spirit Power. Reluctantly, he disbanded these illusions, and the Resistors' team ultimately vanished from here.
The disappearance of illusions slightly quelled the Spirit's anger. He thought his judgment had been very accurate — this young man was never his match, after all, he had rich experience and a strong foundation, while the young man was ultimately just an ordinary person.
"Feel my wrath, you ignorant fool!"
Generally speaking, only when one feels advantageous would they say such words; the Spirit now felt a strong advantage.
But Igor had never felt disadvantaged; he constantly replenished his Black Hole, which kept absorbing energy, causing the rushing flames to vanish at once.
But the Spirit didn't mind because his energy could be endless!
Equivalent Exchange — these energies would eventually reappear. The question was just where these energies had gone. Igor himself didn't know because he was now on the line of a Time Leap.
This was Arnold's supernatural ability, which he now mastered, thanks to his special training on Guru Mountain!
The Time Leap caused a shift in space, allowing energy to transfer from this space to another. With space transfer, these energies could function anew.
Igor didn't exchange anything for this energy; he simply swapped positions. He was just a small mover!
Igor transferred all this energy, not digesting or gathering, but merely relocating. To be precise, he transferred a space, not the energy itself. Igor leaped along the Timeline, evading the entire energy attack by jumping from one moment to another, twisting space with constant leaps, allowing things that shouldn't appear here to break through spatial limitations.
This approach was quite deceptive, because the spatial maneuvering essentially returned the opponent's attack to them.
This method would make the opponent feel mysterious and plunge them into madness.
Igor had long decided to return all this energy; he wanted to scare this monkey into jumping!
Perhaps this was animal abuse, but Igor couldn't afford to think too deeply about it.
Boom!
Two flames collided; the vibration from these forces startled the Spirit, and suddenly a Sea of Fire appeared before him.
The Spirit sensed his side of the world trembling, yet the force causing this tremble came from himself!
"Bastard!" Enraged beyond reason, the Spirit was utterly bewildered by what was happening and unable to forgive the young man for what he had done.
This must be the first time he received a full-scale attack, and the attacking force was his own!
"Disappear!" In an instant, the Spirit's surrounding energy violently gathered to form a powerful force!
