Chapter 672: Chapter 672: This Kid Is Way Too Good

Judging by the clothes on the bodies, some were from Hell’s Paradise, and some were Orion Osborne’s men. Seven or eight people were dead.

’What about the rest of them?’

That same thought occurred to both Claire Sinclair and Theo Rhodes, and they spoke in unison, "This place isn’t safe. We need to go!"

Just as they turned to leave, several men suddenly burst out from a room to the side.

Theo instantly pulled Claire behind him. "Master, find somewhere to hide!"

"You—" Before Claire could finish, the kid had already charged forward. He snatched up a broken chair from the floor and instantly brought it down on the nearest man, knocking him to the ground.

CRACK! The chair shattered, and the man collapsed into a pool of blood.

’So fast!’

The other men froze for a second, then one of them yelled, "Let’s get him together!"

A slight smirk played on Theo’s lips. He had a roguish air about him, but his eyes held a vicious glint that betrayed his smile. "If you’re so eager to die, then come on."

With that, he hurled the remains of the chair. The man in front managed to dodge backward, but it still smashed into his foot.

"Aargh!" the man cried, dropping to his knees and clutching his foot. He clearly wouldn’t be getting back up anytime soon.

Simultaneously, Theo grabbed two other men by the arms and slammed them into each other.

THUD—

Their heads cracked together. The two men staggered, dazed and off-balance, and Theo seized the opening to land a few more kicks.

Having dealt with those two, he turned to face the others.

Claire, who had been about to hide, was simply frozen in place, stunned by the scene.

’This kid... he’s incredible!’

’He really is a judo champion, through and through. But I doubt that’s all he knows. Some of those moves didn’t look like judo at all.’

In just a few minutes, Theo had taken care of the grunts. But he was panting hard, covered in sweat and grime—a far cry from the effortlessly cool male leads on TV.

Theo braced his hands on his knees, craning his neck to look up at Claire. "Mas... Master... I’m spent... So thirsty... Let me... just rest for a second..."

Claire walked over to him, her voice filled with concern. "Why don’t you sit down for a minute?"

Theo glanced down at his filthy clothes, then simply plopped down on the ground.

Claire scanned their surroundings warily before letting out a sigh of relief. "I don’t think there’s anyone else, right?"

Theo waved a dismissive hand. "Even if there were, I’m too tired to fight. That was more exhausting than any of my competitions."

"Alright. Rest up, and then we’ll get out of here."

"Okay." Theo nodded.

Claire kept watch, her eyes scanning their surroundings every so often.

After sitting for a while, Theo finally recovered his strength and got to his feet. "Master, I’m good to go. Let’s move."

As they reached the entrance, they saw a dozen or so cars parked up ahead. The men standing in front held defensive gear, and every one of them was armed.

Claire’s face lit up with relief. "It’s men from Quincy Manor!"

She recognized a few of their faces. There was no doubt they were from Quincy Manor!

Theo immediately took her arm and led her toward the group.

When Claire reached the men, the squad leader at the head of the group immediately called out, "Young Madam, Young Master Quincy requests that you return and wait for him."

"No, I’m waiting for him right here." There was no way she could leave this place with any peace of mind. She wouldn’t go back until he came out.

The squad leader looked troubled. "Young Madam..."

Theo couldn’t help but chime in. "You could at least wait in the car. The sun’s pretty strong out here."
