Chapter 2567: To The Death.

As the god of justice spoke, he stepped out of the spiritual dimension into the physical world with his true body.

His giant humanoid body made of wax with a small fire burning within its hollow cavity appeared before the whole world. This made it clear to everyone watching that he was ready to fight to the death.

But just as everyone was anticipating an epic fight, they heard a loud wail of pain and suffering. This distracted them and made them turn their attention to the source of the wail.

When they turned to look, what they saw was that the god of illusion was in a sorry state. Because he had lost the protection of his outer bodies, the fire from the Eyes of Fire divine ability had burned him and injured him.

The virtual body on top of the god of illusion had also been burned by the fire, but the damage was purely physical. It didn’t hinder the virtual body from continuing to use its divine abilities to attack the mind of the god of illusion.

So the virtual body he still had enough strength to smash the mind of the god of illusion. He even managed to fracture the ego of the god of illusion. This injury was what caused the god of illusion to cry out in pain like that.

It was clear that the god of illusion was going to die soon if something wasn’t done to prevent it. The god of justice couldn’t let the god of illusion die, even though he didn’t like the trickster. So he began to attack the three gods.

He used the rank 1 Shackles divine ability on the god of death, the god of disaster, and the body standing on top of the god of illusion, poised to deal the final blow that will kill the god of illusion. This caused golden chains to appear on the bodies of the three gods.

Next, the god of justice used the rank 7 Weaken divine ability and the rank 6 Guillotine divine ability. The rank 7 Weaken divine ability caused the golden shackle of the rank 1 Shackles divine ability to grow spikes that dug into the bodies of the three gods.

Not only did the shackles pierce their bodies, but they also began to sap their strength and divine energy. Finally, three large golden curved blades appeared above the heads of the three gods, waiting for an opportunity to strike and take their lives.

The god of disaster followed the attack with the Disease Carrier divine ability. This caused a terrifying disease that he had been brewing for a long time to latch onto the outer body of the god of justice.

The god of death used the Soul Strike divine ability. When he activated this divine, the golden feathers on his body were ejected out of his wings and flew towards the god of justice.

One golden feather was enough for the Soul Strike divine ability to take effect. But the god of death was using hundreds of the feathers. He didn’t hold back at all.

The god of nobles said, “The world hates the god of justice, so it pressures him and tries to bind him.”

This decree made the world solidify around the god of justice. It was as if the air around him was metal, not gas. This inhibited his movements and made it impossible for him to dodge the many golden feathers flying towards him.

If he still had his divine abilities, a single use of Eyes of Fire would be enough to destroy all of the golden feathers. But now he was helpless and could only watch as the golden feathers smashed into his body.

Individually, none of these gods could match the god of justice. But together, they were able to threaten him.

The three of them are consuming a lot of divine energy in order to be able to harm the god of justice like this. But their sacrifice is bearing fruit. One by one, the outer bodies of the god of justice were destroyed by the disease of the god of disaster and the golden feathers of the god of death.

The virtual body also used the situation to attack the god of justice. He implanted a Mind Plague on the god of justice. Then he refocused on the god of illusion.

The Mind Plague divine ability doesn’t require active support. It will stick to its target and burn their minds like a fire. This attack will remain effective regardless of the distance, so the bieri body could focus on something else.

While the three gods held the god of justice back, the virtual body struck the god of illusion’s ego again and again. After some time, he completely shattered the third layer of the mind of the god of illusion and severed the connection between his soul and body.
