Inside the Gregor Mansion, the Evil Mirror is hovering above the body of the Supreme Wizard. The stone hanging above my heart was gone.

I never dreamt of killing the Supreme Wizard in this way.

There are 2 more outside. I think old man Patrick can hold on until I kill this person.

“Marco was gone,” the old female Supreme Wizard uttered.

Hearing that long nose Supreme Wizard who is fighting the bandit leader was shocked. He tried to find Marco. But he couldn’t find him.

Marcos’s presence was gone. He was scared sh!t. Hen then turned towards the bandit leader.

“You got a helper,” he asked.

Hearing that old man Patrick’s eyes flickered. He could feel the presence of the young man. The young man has strange ways to appear and disappear in front of him.

Not only that, the young man has ways to kill the Supreme Wizard. Even he had fallen for his trap as old veteran.

“You guys are not leaving alive,” Patrick uttered.

He is unwilling to answer them.

But the enemies believed that the bandit group had backup. The long nose old man and the old woman exchanged glances.

They are from the Dark Faction. If the outside world knew they were killed by the bandit groups. Their reputation will plummet.

They can still come back later to annihilate the bandit group. They both nodded their heads in understanding.

The long nosed wizard retreated.

“Everyone retreat. We have more important things to do. We will come back later to eradicate them,” he added.

Hearing that the fighting on the ground was stopped. The ground was covered in blood everywhere.

The bandit group has some backers. Their Marco is gone right now. They need to report to the higher ups. Soon, the group left.

Now the black airship remained on the ground. The injured people are taking the desk. Old man Patrick is looking for the young man.

He is feeling that a young man is near. But he couldn’t find him. The old man decided to wait here. He recalled leaving the young man behind at the barren mine.

He thinks the young man has returned empty handed. It’s not easy to offend the Clover Heart City. But the old man doesn’t know the latest news.

The Gunnar Family suppressed the news. Otherwise, he would be shocked to the core.

Then I appeared outside wearing a mask. When I came to the desk. Old man Patrick appeared before me.

“Young man, it appears you have dealt with the burly man,” Patrick asked.

“Yes, can you tell me what happened?” I asked.

The old man sighed and recounted the intentions of the 2 Supremes to retreat to come back later.

“The Dark Faction won’t let us go. It will be a matter of time before they come back with full force,” Patrick said with a sigh.

“How did you guys bump into them?” I asked.

“We plundered another airship. I found out that they are carrying some treasure. Later, we realised that the airship belonged to the Dark Faction. It was moving in disguise,” Patrick uttered

Hearing that my eyes glinted with an interesting gleam.

“What kind of treasure could it be?” I asked myself.

Then I looked towards the old man. He understood my intention. He started guiding me towards the treasure.

The other wizards are looking at two of them in dumbfounded expressions. They remembered that it was the same person who blocked them some time ago.

Their leader is treating him with respect. They understood that a young man could have a big background. So they remained silent.

The old man brought me to his cabin. He opened the silver-colored treasure box.

“I don’t know what it is but this liquid must be precious,” Patrick said before opening the box.

I saw a silver blue colored liquid in a vial. The silver liquid is glowing like a star. The next second, I felt a reaction from my bones.

I thought it was imagination but I was not wrong. My bones are indeed reacting to this silver liquid. It must be some special relic.

I used the system probe function and confirmed it.

“Star Liquid,” I uttered in my heart.

Finally, I have a special relic in my hand.

“Give it to me,” I said.

Hearing that old man Patrick was not surprised. But he hesitated. Then the crimson magic characters binding his mana core reacted.

He felt a tinge of pain. The next second, he handed over the vial.

I received the vial and stored it inside the system space. I’m not in a hurry to consume it. I needed a safe place to do it.

“I’m not asking for it for free. I’ll help you guys. Since the war between the White Faction and Dark Faction is not going to end sooner.”

“Do you guys have any future plans?” I asked.

Old man Patrick’s eyes flickered. He knew the young man was not ordinary. His methods are unfathomable.

Then he said,”To be honest. I’m very old. After me, the bandit group will be disbanded. You don’t have to worry about that.”

“Many of them have shown their intention of leaving. It’s because of my strength. They are not ready to move,” he added.

Hearing that I felt unfortunate. But I don’t want to lose him. He is the first person bound by the Red Scroll Artifact.

I could use his help in future. In the Magic City, I don’t have any force. With the help of Red Scroll Artifact, I could form a force on my own.

Moreover, his lifespan problem is easy to resolve.
