I thought of a good plan. I’m going to let this old man follow me. He will be useful to me in the magic city.

“How about following me?” I asked him.

Old man Patrick was dumbfounded. He was already under the control of this young man. Now he is asking him like this.

I saw through his thoughts.

I smiled and said,”You must be wondering about my background. Let me tell you. I’m not from here. I’m from Mage Union.”

“I have come here on my mission. I have almost completed it. I’m going to return soon. So I intended to take you back with me,” I added.

“What?” The old man was scared to the core.

Mage Union is the real overlord of the planet. This young man comes from that place. In front of the Mage Union, the Disordered Land is nothing. Let alone the Dark Faction.

The Zero Puppet came back to life.

“Master,” it greeted the next second.

“Zero, I need your help with something,” After saying that I took all the storage bracelets outside and placed them on the table.

“I want you to go through the storage bracelets. Don’t open ones which have restrictions to break. Then I want you to find out the resources which can increase the lifespan of the supreme wizard.”

“Besides, if the storage bracelets contain any books or scrolls about magic knowledge. You can record them,” I said to Zero Puppet.

“Okay, master,” Zero puppet replied.

The blue light in the sockets flickered.

Then I appeared outside. I’m feeling good. I stopped paying attention to the storage bracelets earlier. Now I had time to sort them out.

Once the old man finishes with his work. We can leave.

Outside,

The old man is having a serious discussion. Nobody expected him to disband the ground. All bandit group members liked the decision.

“The Faction war between the 2 factions is going to be intense. Our bandit group will get caught in cross fire. So I think it’s better to disband the group.”

The airship disappeared. They landed on the ground. The old man feels more awe at the young man. His methods are unfathomable to him.

“Let’s go. We need to find shelter next. Do you have any idea?” I asked him.

Old man Patrick was taken aback. Then he thought of something.

He asked,”Master, are you going to consume the treasure?”

“You can say that,” I replied.

“Then we should leave faster. I have a feeling that silver liquid is a very important treasure. Otherwise, the people from the Dark Faction won’t be this fierce,” Patrick said.

“Okay, take me to the safe location,” I said to him.

“Yes, Master,” he replied.

Then we started traveling together. I’m starting to think that Dark Faction won’t remain silent. They don’t know I’m the one who is causing problems.

But if they use the help of Fate Wizard, they could figure it out. I don’t want to wait until then.

Old man Patrick brought me to the Rolling hills. A hint of surprise flashes in my eyes.

“Do you have a hideout here?” I asked him.

“Master, you are right. I have built an underground chamber here. We can spend the night here.”
