Chapter 508: Chapter 506:Getting ready.

"I can’t believe you actually did that?" Shaia’s voice still held a note of disbelief as I got ready for the auction about to begin.

"I don’t understand why you’re still so shocked; that was over two days ago."

"I know, but still, don’t you have some atom of shame?"

"When it comes to relieving people of their treasures? Especially people who annoy me? No, I don’t know what shame is."

"Give it up, Sister Shaia; if he didn’t listen when you were trying to talk him out of it two days ago, he won’t listen now." Terra’s voice pulled my attention towards the matured beauty, and I couldn’t help but be stunned.

"Fufufu... looks like Husband likes how I look. Good. I really put a lot of effort into picking out something appropriate yet still beautiful." The woman twirled, and my eyes followed every movement, every sway of her assets.

"Beautiful..." I really couldn’t understand how these ladies always had this effect on me.

Because tell me why someone could be so effortlessly graceful, beautiful, yet seductive all at once?

The way her leaf-inspired green dress hugged her figure—not obscenely, but regally—just made the mature world spirit a million times more perfect. Couple that with the way her green hair fell in sultry waves over one side of her face, leaving the other half bare, and I was transfixed.

"Fufufufu... Master, if you keep staring at only Big Sister Terra, you’ll make me jealous." Elira’s voice successfully pried my gaze from the stunning visage of Terra as I turned to my side, only to freeze on sight at the magnificence before me.

Golden-blond hair shining like liquid sunlight under the room’s lighting. A royal blue gown draped over her bountiful figure with a slit on the side showing off her tantalizing thigh. I was almost drooling at the sight as I was quite honestly lost for words. And yet, the damage wasn’t over, as the soft footsteps behind me made me once again turn, this time dreading the fact that I might be sent into delirium from the overabundance of beauty gracing my eyes, and lo and behold...

"Ahh... so this is what they call heaven." Everything went white, and the next thing I knew, I was landing on something soft and squishy.

"Can... can you not be so dramatic all the time?"

"Ahh... so heaven has a voice. It’s just as beautiful as I thought it’d be. Haa... so glad to be home." I snuggled my face deep into the softness as I just wished for time to stop and let me enjoy my heaven.

"Alright. Stop taking advantage of the situation, Husband; you’re going to be late if you keep dawdling. Or are you no longer interested in the auction?" Terra called out, thinking she could pry me from this heaven, but,

"I’ll pass. Just let me enjoy heaven for today." My hands found purchase on one of the pillows of softness and gave them a slight squeeze.

"Hey!!" Heaven cried out cutely.

"Well, too bad. You’re going. After all your raving about this auction, you now want to ditch? Fat chance!" An arm grabbed my ear and pulled hard as I was forced out of heaven.

"NOOOOOO!!!! WHO—?" my words got cut in my throat as I laid eyes on,

"Sana?" The tower spirit had actually come out.

"You’re here? And you look..." My eyes roamed over the body of the tower spirit. Dual-colored black and white hair. A white gown with gold etchings at the edges. She didn’t look one bit inferior to Nyssara and the others; in fact, the stoic and indifferent expression on her face only added a few more notes of grandeur to her beauty.

"Beautiful."

"Humph! Your compliments won’t do anything." She huffed, trying to brush me off, but,

"You can try saying that when your face isn’t smiling, Sana." Elira wasn’t having it.

"Why you—?"

CLAP!!

Terra clapped her hands, attracting everyone’s attention as she directed, "No more bickering from you two."

""Humph!""

"And Husband, no more shameless groping of Nyssara. I know she’s beautiful, but calm yourself."

"I deny all your allegations, my lovely wife, and humbly offer myself as an apology. Use me as you see fit."

"Maybe later. As for now, we have people waiting for us, so let’s not keep them waiting any longer."

"Wait... you just said you’ll use me later, didn’t you?"

"Everyone, let’s go!"

"Terra! Wait! My beautiful wife, WAIIITT!!!!"

....

The Spirit Blossom Court was located on the high-level Myriad Blossom World.

The chamber of commerce coining its name from the planet’s own.

The Myriad Blossom World, known for its rich heritage, its spiritual flora, ancient alchemy lineages, and flowers capable of nurturing extraordinary bloodlines, had become the heart and focus of the surrounding light regions as a myriad of forces had made their way here.

The moment our group broke through the planet’s atmosphere, we could all feel it.

A weight. Not oppressive, but present. One not belonging to any single being but a collective weight released by a gathering of a substantial amount of powerful figures.

It pressed onto our bodies, clearly conveying the message, ’behave yourself while you’re here.’

"Looks like there are quite a few significant figures attending this event." Xuan, draped in a luxurious golden dragon-patterned robe, looked every bit the emperor he was.

His voice held a note of intrigue and excitement as the man seemed eager to get to the auction, and I couldn’t blame him.

The idea of interacting with a number of different personalities from different corners of the universe was probably something the man, weighed down by political pressure, family issues, and a pending crisis that could escalate at any moment, probably hadn’t dared entertain in quite a while.

"Hmm..." An idea began forming in my head, one that should free up my newest brother after all this was done, but before then I think it’s time to address the elephant in the room.

"Xuan, why is he here?" I asked, looking toward Lin Tian. The protagonist figure stood tall and unshaken even amidst the monsters within the ship, at least he did until my gaze fell upon him and he put that facade aside.

"Oh, him. I’ve decided to take him under my wing."

"Hmm? Why?"

"He has potential. A lot of it, in fact. I dare say with the right training and sufficient resources he can surpass me in the future, so I couldn’t bear to watch him waste away within the Spirit Ascension Sect. And since he’s my sister’s disciple, I am, by extension, his grand master, after all, I was the one who trainedmy sister during our days within that lousy sect."

"Oh... I see."

What were the odds, huh?

The descendant takes on the one bearing the ancestor’s ancient soul as his disciple, wanting to do the exact same thing Lin Feng had intended from the start, make the boy powerful, powerful enough to help.

"By the way, how is your sister?" I couldn’t help asking out of concern since the woman hadn’t spoken a word after Leo brought her back.

"Still not saying a word, but atleast I can assure you she’s okay. She must’ve just seen a lot of things.." the spoke suggestively as he gave Leo a look.

"Hey.. I said I was going to try not to break anything, and I succeeded, mostly."

""""MOSTLY!?""""

"Oh fuck off."

"I wonder if this is what they call fate?" I couldn’t help thinking quietly as I moved past Leo’s cryptic comments and focused on the situation around Lin Tian.

"Nope! Fated, that bitch is actually a lot more petty than this. I guess you can be glad that her influence in the myriad creations of the manifestations is minimal." Shaia scoffed.

"You knew Fate?"

"Mmhmm.. she’s one of the few manifestations Father actually likes keeping around, mostly because she’s the perfect source for spoilers within infinity. She, Caus, and Destiny, the three stooges as they’re called."

"Heh! I wonder what she sees about me then."

I couldn’t help but entertain briefly the thought of what the outer-source being, Fated, sees whenever I was involved.

"We’ll ask her when we return to infinity, so don’t worry, we’re arriving." Shaia’s words pulled me from my thoughts as I looked out the window of the emperor’s vessel, a massive structure appearing on the distant horizon.

"Heh! What did I say? So much for a Spirit Blossom Court."
