Chapter 1982: Reunion Between Principal And Student II

Grey did not expect to be bombarded by the Principal with such questions, causing an embarrassing awkward expression to appear on his face.

Stuttering, he explained, “Principal, you see, we Teacher contacted us during the attack. We were helping with the fight before…”

Grey told the Principal about what happened in the Human World before coming here.

“You sneaked into the Gnome World?!” The Principal exclaimed, holding back the urge to smack Grey back to the Human World. At first, he had thought Grey was also captured and taken here, only managing to escape by some strange means. He never expected that the latter actually snuck into the Gnome World all for him. He was conflicted between feeling joy of being rescued and fear for Grey’s safety.

“This is not the first time. I can take us out.” Grey replied with a tame voice.

“You’ve been here…” The Principal stopped mid-sentence to try to calm himself, after taking a deep breath, he asked, “What’s your current cultivation?”

“Eighth stage Sovereign.” Grey replied truthfully.

The Principal nodded, although shocked in his heart. When he last saw Grey, he should be an Overlord Plane Elementalist at the time. It has been just around two decades or so, yet he has grown to a level that he could be regarded as a top expert in the entire Human World. He also heard from Chris that Grey’s strength was shocking for an Eighth stage Sovereign. According to him, he lost brutally during their sparring session. There was also him having more than four elements. From what the Principal recalled, Grey was only a Dual Elementalist when he entered Lunar Academy, having the earth and lightning element.

This was the first time he was hearing an Elementalist gained more elements after their initial check.

‘There’s a lot of mysteries in the world. Besides, given the strength of his Family, it should be easy for them to hide his other elements from us.’ He thought to himself.

He had been informed by Chris that Grey was from one of the top Families in the Aurora Continent. His Father is even touted as one of the strongest Elementalists in the world. Sealing his child’s elements from the public should not be too difficult. This was also what Chris speculated.

Grey had no idea what the Principal was thinking about, and even if he did, he would not explain anything to him. It was better if the Principal thought his parents were the ones who sealed his elements.

“You mentioned you still had to pick up someone else before we leave, who is that?” The Principal asked.

“It’s Brown. I found her even earlier than you. It’s just, she’s quite far from this place and it would take a day or two to get to her.” Grey replied.

“Oh,” A look of surprise appeared on his face before he muttered, “Chris, that moron, allowing a child to embark on such a dangerous journey.”

Hearing that Grey had found Brown, he thought Chris was aware of Grey coming to the Gnome World and even supported him. He knew how much Chris valued Brown, she could almost even be considered his child from how he treats her.

An embarrassed smile appeared on Grey’s face as he explained sheepishly, “Teacher didn’t agree to me coming when I told him. Neither did Klaus, I snuck here.”

“You…!” The Principal finally understood what was happening, Grey snuck here on his own without permission from anyone, sighing he said, “You’re already here, there’s no point blaming you. What we should do now is leave as soon as possible. I don’t know how you managed to sneak into the Gnome World or even blend in, but I overheard the Gnomes attacked some days ago. It’s best we leave this place as soon as we can before attracting any enemies.”

Although Grey was the one freely roaming the Gnome World, all his focus has been on locating the Principal, so he had no knowledge of the attack the Principal mentioned just now. Either way, he planned to leave this place as soon as he could.

Putting on his mask, he led the Principal back to the room where the other four were waiting.

“I have teleportation arrays set up in multiple places in this world on my way here. I’ll take you guys to somewhere that’s relatively safer compared to this region.” After saying this, Grey immediately went to work, making another teleportation array here.

Making teleportation arrays was pretty easy for him given his mastery in both the space element as well as array formations. His teleportation arrays were also impossible for others to use, hence the reason he was not afraid the Gnome would be able to use it in the future. The reason for this was because his arrays were made with his own space elemental essence. A normal teleportation array would require the world’s space essence, which would make it possible for everyone to use it. Grey figured this out while studying the teleportation array he used to transport to the Aurora Continent the first time. This was the reason he made sure his own ended up being unique to only him. The only way others could use it was if he gave them a token. At the moment, he had not even bothered creating any token.

While he was stuck here, he realized going from one place to another would once again become difficult for those in Red City. Once he returned, he planned to make some tokens and hand it to his Father.

The teleportation array took a while to complete, it was one that required him to teleport at least a few hundred kilometers away from this City. He wanted to take the group to a place where the overall strength should not exceed the Overlord Plane. At least there, they would have no problems with hiding themselves.

When the teleportation array was ready, everyone stood inside the array. Pushing his space element, the array lit up and a bright light covered the group, by the time the light died down, they were nowhere to be seen.
