What the— Leo was shocked to see the bloodline percentage jump so dramatically.

But Cyrandel didn’t stop there. Approaching Lunaria, she did the same.

However, unlike Drycha, there wasn’t an astonishing change in the bloodline percentage.

Windbreath Hound [Lunaria] [Spirit] (Pseudo → Low 4-star)

Noble Bloodline - 71% → 74%

Vitality: 750 + [6500 → 7000]

Cyrandel noticed the change in Lily’s aura but chose to ignore it. She turned back towards Leo.

"You must have Zephyrax’s incomplete Spirit Core on you, right?"

"Yes, I have it."

"Feed it to..." She glanced towards Lily.

"Lunaria."

"Yes, Lunaria. Feed it to her. You can do it when you’re free, or have Katherine look over it. She’s a great girl for the job."

They noticed Cyrandel addressing Katherine as ’girl’, but didn’t think much of it. After all, who knew? Cyrandel might really be as much of a Grandma as Niri had said.

Cyrandel then looked towards Pryde and Solvyr.

"Hmm, Aurex might be a better person to help them."

"Umm, excuse me, Your Majesty," Lily spoke after gaining control over the surge of strength in her body.

"Yes?"

"May I know what Your Majesty did?"

"Nothing special. I just had a bit of extra spirit essence suitable for the two of them, which I let them absorb and break the bottleneck of their advancement."

"Thank you very much," Lily said, grateful for it.

"Why don’t we have a bit of casual talk until the others arrive?" Cyrandel suggested.

Without even waiting for a reply, she initiated the conversation.

They chatted to their heart’s content, and apparently, Leo was completely sidelined while the girls talked. Cyrandel even set up places to sit and brought out drinks for them to enjoy.

Though he wasn’t entirely alone. Pryde sat calmly beside him, while Solvyr seemed to float in the sky.

Even Niri was included in the chat. Somehow, Cyrandel put everyone at ease.

Doesn’t seem like a bad person... Leo thought.

Initially, he had been very sceptical about what kind of people these Emperors and Empresses would be. He had already imagined how scheming they might be and how they would try to bind him and Lily under their control.

But Cyrandel seemed like a good individual.

Lily also took the opportunity to make another request.

"Your Majesty, may I request something?"

Cyrandel, who was teaching Niri some kind of control ability, looked up.

"Sure."

"Could you please allow Sylrael’s family members to visit our territory in Aurelius Beast Academy if they come to ask for permission to take her back? Yes, but only if they come voluntarily."

"Those people who were bullying big sister back then!" Niri recognised who Lily was addressing too.

During their chat, they realised that even though the Evergreen Tribe was considerably large, its strongest individual—who turned out to be a newly selected chief—had only reached Peak 4-star.

This meant that Sylrael, with her Mid 4-star strength, was one of the strongest individuals in their tribe. If they were smart, they would try their best to get her back.

Sylrael snapped her head towards Lily.

"S-Sister Lily, I really don’t want to go back."

Even Aeila nodded in agreement.

"Y-Yes, if it’s possible, I want to remain under Lord Leo and Lady Lily forever."

Cyrandel raised a brow in interest.

"Were you a candidate for the chief’s position?" she asked Sylrael.

"Yes, Your Majesty."

Cyrandel didn’t even need to think to understand why they’d sent Sylrael away with the excuse of the Rite of Departure.

"And the elders agreed? If so, I might be really disappointed in them... Wait." Cyrandel suddenly remembered something.

"They appeared around a century ago... And I remember them telling me something about how their chief had died recently while most of their major elders were away because of a war. Hmm..."

"F-Father passed away?" Sylrael’s eyes widened as a heavy weight settled over her heart.

Though she knew it would happen sooner or later, she was saddened that she hadn’t been able to see him in his final moments.

"Life and death are parts of our lives, Sylrael. We need to have a strong heart to bear the pain of what we’ve lost and be happy for the things we’ve gained."

Sylrael nodded and stayed quiet for a while after that.

"I just need to approve what you asked for, right?" Cyrandel asked, and Lily nodded.

"But Lily, are you sure they’ll even come looking for her?" Cyrandel was fairly certain the new female chief would never let Sylrael return and threaten her position.

Having seen both the chief and Sylrael personally, she knew Sylrael had greater potential, and she was even younger.

"Your Majesty, I still think there should be at least one person who cares about her. I don’t want to close that path for them."

"Alright, I’ll make the arrangements."

A little while later...

I thought Kaelion’s relationship with his father wasn’t great. What the fuck are they even talking about for so long? Leo wondered as he walked around.

Suddenly, a shadow loomed over him.

"Who?!"

Leo immediately jumped away, creating some distance, only to see a black-haired man looking down at him.

He was looking down in the literal sense, because the man was monstrously tall.

What the fuck?! How tall is this guy?!

Leo exclaimed internally as he took a fighting stance against the newcomer.

Once again, just like Cyrandel, the man didn’t seem to radiate a single ounce of strength.

"Nice reaction time, Leo," the man said in a bold voice.

Only then did Leo finally get a chance to look at him properly.

The man stood nearly 10 feet tall, with golden horns and golden, slit-pupiled eyes. His upper body was bare, revealing glowing skin and tiny, almost imperceptible golden scales across his back and chest.

His skin tone leaned towards bronze, and he wore an ankle-length sharong.

Sun-Flame Dragon [???] (???) - ???

Leo didn’t even have time to relax before someone else appeared beside him.

That person was no less tall. Another giant, standing almost 9 feet tall, with purple hair.

And their unusual height by no means made them look disproportionate. Both had equally well-built, structurally balanced bodies.

A fucking human of this size?!

Leo was shocked when no system prompt appeared to display the person’s information, unlike before.

The meaning was simple: this was a human.

And the purple hair signified only one thing...
