Wrong Flirt, Right Trouble: His Uncle Pulls Me Close
Chapter 520: Take Me
When Seth Scott arrived, Yara Scott had already ordered food and set out red wine.
She was wearing a slip dress with just a coat over it.
But she kept herself covered, revealing nothing for the time being.
Her eyes were red-rimmed. The moment Seth arrived, Yara threw herself at him, wrapping her arms around his waist and burying her head in his chest.
"Brother!" Yara whined softly.
Seth knew Yara was upset, so he patted her shoulder comfortingly. "It’s okay, it’s okay."
"Brother, you’re the only one who’s good to me. At a time like this, you’re the only one willing to see me."
Seth saw Yara as his sister. In his heart, both she and Nina Scott were the same to him.
"Don’t worry. Just talk to Mom more. I’m sure she won’t be able to bear seeing you get married off like this."
Yara shook her head, greedily savoring Seth’s embrace.
After a good while, she finally pulled Seth over. "Brother, come eat. I’ve already ordered."
"Okay." Seth sat across from Yara, and they began to eat together.
Yara had already poured the red wine. "Brother, have a couple of drinks with me."
Knowing Yara was in a bad mood, Seth drank with her. He downed his glass in one go. In truth, Seth wasn’t in a great mood either; he had seen everything online.
It looked like Quentin Blackwood had proposed to Ivy Sherwood, and from the looks of it, he had succeeded. The thought of the woman he loved marrying someone else left a bitter taste in Seth’s mouth.
But what could he do? He was no match for Quentin Blackwood.
Still, Seth hadn’t given up. He was waiting for the day something might happen between Ivy and Quentin. It wasn’t certain they would actually get married. And even if they did, couldn’t they also get divorced?
He firmly believed he still had a chance. Coincidentally, using the excuse of focusing on his career, Mrs. Scott wasn’t pressuring him to get married either.
Yara’s gaze intensified as she watched Seth down his drink. She watched his Adam’s apple bob as the red wine slid down his throat. Seeing how handsome he looked in his suit, her body began to burn with heat.
"Brother, have some more," Yara said cheerfully. She was happy because she had put something in the wine.
Completely unsuspecting, Seth drank the wine.
Yara then began to nervously reveal her feelings. "Brother, actually... there’s another reason I don’t want to marry Cameron Walker. There’s someone I’ve loved for many years. I only want to marry him, no one else."
Seth was surprised. "You love someone? Why didn’t you tell me sooner? Does he know? Are you two together?"
Yara shook her head. "He doesn’t know. I... I don’t dare to tell him."
"Why not? If you love someone, you should be bold and go after them."
"I’m afraid he’ll reject me. I don’t dare to just tell him like this."
"What’s there to be afraid of? My sister is so wonderful. Even if you get rejected, it doesn’t matter. It just means he has bad taste. Besides, you haven’t even told him. How do you know he’ll say no?"
Tears welled in Yara’s eyes. ’If only Seth had said this to me sooner. If he had encouraged me like this earlier, I would have confessed to him long ago.’
"Brother, I..." Yara paused.
"What is it?" Seth asked, completely oblivious as he watched her reaction.
Yara clenched her fists and finally mustered her courage. "I love you."
Seth froze, the gentle smile on his lips stiffening. "What did you say?"
Yara spoke boldly, "The person I love is you. I’ve always loved you, but I never dared to say it. Brother, I’m serious. I don’t want to marry Cameron Walker. Even if the Scott Family forces me to marry, I want to give my first time to you, not to that man."
As she spoke, Yara took off her coat, revealing the extremely skimpy outfit she wore underneath.
"You..." Seth was utterly shocked and bewildered. He immediately stood up, wanting to back away.
’He never imagined Yara was in love with him. He was her brother!’
’They weren’t related by blood, but this was still wrong.’
"You might have misunderstood something. Maybe it’s because we spend a lot of time together, but this isn’t love. Besides, I already have someone I love."
"Who?" Jealousy began to stir in Yara’s heart. ’Who could be so lucky as to win Seth’s affection?’
"Ivy Sherwood. I’ve loved her for many years, too."
He had originally thought that since he had known Ivy for so many years, even if it was a matter of first-come, first-served, he should have been first.
But after seeing the news online, he learned that Quentin Blackwood and Ivy Sherwood had also known each other for many years, and they even had a childhood engagement.
He was still no match for Quentin, which was why he was working so hard to expand his family’s influence, holding out hope that he might truly have a chance one day.
Yara never expected the person Seth loved was Ivy Sherwood. ’What did that woman do to deserve him?!’
"But she belongs to someone else now, doesn’t she? Brother, I really love you. Take me!"
Yara went straight to Seth and threw her arms around him.
She was already scantily clad, and her body was completely exposed to his eyes.
Seth tried to push her away, but he felt a wave of heat surge through his body. His breathing became ragged, as if something was running wild inside him.
He instantly knew what had happened. He looked at Yara in disbelief. "You drugged me?"
"Yes, but I was forced to do this. I love you too much, Brother. I want to have you. Even if I can’t marry you, I want to have you just once. Brother, please don’t blame me."
With that, Yara stood on her tiptoes and leaned in to kiss Seth.
Seth wanted to push her away, but his body wouldn’t obey. Instead, it seemed to crave something.
Yara seized the opportunity to unbuckle his belt, reveling in her actions. ’Brother’s scent... it really is wonderful.’
...
When Nina Scott and Mrs. Scott arrived at the hotel, Mrs. Scott was even more anxious than Nina. "Can’t you walk faster? Hurry up!"
Mrs. Scott rushed inside but couldn’t get any further.
"If anything happens to my son, I’ll never forgive you!"
"What’s the use of not forgiving me? I’m not the one with designs on Brother. If you dare scold me again, I’m not going up."
"You dare!" Mrs. Scott’s eyes widened.
"Just watch me." Nina wouldn’t fall for that; she hated being threatened more than anything.
Nina, however, remained unhurried and went to the front desk.
She had heard from Ivy Sherwood that Quentin Blackwood had apparently stayed at this hotel before and later just bought it. So, she had already asked Quentin to call the front desk ahead of time, allowing her to go get the key card directly.
By the time Nina got the key card, Mrs. Scott had already gone upstairs.
Mrs. Scott was frantic. She thought Nina was doing it on purpose, deliberately stalling for time.
But since she didn’t know which room it was, she could only pound on each door one by one, shouting, "Come out! Come out!"
A guest opened their door and stared at the old woman. "Who are you? Are you crazy, doing this so late at night?"
