Andre walked over to Dean Dong and handed him the seal.

But to say it was conquered would be less accurate than to say the Cosmic Sea World’s consciousness chose Andre.

Once a portion of the Cosmic Sea World’s consciousness was assimilated by the Wizard Civilization Will, the Cosmic Sea World was officially incorporated into the Wizard Civilization.

That was why the "conquest" of the Cosmic Sea World seemed so anticlimactic and almost farcical.

Otherwise, conquering a Level 5 World was something that couldn’t even be contemplated without taking several thousand years.
