Chapter 303: Chapter 304: Dispute

"By that logic, since the Cosmic Sea World was born from the Endless Star Realm, does that mean the Endless Star Realm belongs to you too?"

Munger narrowed his eyes at Sakro, seizing on his words. He began to run circles around him, twisting his statement with layered definitions.

"You!" Sakro’s eyes widened as he stared at Munger. He never imagined this guy could be so shameless.

"Those are two completely different things!" Sakro shouted at Munger.

"It’s one and the same thing: survival of the fittest!"

At that moment, Qiu Jila stepped forward to support Munger.

"The Endless Star Realm has given birth to countless worlds. Among them, some have brought forth life, while others have not."

"But in essence, all these worlds are part of the Endless Star Realm."

"In other words, our expeditions are merely a constant exploration of unknown regions within the Endless Star Realm."

"In these unknown regions, no one can be certain what they might encounter."

"So, when we encounter something we’ve never seen before, we naturally feel fear, and they, in turn, fear us."

"When both sides fear each other, the outcome is either avoidance or conflict."

"In the event of a conflict, whether they kill us or we kill them, it’s all perfectly normal."

"So, in the end, this is all about seizing territory. Whoever has the bigger fist gets more land."

"Besides, you just told us to leave the Cosmic Sea World. But what about you? What have you been doing?"

As Qiu Jila said this, his voice grew much louder.

Hearing this, Andre looked at Sokra.

"We’ve discovered life from the Cosmic Sea World in several neighboring worlds, along with the unique path of power from this world."

"So, they’ve already begun their own primitive expeditions?"

Andre understood immediately upon hearing this. ℯℯ𝘭.

"Yes, that’s right. Previously, when this world was advancing from a Level 3 World to a Level 4 World, an Ancient Academy attacked it."

"Unfortunately for that academy, they encountered a Void Storm. Their main force was swept into the Star Realm by the storm, their whereabouts unknown."

"That’s the only reason the races of this world were able to win that war."

"And it was precisely because of what that Ancient Academy left behind during the war that the races of this world gained the rudimentary ability to conduct their own expeditions."

Sokra looked at Andre and recounted a piece of the world’s past.

Andre blinked, looking at Sokra.

’How long has the Academy even been invading this world?’

’How can Sokra already be so familiar with its history?’

’That’s moving a little too fast, isn’t it?’

"These events were recorded by the races of this world themselves."

"This is how they recorded it: As their god-like ancestors resisted the Outer World invasion, the World Mother intervened to help them."

"The World Mother created a terrifying black storm that drove away the enemies invading their world."

’So that’s it. They mistook that Void Storm for an act of the world consciousness.’

Andre looked at Sokra and nodded, a slight smile appearing on his face.

He wondered what kind of scene would unfold if the races of the Cosmic Sea World were to discover this truth.

Does a world consciousness have the power to create a Void Storm? The answer is yes, but only within the world itself.

Outside the world, in the Endless Star Realm, the world consciousness lacks such power.

This is because the power of a world consciousness has a limited range.

And that range is the world itself.

Generally speaking, the power of a world consciousness can, for the most part, only affect things within the world, and rarely acts outside of it.

The only exception is when the world faces a world-destroying catastrophe; only then can the world consciousness intervene to avert the disaster.

Otherwise, the world consciousness rarely concerns itself with matters outside the world.

"According to our investigation, we have found members of your races in several nearby worlds, as well as the unique path of power from this world. How do you explain that?"

Qiu Jila looked at Sakro and Gedra and spoke loudly.

"You yourselves are doing the exact same thing we are. What, it’s okay for you to invade other worlds, but not for us to invade yours?"

Qiu Jila’s voice grew louder and louder.

Faced with Qiu Jila’s sudden revelation, even Gedra and Sakro were momentarily at a loss for how to explain or refute it.

’How could these guys have possibly found out about this?’

Gedra and Sakro exchanged a glance. Sakro then used the Talent Witchcraft from his refined Magical Beast Bloodline to communicate with Gedra.

"You’re asking me? Who am I supposed to ask?!"

Gedra rolled his eyes at Sakro.

"Alright, expanding outward is something any civilization or race will do once they become powerful enough. The reason is always a lack of resources!"

"There’s no need to bring this up and argue specifically about it."

Andre looked at them and said helplessly.

"Hmph!" After Andre finished speaking, Gedra shot a cold snort at Munger and Qiu Jila.

"Now, let’s hear the Academy’s position."

Andre asked, looking at Munger and Churchill.

"There’s not much to say. These guys can only obediently become a part of the Academy. There is no other possibility."

Munger looked at Andre and stated the Academy’s demands.

"Become a part of you? To slave away for you so you can live in comfort? Don’t even think about it!"

Upon hearing Munger’s demand, Sakro instantly flew into a rage, pointing at Munger and cursing.

"Slave away for us? Sorry, you’re not even qualified for that!"

"The Witchcraft Puppets created by the Academy are more than enough to replace any contribution you could make."

Munger retorted directly at Sakro.

In Munger’s view, if Sakro and his people weren’t the native races of the Cosmic Sea World and protected by its world consciousness, the Academy would have killed them long ago.

But now, the Cosmic Sea World’s consciousness was extremely active, which was the only reason Sakro and his people could sit here and shout at him.

Otherwise, being turned to dust would have been the greatest mercy shown to them.

Watching the reactions from both sides, Andre felt his head starting to ache again.

’Argue, argue, argue. It’s endless.’
