White Dragon Lord

Chapter 450: The Gem Dragon King Joins the Battle

  • Next Chapter

Frostwhisper had been cursing outside the entire time, but the White Dragon Lord turned a deaf ear. He felt no need to bicker with a dead man.

Amidst the White Dragon Lord's silence, Frostwhisper's injuries worsened, and his movements grew sluggish.

A creeping terror seized Frostwhisper. He sensed that something was wrong.

The White Dragon had already passed up multiple opportunities to kill him; those fatal attacks always brushed past, blasting the earth behind him into a cratered ruin.

It felt exactly like a cat toying with a trapped mouse.

Outside the Monkenado Titan World, which had been sealed off by the Floating City, a translucent Titan figure emerged and quickly solidified. His body resembled clear glass, radiating a brilliant starlight.

The newcomer was none other than one of the three great Titan leaders, the Star Titan—Sinzela!

A massive hand swirling with starlight ruthlessly pierced the eggshell-like dimensional wall.

Crack!

Seeing the shattered space and the starlight palm reaching through the rift, Frostwhisper's eyes widened. He finally understood.

"Your Majesty Sinzela..."

Twelve Floating Towers fired their Metamagic Railguns simultaneously. Combined with the White Dragon Lord's magic, Frostwhisper—already severely eroded by frost—was swallowed by the devastating energy before he could even finish his sentence.

Within the endless torrent of energy, the Frost Titan—Monkenado Frostwhisper—was reduced to ash, melting away until not a single trace remained.

An Abomination Rank Titan had fallen!

The lingering momentum of the attack struck the earth. High mountains encircled by white clouds collapsed in an instant. Boulders the size of houses splashed outward like water droplets, smashing into the forest below and plowing yellow trails of churned dirt through the emerald-green woods.

The Titans, giants, and numerous wild animals dwelling in the forest shivered under this disaster. In the face of this apocalyptic battle between powerhouses, Legendary Rank Level Titans were no different from ants.

The moment Sinzela entered the material plane, he witnessed the fall of the Frost Titan. A surge of rage shot straight to his head.

"Damn it!"

The Star Titan attacked in a fury, waving a hand to hurl a brilliant sphere of starlight energy.

The White Dragon Lord countered with the Metamagic Railgun. The two powerful forces collided, devouring and annihilating each other. Ultimately, the Metamagic Railguns won out through sheer numbers.

Although he had suppressed the Star Titan's furious strike, the White Dragon Lord found no joy in it. He realized it took ten full Metamagic Railgun blasts to counter a single starlight energy sphere.

According to his calculations, the strongest attack he could cast instantly would only offset seven Metamagic Railgun blasts. The remaining three represented the gap in power between himself and the Star Titan.

As expected, none of these ancient monsters were easy to deal with.

Fortunately, we Dragons have powerhouses like this too.

With that thought, the White Dragon Lord crushed the Seven-Color Gem in his palm.

The moment the Seven-Color Gem shattered, the Gem Dragon King in the Obsidian Sanctuary received the message. He faced the Abomination Rank Dragons gathered in the great hall and declared, "Victory belongs to the Dragon Race!"

On the other side, the Star Titan stared at the Floating City before him, his heart filled with a mix of shock and rage. He had never expected that Frostwhisper was calling for help because of a Floating City invasion.

The Floating City awakened his ancient memories.

Sinzela was not a deity. He hadn't been drawn into the great war between The Gods and the Arcane Empire, but he had once watched a battle from afar—dozens of Floating Cities surrounding a Divine Kingdom, forcefully dragging out the Faint Divine Power deity inside and slaughtering him.

The scene had resembled a slaughterhouse, and it remained fresh in his memory even now. He never thought he would have to face a Floating City himself one day. Crucially, the operators of this Floating City belonged to the Dragon Race.

Amos Aldrich?!

Sensing the aura of an ice-attribute Abomination Rank Dragon, the name of the recently rising White Dragon surfaced in the Star Titan's mind. He recalled the Luminous Titan's warning—if Amos wasn't eliminated, he would undoubtedly become a grave threat to the Titan Race in the future.

Initially, he had thought his elder brother was making a fuss over nothing, but he hadn't expected it to actually become reality. And it had come so quickly, with such ferocity.

Starlight power surged within his body. The Star Titan wanted to eradicate this menace for the Titan Race.

The moment the energy rioted within the Star Titan's body, the White Dragon Lord felt his undisguised killing intent.

"Hahaha! Your Majesty Sinzela! You want to kill me?!"

"What a coincidence! I want to kill you too!"

Two surges of naked killing intent erupted simultaneously. Like two drawn blades clashing, even the air around them seemed to solidify.

Without any unnecessary words, the White Dragon Lord ordered the operators of the many Floating Towers to unleash their full firepower. At the same time, the profound sound of a soul incantation echoed.

The Star Titan similarly chanted a spell at breakneck speed. A starlight shield as thin as a cicada's wing wrapped around him, blocking the incoming barrage of magic.

As the starlight shield formed, the White Dragon Lord felt as if the world itself had grown dim. The starlight cascading from the heavens concentrated between the Star Titan's clasped hands, where a brilliant blade of starlight was taking shape.

Cold and sharp!

That icy, piercing sensation sent a chill through the White Dragon Lord's heart. He immediately deployed the Floating City's shield.

The twelve Floating Towers linked with the Floating City's shield to expand the ultimate defensive barrier in this world. It was the pinnacle masterpiece of magical civilization.

On the other side, the blade of starlight in the Star Titan's hands gradually lost its luster, ultimately transforming into a pitch-black blade that devoured everything.

Star-Annihilating Blade!

The black stellar energy blade slammed against the Floating City's energy barrier. The Tower Spirit relayed a message: this was an attack with a threat level equal to the Dimensional Annihilation Cannon, but it had ultimately been blocked.

The White Dragon Lord's Soul Magic was completed.

Legendary Rank Soul Magic—Touch of the Styx!

In the sky, the ethereal River Styx extended invisible soul tentacles the size of mountains, surging toward the Star Titan.

Detecting the anomaly of the River Styx, the Star Titan was horrified. His body split into a hundred copies, fleeing in every direction.

The Touch of the Styx wrapped around several Star Titan clones, passing through them to strike the earth. Within the radius hit by the spell, not even microorganisms could survive; every soul was swept into the raging waters of the River Styx.

The Star Titan's clones gathered back together and merged into one. He realized his energy had diminished significantly, and his expression turned ugly.

This damned White Dragon! He can actually use Legendary Rank Level Soul Magic! He truly cannot be judged by common sense!

A massive question mark hung in the Star Titan's mind regarding whether he could eliminate the White Dragon Lord this time.

Outside the dimensional wall of the Monkenado Titan World, the Gem Dragon King appeared in the spatial turbulence with the Abomination Rank Dragons. He tore directly through space to enter the material plane, only to see the Floating City and the Star Titan locked in a fierce, inescapable battle.

The Star Titan's expression drastically changed.

"Hahaha! Sinzela! Today is the day you die!"

Catching his old rival, the Gem Dragon King burst into wild laughter. But as he laughed, his hands weren't slow. He immediately launched an attack at the Star Titan, and the other Abomination Rank Dragons closely followed suit.

Everything in the Monkenado Titan World was a trap laid specifically for the Star Titan.

The Star Titan—Sinzela was one of the three great spiritual pillars of the Titans. Once he fell...

No, the Star Titan didn't even need to fall. Even if he was merely heavily injured and temporarily lost his combat strength, the Dragon Race would stand in an invincible position in this war between Dragons and Titans, potentially even dealing a devastating blow to the Titan Race.

However, the Star Titan was simply too strong. His comprehensive combat prowess could likely rival a Greater Divine Power. Killing a powerhouse like him would be exceedingly difficult, unless the Star Titan fought to the death without retreating.

Under the combined siege of the Dragons, the Star Titan struggled to hold on.

As deity-level powerhouses battled, the Monkenado Titan World suffered. Mountains and rivers shattered, seawaters reversed their flow, space fractured, and energy tides swept across the sky, turning the pitch-black night into a river of seven colors.

The Yafeiawei Empire army seized the chaos to open a Portal through the backdoor left by the White Dragon Lord, entering the interior of the material plane.

Although the main tower of the Magic Tower Defense System had been destroyed by the Floating City, numerous other Magic Towers were still functioning normally. The Titans shivered inside them.

The Ancient Gold Dragon stepped through the Portal, arriving in this Titan-ruled world. Behind him, Dragon after Dragon stepped out.

"The breath of the Titans pollutes the air here! Make them stop breathing!"

Amidst excited dragon roars, the Ancient Gold Dragon led the Dragon Legion soaring toward the Magic Towers in sight. The wings of the dragon flock blotted out the sky and covered the sun.

If Willy and the other three dragons were here, they would notice the difference between this dragon army and the Dragon Legion of the Abyss Battlefield at a single glance.

First was the aspect of strength. The levels of the dragons in this army were not high, but every dragon had a combat class. Taken as a whole, the individual combat strength of the soldiers in both dragon armies was evenly matched.

But in terms of discipline, the two armies were worlds apart. If the dragon army of the Abyss Battlefield was a group of disorganized stragglers, then this dragon army was a genuine, orderly legion that strictly followed commands. They maintained their formation even during an offensive charge.

This formation was a synergy of classes. The many dragons with different classes fully utilized their strengths to compensate for their comrades' weaknesses, achieving an effect greater than the sum of its parts.

This was a true Dragon Legion!

Before the melee professionals among the dragons charged, the magic classes in the rear cast magical shields on their advancing comrades, while the clerics buffed them with divine spells. When they attacked, it was as if they had discussed everything in advance. The dragons cooperated seamlessly.

Under the Ancient Gold Dragon's command, the dragon army unleashed their Dragon Breaths together in perfect unison. Tens of thousands of Dragon Breaths blasted against the defensive barrier on the city's outskirts simultaneously.

The defensive barrier exceeded its breaking point and shattered instantly.

The dragon army surged into the city's interior, washing the ground with Dragon Breaths. Building after building was melted by dragon fire, corroded, or frozen solid...

The prosperous Titan city was reduced to ruins in an instant. There were no survivors within the city; even intact corpses were few and far between.

After putting an end to this Titan city, the dragon army rushed toward the next.

The dragon army was like a passing plague of locusts, purging the Titan cities of the Monkenado Titan World.

Meanwhile, Gurgalu led a monster army to sweep through the interior of the material plane. Their targets were the vast number of Titan vassals. Among the vassals of the Titan Race, giants were to be killed on sight.

The gnolls rode hyenas, galloping through the grasslands and jungles. Wherever they passed, war and chaos broke out everywhere.

The Ogre army swung their Spiked Clubs, launching attacks at the ten-meter-tall giants. Wherever the berserk Ogres passed, no giant's corpse remained intact.

Harpies searched the sky, and hyenas sniffed the night winds on the earth. The Monkenado Titan World was enduring an unprecedented catastrophe.

While his kin assaulted the entire world, the White Dragon Lord was participating in the gang-up against the Star Titan.

This Star Titan was truly worthy of being one of the three Titan giants who had lived for countless years. Even under the gang beating of numerous Abomination Rank Dragons, he managed to protect his vitals and had nearly escaped several times.

The Star Titan's injuries accumulated bit by bit, and the flow of energy within his body grew slightly sluggish, but his reinforcements finally arrived.

The Northern Dragon God and the Luminous Titan were fighting in the outer space of Mount Celestia, while Tiamat and the Dark Titan battled in the Abyss until the sky turned dark and the earth grew dim. The only ones capable of reinforcing the Star Titan were Abomination Rank Titans.

They teleported outside the dimensional wall of the Monkenado Titan World, tore through space to enter the material plane, and engaged in a fierce battle with the Abomination Rank Dragons.

The terrifying chaotic brawl between Abomination Rank entities swallowed vast tracts of land, leaving a giant crater in the center of the world. The world could no longer bear the heavy burden.

An ominous feeling lingered in the hearts of the Abomination Rank powerhouses. It was the warning of the material plane directed at its destroyers.

If these Abomination Rank powerhouses kept fighting, the entire Monkenado Titan World would be destroyed by the flames of war, reduced to mere dust in the void.

When that happened, the laws of this Large Material Plane would curse the destroyers.

To the Abomination Rank powerhouses, this curse wasn't fatal, but no one wanted to shoulder it.

By tacit mutual agreement, the Abomination Rank powerhouses tore through space, shifting the battlefield from the interior of the world to the endless void.

Freed from the worry of shattering the material plane, the White Dragon Lord activated the Soul-Linking Chain, linking the Abomination Rank Dragons together. The Floating City unleashed its full firepower, its Elemental Furnace operating madly. The Dimensional Annihilation Cannon cleared out a large swathe of the void, whipping up a terrifying energy storm.

The Abomination Rank Titans, led by the Star Titan, were suppressed so heavily they couldn't even lift their heads, but self-preservation wasn't an issue for them.

The battle turned into a meaningless war of attrition.

After a fierce clash of magic, the two sides separated and confronted each other in the endless void.

The Dragon side looked down on the Titans with the posture of victors. The Titan side, with nearly everyone wounded, stared back at the Dragons through gritted teeth.

The Star Titan cast an angry look at the dimensional wall behind the Floating City, then glared at the Gem Dragon King standing at the front of the dragons. "Sardior! You win this time! But don't get too smug! You won't be laughing for long!"

"Wipe the blood off your body first before you talk to me," the Gem Dragon King chuckled in feigned disdain, though he still felt deep regret in his heart.

This was because they had failed to heavily injure the Star Titan this time. These minor injuries would have little impact on his old rival's combat strength and would fully heal before long.

Staying any longer would only invite further humiliation. The Star Titan led the many Abomination Rank Titans as they flew into the endless void.

The White Dragon Lord and the other dragons did not pursue. After all, the other side had brought several Legendary species Abomination Rank Titans, while the Dragon side's Legendary species Abomination Rank Dragons hadn't come.

Honestly, even the Gem Dragon King hadn't expected that several Legendary species Abomination Rank Titans would join the fray.

But thinking carefully about it, it was quite normal. It was just like the situation with the Dragon Race. Even though many Legendary dragon species disliked the dragon gods, they wouldn't just sit by and watch the supreme powerhouses of their race be beaten to death by a hostile species.

The White Dragon Lord steered the Floating City back into the interior of the material plane.

Now, it was time to harvest!
