The morning light glowed slowly in Palermo society. Lucien was already ready in his three piece suit. He had taken a bath in which Hannah ’helped’ him clean himself after a night of passion. Standing at the front door, while Hannah stood in front of him, fixing his tie. They looked like a perfect married couple.

"You look like a perfect wife. Any man who has someone like that in their life is the happiest man on earth."

"Hmph! Flirting even while going to work. You really are an animal. Even after ’working’ all night till dawn and then in the morning shower, I can’t believe you are so energetic. Are you aging in reverse or something ?"

Although she said this, her face flushed red in embarrassment. Clearly happy from his words.

"I don’t know about before. But after yesterday night, I definitely feel ten years younger. You yourself are glowing. Guess you also worked really hard and were quite tired, huh?"

"W-what? Leave! Get out! Go to work!"

Hannah’s face turned tomato red after hearing his words. She gave him a slight punch on his chest. That felt like the most wonderful feeling Lucien had ever felt in his life. And then pushed him outside.

"Hahahaha! Okay, okay! I will go. But be ready when I return. There are still something’s I have yet to try few things you know~"

Bam!

Hannah didn’t listen to his words anymore. Shutting the door in his face. She was still struggling to stand up after their workout session yesterday. Even then he went on and made her work hard first thing in the morning. And now even while leaving, he was still talking about those things.

But strangely enough she didn’t feel any kind of hate, animosity or disgust towards his attitude. In fact she felt great. Finally after years of suffering alone, she was finally desired as a woman. And after giving her first time to him, she felt even more emotionally attached to him.

Thankfully, her manager was quite nice towards her, so she could take a day off without a problem. Lucien had already asked her to resign from the job, and gave her a Black card with unlimited balance. However , she wanted to visit the company last time, give her resignation letter in person and collect her stuff. Lucien had of course offered to handle that as well but she refused.

She went on to clean the house. There was barely any spot or corner in the house, which was spared from their fight yesterday.

From the sofa, kitchen slab, bedroom, bed, the floor, the dining table, the stairs. Everything was marked by their love.

Lucien sat peacefully in the car, The rolls Royce gliding through the streets of the city.

He was looking at his phone. There were a total of 46 missed calls from his wife and daughters. Mainly from Lysandra.

This would have been common in Lucien’s and Hannah’s life a few weeks ago, but now it has changed. He messaged her that he was busy working yesterday night, and would return at dinner.

Which Lysandra of course accepted without any doubt.

The car soon reached the Noctivar headquarters. As soon as Lucien entered the building, he noticed something different from usual. The normal hustle bustle or the office was gone. It looked rather depressing, but what he found even more odd was the stares of the people.

Although he had always been the centre of attention wherever he went, the gazes he felt were not those familiar ones. They were rather of pity. Of course no one dared to look straight into his eyes, but he could definitely feel them.

Before he could ask anyone what had happened, Alicia came running to him.

Her face showed complex emotions. Clearly worried, or confused.

"Thank goodness you are here. I almost cried while waiting for you."

Her body went limp in Lucien’s arm.

"Why? What happened?"

Lucien asked with serious concern. Someone or something capable of making Alicia, a trained mercenary, feel like this was not something to be underestimated.

" ’She’ is here!" She answered in an equally serious tone.

Lucien’s expression changed from confusion at first, to realization, then to concern and finally into a devil’s smile.

"Where is she?" He questioned.

"She is in your office. I tried to stop her from entering but she refused to listen to me. She even called you with your full name in front of the entire office without any shred of respect."

"I see. Don’t worry I will handle this myself. Thank you for holding on till I made it here. I will surely reward you with something ’special’."

Alicia of course understood his words. She smiled at him with expectant eyes. Lucien immediately took the elevator and made it to the top floor.

Lucien burst open the office door and entered the room. His gaze pierced through the room and directly landed on the main desk.

There sat a woman on the main chair. The very chair Lucien sits on. The chair of the head and chairman of the company.

She was a woman of unimaginable beauty. A perfect mature beauty.

The ice clinked against the glass in her hand, a sound that cut through the low hum of the record player. Lorraine wasn’t waiting for anyone. She was simply occupying the space, legs crossed at the knee in a way that hiked the hem of her skirt to the very top of her thighs. The black fabric strained across her hips, a testament to the 48-inch curve that flared beneath her waist.

Her shirt was a lost cause. The buttons held on by sheer will, the silk gaping between them to reveal the deep, shadowed valley of her cleavage. Each breath she took was a small rebellion, the full weight of her chest pressing against the strained seams. The fabric was thin, a deep emerald green that made her purple eyes glow like amethysts held up to a candle flame. Her fiery red hair was a wild cascade of silk over one shoulder, a few stray curls clinging to the damp skin of her neck.

She was 46 years old but looked not a day older than her 30.
