Villain of Fate: The Tyrant System
Chapter 396: The Birth of the Thunder Mammoth Elite Squad
The Birth of the Thunder Mammoth Elite Squad
Julian walked with steady footsteps.
Shera silently followed beside him.
Once outside, looking at the twenty-four elite members Shera brought back, Julian asked,
"How loyal are these twenty-four?"
His golden eyes slowly swept across every face before him.
The twenty-four warriors stood as straight as spears.
Their breathing was steady.
Their expressions remained disciplined.
Months of relentless training had forged remarkable composure into each of them.
Shera didn’t hesitate for even a second.
"They are the most loyal followers of the D’Aurelius Family!"
He confidently patted his chest.
There wasn’t even the slightest uncertainty in his voice.
These were people he personally trained; every member of the Thunder Mammoth Elite Squad was incredibly loyal.
Julian quietly observed them without speaking.
He trusted Shera.
But trust alone was never enough when building an organization capable of standing against forces like the Obsidian Wing.
Strength could be cultivated.
Talent could be improved.
Only loyalty was nearly impossible to replace.
Shera noticed Julian’s thoughtful expression and continued explaining.
After the D’Aurelius Family invested in mining in Kimora, they made outstanding contributions to the local economy.
Before the D’Aurelius Family arrived, the city these people lived in had been swallowed by poverty.
Every street carried the weight of hunger.
Disease spread unchecked through crowded neighborhoods.
Children grew up without hope, while adults struggled merely to survive another day.
The average life expectancy was less than thirty-five years, and the annual income was less than a hundred Euros.
As for the level of education, it was literally one of the lowest; even counting to three was difficult.
Shera’s voice became noticeably softer.
He had witnessed those scenes with his own eyes.
The suffering had not been exaggerated.
If anything...
Words alone failed to capture how desperate life there had truly been.
After the D’Aurelius Family came, they built schools, hospitals, roads, and provided jobs for free, improving the locals’ lives significantly.
Children who had never touched a book before entered classrooms.
Families who once feared illness finally had hospitals to rely upon.
Roads connected isolated communities to growing towns.
Stable jobs replaced uncertainty.
For many of the local people...
The arrival of the D’Aurelius Family had been nothing short of a miracle sent by a god.
So these people were full of gratitude towards the D’Aurelius Family, believing they were messengers sent by God!
There was no coercion.
No manipulation.
Only genuine gratitude born from lives that had been changed forever.
Shera smiled proudly as he looked at the twenty-four warriors standing behind him.
Every one of them had volunteered willingly.
Not for wealth.
Not for fame.
But because they wished to repay the family that had given their people a future.
As for those recruited by the martial arts school, there’s even less to say.
His smile widened.
"As long as they were willing to train hard, they could earn a monthly salary of a hundred thousand!"
For many families in Kimora...
That amount was beyond imagination.
It wasn’t merely enough to support parents and siblings.
It could completely transform an entire household’s future.
Shera continued without pause.
"If they got injured while training, the D’Aurelius Family would provide lifetime compensation!"
Those words alone were enough to move countless people.
Training had risks.
Everyone understood that.
But knowing their loved ones would never be abandoned gave these young warriors the courage to devote everything they had.
With such generous benefits, how could these people not give it their all?
Ultimately, from countless applicants, this elite group was selected to form the Thunder Mammoth Elite Squad!
Each of the twenty-four had survived countless rounds of selection.
They had endured exhausting physical trials.
Grueling combat drills.
Harsh survival exercises.
They had bled together.
Suffered together.
Grown together.
Only after proving both their strength and unwavering character had they earned the right to stand here today.
Their loyalty couldn’t even be described as such.
Their loyalty had long become a faith!
Julian looked at them for a long moment.
A faint smile slowly appeared on his face.
This...
Was exactly the kind of force he needed.
Power alone never guaranteed victory.
But power combined with unwavering loyalty...
That was truly terrifying.
"Good, then I’ll have them all reach the Gold Realm!"
His calm words instantly caused the twenty-four warriors to stare at him in stunned disbelief.
Shera himself couldn’t help taking a sharp breath.
He knew Julian never made empty promises.
If he said he could elevate them...
Then he truly possessed that ability.
Julian wanted warriors who were both capable and loyal!
If not now, when would be the time to expand his forces?
Soon afterward, he instructed the servants to escort the twenty-four members of the Thunder Mammoth Elite Squad to comfortable guest rooms so they could recover from their long journey.
After arranging for these people to rest in their rooms, Julian gave each of them two Mystic Life Fruits!
The moment the mysterious fruits appeared, a rich spiritual fragrance filled the room.
Even before consuming them, the elite warriors could feel the pure vitality contained within the fruits.
Every pair of eyes widened with disbelief.
Such priceless treasures...
Julian distributed them as though they were ordinary gifts.
Two Mystic Life Fruits were enough to push them to the initial stage of the Gold Realm!
Combined with the Thunder Mammoth War Technique they practiced, if two of them joined forces to use the combined attack technique, while they might not defeat a middle Gold Realm warrior, holding one off wouldn’t be difficult.
If four of them teamed up, taking down a middle Gold Realm warrior would be a piece of cake!
