Su Luoluo was startled to hear this. ’This Priest is really demanding.’

Although she had reluctantly agreed to be their leader, it was, in all honesty, just a temporary measure.

Being the leader of a tribe was no easy task.

One only had to look at Su Yang, who still had to worry about every single matter in the tribe, big and small, even when he was sick.

She was still getting a headache just thinking about Xi Yi; how could she possibly have the energy to manage them?

Xiao Ye listened, looking at Su Luoluo with a smile in his eyes. "I think it’s a good idea. I’ve heard that these Ring-tailed Lemurs are famous for how well they serve females. Aren’t they the kind of Beastman every female dreams of having?"

Before Su Luoluo could even say a word, Xiao Ye had already started with his sarcastic remarks.

After hearing what Xiao Ye said, Su Luoluo took a moment to properly size up the Priest.

’So they’re Ring-tailed Lemur Beasts,’ she thought. ’No wonder they look like a cross between a fox and a monkey.’

She had been too busy saving people and rushing on the road to get a good look at the Priest before. Now that she was studying him carefully, she realized he was much younger than the other Priests she had seen, probably only around twenty-six or twenty-seven, and he was also incredibly handsome.

He had a narrow face, a high-bridged nose, and sharp, angled brows. His brownish-yellow pupils were incredibly deep, glowing with a faint, hazy yellow light under the moon. His jawline was as clean and sharp as if it had been carved by a knife.

His features made him look cold and stern, which made her wonder why he would do something like recognize her as his leader, let alone offer to choose a Beastman for her.

"No, thank you. It’s getting late. You should get some rest too!"

Despite this, Su Luoluo still refused.

She might have transmigrated to the Beast World, but she wasn’t so open-minded that she wanted to take every man she met.

Besides, her conquest mission wasn’t complete yet, and she didn’t want to stir up any more trouble.

The Priest didn’t argue. He simply nodded and said, "Yes, leader. If there is nothing else, I will take my leave."

With that, he turned to leave.

Watching his ramrod-straight back, Su Luoluo called out, "Wait, what’s your name?"

’I’ve known him for this long without even getting his name. That’s a bit rude.’

The man turned back. "My name is Si Cheng."

’Si Cheng?’ The name seemed to suit him quite well.

Su Luoluo nodded. "I’m Su Luoluo. You can just call me Su Luoluo from now on."

’If I correct how they address me, maybe they’ll stop thinking of me as their leader.’

Si Cheng heard her but didn’t respond, neither agreeing nor refusing.

Su Luoluo paid his reaction no mind and asked another question. "Is everyone in your tribe surnamed Si?"

Si Cheng nodded. "Yes."

’That makes it easier to address them,’ Su Luoluo thought. Having gotten her answer, she nodded. "In that case, you should get some rest."

Si Cheng nodded, then turned and left.

Xiao Ye watched Si Cheng’s retreating figure, his voice lazy and teasing. "Luoluo, you just let him go like that? What a pity. These Ring-tailed Lemurs are famous for being obedient and gentle."

’This Xiao Ye is getting more and more sarcastic. I don’t remember him being like this before.’

Su Luoluo wasn’t about to indulge him. She smiled at him. "What’s there to be sorry about? Are you saying you’re not obedient and gentle?"

Xiao Ye froze for a second, not expecting her to say that. But in the next moment, a smile played on his lips. He wrapped an arm around Su Luoluo’s waist, raised an eyebrow, and grinned. "I am indeed very obedient and gentle. Does Luoluo want to test that out tonight?"

A faint smile touched the corner of his lips. His gaze was intense and lingering as he looked at Su Luoluo, his eyes holding a clear invitation.

That look sent a jolt through Su Luoluo, and for a moment, she was at a complete loss.

’This damn snake just oozes sex appeal from every pore.’

Determined not to lose ground, she stared right back at him. Their gazes met in midair, and sparks seemed to fly.

"Xiao Ye, let her go! Is it even your turn today? How dare you try to cut in on me?" Seeing Xiao Ye flirting with Su Luoluo right in front of him, Mo Xuan pried his arm away and squeezed in between them, his face a mask of fury.

Shoved aside by Mo Xuan, Xiao Ye’s eyes flicked upward. ’This damn Black Panther is surprisingly strong. He nearly snapped it.’

Seeing Xiao Ye’s intense gaze finally soften, Su Luoluo pulled her eyes away, acting as if she had been in complete control the entire time.

Her feigned nonchalance only made Xiao Ye’s heart itch for more.

Just as he was about to give her another look, Mo Xuan blocked his view. He turned Su Luoluo’s head to face him, his own wide eyes filling her vision as he said domineeringly, "It’s my turn today. You should be looking at me, Su Luoluo."

Su Luoluo was suddenly face-to-face with a pair of clear eyes that held a certain... simple-minded earnestness. Her own intense gaze immediately softened.

It had to be said, compared to Xiao Ye, Mo Xuan’s eyes had a certain... passion-killing effect.

She gave an unnatural cough. "Where do you want to go?"

’Of all of them, Mo Xuan’s personality was the easiest to handle. He was so pure-hearted that he basically took whatever she said at face value, never overthinking things.’

Sure enough, seeing that he had Su Luoluo’s full attention, Mo Xuan immediately beamed with joy.

He had originally planned to take Su Luoluo to his cabin, but then he remembered how Xiao Ye had dared to cut in on him just now. There was no telling what he might do behind their backs.

He hadn’t forgotten how Xiao Ye had ruined Xi Yi’s chance with her last time by dragging everyone else along to interfere.

He found it hard to believe that someone who could come up with such a dirty trick wouldn’t try to ruin his chance, too.

Mo Xuan thought for a moment, then whispered something in Su Luoluo’s ear. She looked a little surprised by his words.

’Looks like this panther has learned a thing or two,’ she thought. ’I thought he was just a reckless hothead, but he’s actually got some moves.’

She didn’t have any major objections. As long as he knew his limits, it was fine. Besides, she had never tried... that... before.

Seeing Su Luoluo nod, Mo Xuan’s face lit up with joy. He hadn’t thought she would agree.

Without another word, he wrapped an arm around her waist and whisked Su Luoluo away from the outdoor kitchen.

Ever since seeing her in the bathtub last time, he had been thinking about trying something bold.

When her feet were on solid ground again, Su Luoluo found that Mo Xuan had brought her to the edge of a cliff.

Right behind them was a natural cave, but it wasn’t a dead end. It was more of a tunnel, open at both ends, allowing the wind to pass through. From the front opening, you could see straight down the cliff face.

When Su Luoluo saw how high up they were, she felt a pang of regret. It was far too high; just looking down made her legs feel like jelly.

Seeing Su Luoluo walk to the edge of the cliff, Mo Xuan came up and wrapped his arms around her from behind. His voice was a low, husky whisper. "Don’t be afraid. I’ll protect you."

’How could I not be afraid?’ A single glance down felt like standing on the roof of a thirty-story building.

Su Luoluo couldn’t stop her legs from trembling. "How about... we go somewhere else?"
