"Mommy, how old is this little pig?"

"I heard the man at the zoo say he’s only three months old."

"He’s still just a little baby."

"He is." Melody Monroe nodded.

"Then you can be his mommy, and I’ll be his daddy."

Evan Fairchild shot up straight on the sofa.

’What the hell?!’

’Who’s going to be the daddy?’

’Ian Monroe, you dare say that again!’

"Huh?" Melody Monroe was stunned for a moment, then couldn’t help but laugh. "I’m his mommy, and Ian is his daddy?"

"Yeah, if he has a mommy, he has to have a daddy! Ian can do it. I’ll take good care of him," Ian Monroe nodded solemnly.

"Then what about me?"

A deep voice suddenly sounded from behind Melody Monroe and Ian Monroe.

They both looked up at Evan Fairchild, who was standing behind them.

"Mr. Fairchild, do you want to help take care of Bunny too? You have to take care of him to be his family," Ian Monroe said very seriously.

Melody Monroe looked at Evan Fairchild’s expression; he didn’t seem angry. ’Doesn’t Evan Fairchild hate Bunny? How could he possibly want to be Bunny’s family?’

’Well, it’s a good thing Ian is his biological son.’

’He probably won’t mind. After all, you can’t take the words of a child seriously.’

"If you’re already his daddy, then what’s left for me to be?" Evan Fairchild retorted.

Ian Monroe was doing it on purpose. ’If I don’t act as Bunny’s daddy, am I just going to let Mr. Fairchild get the good deal?’

The two stared at each other, their gazes filled with emotions no one else could decipher.

’Ian Monroe, be sensible,’ Evan Fairchild thought. ’Give up the daddy role. The most you can be is his big brother.’

"Mr. Fairchild, you can be Bunny’s uncle!"

Evan Fairchild choked, almost grabbing Ian Monroe and the pig to throw them out together!
