Time Travel: The Heroine Has Arrived!
Chapter 2152: The Final Mission World (Part 9)
"Ayin?" A familiar voice tinged with a hint of concern.
Ayin opened her eyes blankly, seeing Bai Ze, whose face showed an anxious look.
Seeing her awake, Bai Ze breathed a sigh of relief: "Did you have a not-so-good dream?"
When he saw her, her complexion...
Though there was not a large expression, but the tight frown on her face inexplicably conveyed a feeling called sadness.
Ayin sat in a daze.
Unlike the last time she woke up remembering nothing, this time, she vaguely still remembered the figure in azure clothes, isolated from the world, in her mind.
Inexplicably, Ayin, who usually confides all to Bai Ze, instinctively concealed this dream.
She shook her head: "I don’t remember."
Bai Ze didn’t doubt it, merely muttering about going to find some Spirit Solidifying items for Ayin to consume.
Frequent nightmares are not a good thing.
In the following days, Ayin was unexpectedly calm.
She was usually curious about everything, loved pulling Bai Ze to ask all sorts of questions.
Suddenly quiet now, Bai Ze was entirely unaccustomed, and even specifically asked several times if Ayin was really okay?
Ayin shook her head.
She was just thinking about the person in the dream.
In terms of age, Ayin, who had Shape-Shifted for less than a year, never had such an eager longing for someone.
She even hoped for nightfall so she could re-enter the dream, but after many days, she never returned to that dream.
"Ayin, I’ve calculated that we need to go to the western valley,"
Bai Ze released his hand and said to Ayin.
Ayin nodded.
In this world, Daluo Golden Immortals mostly acted based on intuition and their own divination, Bai Ze’s behavior was nothing out of the ordinary.
Only Bai Ze found it a bit strange.
His calculations concluded that, regardless, he and Ayin must visit that region, but whether the results would be good or bad, even he could not determine.
Bai Ze kept this to himself, not telling Ayin.
Since they must go anyway, there was no need for Ayin to worry unnecessarily.
The two hurried onward, reaching the valley in just three days.
Indeed, this was a treasure land, notably still undiscovered.
"Bai Ze, you’re amazing!" Ayin admired.
She now understood, Bai Ze, in this Vast Wilderness, was not among the most powerful.
But due to being an Auspicious Beast, his Fate was much stronger than ordinary beings, allowing him to find places others couldn’t when seeking treasures.
Bai Ze said nothing, just led Ayin as they slowly searched through the valley.
Luck favored them, and they truly found a spot of Spiritual Milk.
Bai Ze inspected it and said: "From the looks of it, it’ll take a few days to fully mature, let’s wait here for a few days."
Ayin naturally had no objections.
The two settled in the valley for a couple of days.
That night, unexpectedly, the long unseen dream once again appeared in Ayin’s dreams.
Ayin was still an observer.
She watched the man remain in that tranquil Minor World.
He tried bringing the living creatures from the Vast Wilderness into this Minor World, yet whether a common beast or Quasi-Saint level Chaotic God Demons, once they appeared in this Minor World, their fate of exploding and dying unchanged.
The azure-clad man finally understood that he was ultimately different from all beings in this world.
