The soft light scattered down, and the Chaos Green Lotus, shrouded in a gray mist, transformed into a vague green silhouette.

Ayin’s consciousness, however, was abruptly separated at this moment.

At first, she always felt that she was that Chaos Green Lotus, that everything happening in this space was what she had experienced personally.

However, until the moment this silhouette appeared, she suddenly transformed from a participant to an observer.

Ayin struggled to widen her eyes, trying to clearly see the figure’s appearance.

But she couldn’t.

He was eternally cloaked in a layer of misty glow, making it impossible to see clearly.

Even so, when Ayin saw this silhouette, an infinite joy and a compelling urge to cry rose in her thoughts.

The silhouette seemed to open his eyes. Afterward, the entire space underwent an earth-shattering change.

In the originally gray and void space, just like the world outside, a solid ground appeared, and above, a clear sky emerged.

Subsequently, huge lakes emerged out of thin air, and tens of thousands of lotus flowers were born from the endless lakes, blooming in competition.

In just the blink of an eye, this Minor World completely changed its appearance.

Yet Ayin felt that this person was not happy at all.

He was all alone here, except for the pond full of lotus flowers, there were no other forms of life.

She wanted to approach him and chat with him.

But she couldn’t; in the void, there seemed to be some force, around the green-robed figure, nothing could come close.

Ayin could only silently watch him sit alone like that, often sitting for a long, long time.

Eventually, he seemed to discover the Vast Wilderness World outside this space.

Ayin watched as the green-robed figure stepped out without hesitation, entering that world full of countless living beings.

At that moment, Ayin, who had been watching him all along, felt that he must have been very happy.

Because within the Minor World, countless more lotus flowers bloomed, even more vividly colored.

If he was in a bad mood, it was normal for all those countless lotuses to wither overnight.

But then something terrifying happened.

The moment the green-robed figure set foot in the Vast Wilderness, the surrounding space underwent a sudden change.

Mountain ranges collapsed, rivers flowed backward, the ground caved in, massive rifts appeared in the sky, and countless thick purple lightning bolts struck down on the earth, wails spread everywhere, innumerable creatures of the Vast Wilderness perished or were injured.

The green-robed figure, bewildered, looked at the bizarre space ruptures below the collapsing space and finally closed his eyes.

In the next moment, his silhouette returned once more to the Minor World where he was born.

At the same time, the collapsing Vast Wilderness World seemed to have been suddenly put on pause, and those terrifying apocalyptic-like scenes vanished without a trace.

Ayin watched that green silhouette stand quietly for a long time, then he waved his sleeve.

Everything seemed to rewind; the sunken ground became level again, the collapsed mountains re-erected, the backflowing rivers became docile and gentle once more.

The sky regained its brightness, and those living beings all forgot the previous events, starting their lives anew.

From that day on, this green silhouette never stepped out of this space again.

Ayin only felt a subtle, uncomfortable citrus stir in her heart.

She didn’t know that this feeling was called heartache.
