[Target: Harak]

[Spiritual Power: 15]

[Physique: 41]

[Biological Energy: 140 Units]

[Extraordinary Traits: Shadow Head, Flesh Melting Furnace, Defeated Black Eye, Infectious Deep Touch, Infinite Black Core, Black Servant]

The creature was covered in black feathers that held a white sheen, every inch of its form as magnificent as a divine sculpture. It spread its wings, secreting a black, oil-like liquid that mixed with the white luster... Sanctity and corruption, two opposing forces, existed within a single body. Its beak opened, letting out a low cry tinged with a human-like intonation that was exceptionally eerie.

This was Harak after its transformation. The Infinite Black Core could contain a vast number of Black Souls and genetic fragments, then use the Flesh Melting Furnace to continuously devour them and strengthen its body.

A Black Servant was a lifeform created from separated Biological Energy and flesh and matter, which was then possessed by a Black Soul.

Harak could create as many Black Servants as there were Black Souls.

Currently, there were about a hundred Black Souls, all in the range of Level 1 and Level 2 Wizards. They were the culmination of Rilis’s accumulations over many years—Wizard enemies she had slain—and now, they had conveniently fallen into Wang Ya’s hands.

These Black Souls possessed their own minds and reasoning abilities, but their very existence depended on the Infinite Black Core.

If Harak wanted them dead, it could instantly sever their connection to the Infinite Black Core, causing the Black Souls to dissipate from the world completely.

The ability to think meant they had a presence in the Dream Realm.

This guaranteed his combat power as a Dream Wizard.

Coupled with the ’Heart of Illusion’, which amplified the strength of his Dream Power and reduced the cost of casting Dream Witchcraft... A smile touched the corner of Wang Ya’s lips. His dual system of Elemental Wizard and Dream Wizard was finally established.

Furthermore, Harak’s current stats placed it at the Beast King level among Extraordinary Creatures, comparable to an Extreme Wizard Apprentice in the Wizard System.

Harak would only be stronger than other Beast Kings, and even more unstoppable.

Wang Ya reached out and stroked Harak’s small head. He then gently tapped its beak with his finger. The first tap produced a crisp sound, but when he tapped it a second time, his hand passed right through Harak’s body.

This didn’t surprise Wang Ya. On the contrary, it was a positive result of the fusion experiment.

Having fused with the infinite genes of the Dream Realm, Harak could naturally travel to and from the Dream World and enter a Dream Body state, which was somewhat similar to Wang Ya’s own Illusory Body.

It could evade damage by shifting between solid and illusory states, making it incredibly difficult to guard against.

However, it still had its drawbacks. Just like Wang Ya, it couldn’t stay in the Dream World for too long, or it would be endlessly polluted and assimilated by the Dream World, eventually turning into one of its native lifeforms.

He opened the wardrobe in his bedroom. Inside hung Wizard Robes of various styles and colors, along with an assortment of wooden masks.

The most conspicuous one, of course, was the Red Lotus Mask.

Wang Ya changed into a gray Wizard Robe and reached out to take the second mask, the ’Black Mask’. It had no patterns, just the purest black. It too had been modified from the Face of Residual Dreams and could conceal his aura.

...

The sun was setting, its light about to dip below the edge of the mountains as a sliver of darkness began to swallow the horizon.

The autumn night was exceptionally cold. A frigid wind blew through his hair and robes as Wang Ya sat atop a Flying Griffin. A faint Particle Energy Shield protected him from the wind pressure while also creating a pocket of space to keep the milk tea in his hand warm.

A gust of cold wind scattered the steam. Wang Ya blew on the drink before taking a sip. As the warm liquid flowed down his throat, he glanced at the Flying Griffin traveling alongside him.

Kaze Antuun sat cross-legged, perfectly composed, with his eyes closed and his expression as stern as ever. It was impossible to tell if he was deep in thought or simply resting.

The cold wind whipped against his cheeks; the arc of Particle Energy around his body was little more than a formality.

The two hadn’t spoken a word since they set out, spending each day on their respective Flying Griffins. As a result, the atmosphere had grown increasingly strange and stifling.

Neither of them was particularly talkative.

Wang Ya decided to just focus on studying Particle Energy Property Changes, contemplating the direction he wanted to pursue for his own.

Wind Shadow Particle Energy was about cutting, speed, and extreme sharpness.

White Bone Particle Energy caused an unstoppable ossification, altering things at a molecular level. It was terrifyingly powerful.

These two types of Special Particle Energy were already comparable in power to certain forms of Witchcraft.

The latter, in particular, had a corrupting influence that the power of ordinary Witchcraft could never hope to match.

Even Wang Ya was extremely wary of it.

His Elemental Attribute Affinity was with the Fire Element, and the few Particle Energy Witchcraft spells he currently knew were also related to Fire Elemental Energy.

Any Property Changes he developed would also have to lean in that direction.

Collision, impact, diffusion, and Melt Base—these were some of the principles behind the Energy Witchcraft Wang Ya currently possessed.

Wang Ya was reminded of some scientific theories from his past life, which seemed to have some parallels.

’Could I apply them to my research on Particle Energy Property Changes?’

In fact, if he chose to learn Wind Shadow Particle Energy, he was confident he could master it completely within ten years.

The boost to his Power would be immense, enough to even contend with White Bone Particle Energy.

If he were to advance to an Extreme Wizard Apprentice, he was confident he wouldn’t be any weaker than top-tier Extreme Wizard Apprentices like Wizard Yi Si or the Xugus Wizard.

But innovation had always been Wang Ya’s guiding principle. Faced with such a tempting idea, he still held true to his original path.
