The Moon Goddess Chose Me as the Luna of Four Alphas
Chapter 70: This really makes me want to die
The bed continued to shake violently, and there was nothing else they could hear except their own moans.
Occasionally, Leonhardt wiped the sweat from Liliana’s face and gave her a gentle kiss that made the girl stop cursing at him.
"L-Leonhardt... this... is too fast... you..."
"Liliana... do you understand now?" Leonhardt swallowed heavily before continuing. "Someone who possesses imperial blood is not someone you can tolerate, even though I have allowed you to stay by my side and have marked you perfectly as my Luna."
Liliana remembered her father’s words, Viktor. The imperial family was not something she could offend, nor was it something she could refuse.
If an Alpha like her father, Viktor, could not even fight back against a Crown Prince, then what would happen if it were the Emperor?
Leonhardt moved his hips even deeper, making Liliana jolt. They had been doing it for an entire day. Their bed even felt like a pool of water, making Liliana sick of it. Yet the man continued doing it again and again, forcing her as though he did not realize what was happening.
"Ughhh..." Liliana groaned.
Leonhardt looked at Liliana’s body, which was curled up in his embrace.
"How dare you think about something else while I’m marking you... Liliana?"
Liliana shook her head. "I-I..." she stammered as the man did not even give her a chance to answer properly.
"Leonhardt, I won’t do it again. Slow down... this really makes me want to die."
"Your wolf will heal you properly afterward. Don’t say that you want to die. Understand?"
Liliana stared into Leonhardt’s sharp eyes before quickly nodding. "I-I will..."
Leonhardt changed their position again. Liliana truly did not dare count how many times they had done it.
What she remembered was that Leonhardt continued from daylight until night, and from night until daylight. He did not let her go except when she whimpered from thirst and hunger.
Leonhardt was willing to stop and give her hot food, which she had no idea where he got from.
On the seventh day, Liliana could no longer move at all. Leonhardt finally stopped. Completely stopped.
Leonhardt carried Liliana out of the bed, walking without any clothes on and taking her to the small pool in the garden.
The garden was not large, but because of its perfect arrangement, it looked incredibly spacious.
"Liliana... are you satisfied with your mate?" Leonhardt asked softly.
Liliana stared sharply at Leonhardt, who was now touching the mate marks on her collarbone.
There were four mate marks there. Xavier’s, Lucien’s, Vincent’s, and the last one belonged to the man who was now touching it with a look of complete satisfaction on his face.
"Leonhardt, you are the Crown Prince. Are you willing to accept someone who has more than one mate?"
Leonhardt kissed his own mate mark, making Liliana groan as she endured the warmth of the man’s lips against it.
"You know, Liliana?" he said as he raised his head and looked at the girl’s face. "A mate mark for someone of imperial blood is the source of life. It is absolute. Unlike ordinary Alphas, who can sever their bond simply by speaking the words to end the relationship. Our blood is the blood that was first blessed by the Moon Goddess. We are the ones who must submit to her more than anyone else."
"Even an Emperor would never dare erase his mate mark."
"You..." Liliana lowered her head for a moment before looking up at the man. "I come from the Draven family. Can the imperial family still accept my existence?"
Leonhardt’s eyes gleamed. "You don’t need to think about that. That is not a matter you can touch at all."
Liliana grabbed Leonhardt’s arm. "Can I ask you not to put any more pressure on the Draven family? Give my family a little breathing room."
"They are not your real family. You have no direct blood relation to them," he said while fixing several strands of Liliana’s hair that had fallen across her face.
"We already have a blood pact. They are the only people who were willing to accept me as family."
"But Viktor asked you to do something, didn’t he? Am I right?" he asked in a low voice.
"I will still do it, even if my Alpha father doesn’t ask me to," Liliana said firmly.
"Liliana... something that looks beautiful on the surface is not necessarily what you think it is. But since you are asking me, I will try to consider it and at least lessen the pressure from my imperial father."
Liliana looked up at Leonhardt’s face with a happy smile.
"But..." Leonhardt added, "I’m not sure I can keep helping you do something like this for the Draven family again and again."
"As long as you’re willing to try to help me, that’s enough."
Leonhardt said nothing. He lifted Liliana out of the pool and helped her get dressed.
"Are we going back to the academy?" Liliana asked.
Her body was much better now, unlike before she had been marked by Leonhardt. She no longer felt uncomfortable, worried, or trembling for no apparent reason. It was as though Leonhardt truly held the key to her life now.
Leonhardt shook his head. "We are in the imperial palace now. Everyone already knows that I have found my mate, and they are waiting for me to bring you to them."
Liliana stared at Leonhardt in disbelief. "This is the imperial palace? Your room is connected to the imperial palace?"
"This is a room often used by those of imperial blood to mark their mates. You are here not because of my room, but because of my blood."
Liliana looked at the man before her again. The man was truly willing to answer all of her questions. He was truly different from the rumors.
After exchanging a few words, Leonhardt took her out of the place using his power. They arrived directly in the hall of the imperial palace.
Everyone there looked at him and Liliana with scrutinizing gazes. Whispers began to spread.
Leonhardt’s face, which had been slightly gentle when he was alone with Liliana, was now calm and arrogant once again.
Liliana carefully looked around. In her entire life, no one would have expected that she, a girl who had been banished from her pack, forgotten by her brother, and rejected by her mate, would now be standing in the Morovela Imperial Palace.
With a status coveted by so many people.
"Have you marked her?" asked a man around fifty years old who was now sitting upon the throne. The man stared at Liliana with a sharp, assessing gaze.
"Yes. This Prince has marked the mate given to him by the Moon Goddess."
The Emperor gave a low smile. "How many mate marks do you have, Princess of Pack Draven?"
