The Martial Unity

Chapter 3610: Searching Solutions

Chapter 3610: Searching Solutions

With just two interactions with Transentia’s tweezers, Amare had arrived at several insights.

The first was that her tweezers were vastly more powerful than Rui’s.

They were much smaller, and vastly more numerous.

They were also much more powerful.

She was starting to understand why Transentia had turned her entire body, except for her brain, which was visible through her crystalline skull, into crystals.

It was most likely a highly specialized form of crystalline technology that could generate quantum gravitational tweezers extremely easily with minimal energy.

While Rui needed to push himself to the very limit, creating a massive domain to generate a quadrillion such tweezers, she could generate much better and more with no visible effort whatsoever.

Amare’s amber eyes widened as her instincts sensed an incoming pulse of tweezers no wider than a hand, and yet it contained trillions of such tweezers that would run amok on her body if she allowed them to.

WHOOSH!

Her body seemed to tunnel through the very fabric of space and time as she moved with absolutely flawless efficiency. She flipped backward through the air as she evaded countless tweezers threatening to grind her up into a soup of plasma.

Her instincts tingled as she detected several more tendrils of such tweezers converging on her from all directions.

A single mistake and she would be annihilated on a quantum level.

Her amber eyes flared with determination as ten thousand years of muscle memory surfaced to fuel a realm of efficiency simply untouched by anybody else in the entire world.

Her movements of tunneling through the very fabric of space and time were so profoundly smooth that they were almost an optical illusion to anybody who beheld them.

WHOOSH WHOOSH WHOOSH!

She leaped across the surface of the ocean, zig-zagging across it as she evaded countless tendrils of tweezers while many more rained down on her from above, trying to cut off as many avenues of escape as Transentia could manage.

Amare’s expression hardened as she activated a space manipulation technique, using powerful breathing techniques to compress tremendous amounts of matter and energy to near singularity levels before using them to generate powerful gravitational waves to disrupt her opponent’s tweezers.

BOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!

With a powerful 360 high kick, she generated a titanic gravitational wave that radially emerged from her kick, flying upwards to disrupt the wave of tweezers, causing them to collapse.

Transentia’s crystalline eyes sharpened as she saw Amare evading and disrupting her attacks with a perfect sequence of actions. As she had come to expect from Martial Artists, the source of their energy was simply their own body, and yet they were able to produce immense power.

The secret of how Martial Sages and Martial Artists, in general, were able to generate such tremendous energy without any noticeable energy source was still a mystery in the true world.

After all, it had only been a little over a year since the Unfolding had happened. While the dark elves had received more confidential data on the Martial Path, the same could not be said for the other nations, civilizations, and races. The Emperor of Harmony didn’t trust the others to conduct such information exchanges with each other.

“It doesn’t matter how she’s generating this kind of power.”

Transentia’s voice was cold.

Her eyes remained fixed on Amare. “You cannot do this dance forever.”

Amare’s expression grew hardened as Transentia raised her arms, unleashing a wave of destruction against her.

WHOOSH WHOOSH WHOOSH WHOOSH WHOOSH!

She bobbed and weaved through the incoming tendrils of attacks, trying to stay alive while Transentia unleashed more and more on her.

“I, however, can do this forever.” Transentia’s crystal eyes flared with bloodlust as she blasted countless more attacks in the direction of Amare. “Matter never runs out. A black hole never runs out. Energy never runs out.”

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!

Amare barely managed to deflect an incoming wave of quantum gravitational tweezers with a grim expression.

As much as she hated to admit it, she sensed that her opponent was correct. Her energy reserves hadn’t waned even in the slightest, while Amare had already been sweating with effort.

Unlike normal attacks, she couldn’t afford to tank even a single one, because it bypassed conventional durability and instead tore her apart from within her atoms. This put a tremendous amount of stress on her when dealing with each attack, because each was a matter of life and death, causing her energy consumption to rise.

Her stamina was quite impressive, but it was far from endless.

’At this rate, I’m destined to be defeated.’

She needed to ensure that she won before it could happen.

Her eyes flared with power as she unleashed a powerful sound attack at Transentia, testing out her defenses.

The woman was unfazed by the powerful Sage-level attack.

It simply melted before it could even reach her.

CRACKLE CRACKLE CRACKLE…

The very air itself broke down into crackles of electricity and plasma, glowing brightly.

“Is that the best you can do?” Transentia’s eyebrow rose. “If so, your defeat is all but certain!”

RUMBLE!

The world shook as her body grew brighter than before, unleashing a flood of energy as she generated even more quantum gravitational energy.

Amare gritted her teeth as she was pushed further back into a defense, trying to find a way through the storm of tweezers waiting to reduce her into plasma.

She couldn’t just charge forward, for the storm of tweezers was stronger closer to Transentia, and she couldn’t unleash long-range attacks from afar due to the fact that Transentia could reduce the very medium of the attack into plasma and disperse it effortlessly.

She couldn’t outlast her, either, despite the tremendous energy consumption of her opponent, for her energy reserves were virtually infinite.

How in the world could such an opponent possibly be bested?

Think.’ Amare’s amber eyes flared with determination as she activated her Martial Mind. ’There is always a strategy. Always a solution. I just need to find it!

The power of thought was one of the most important lessons she had learned from Rui, and she intended to do him proud by harnessing it just as he would.
