The Hidden Luna of Blackmoor Valley
Chapter 344 The alliances forms
Chapter 344: Chapter 344 The alliances forms
Talia’s POV
The great hall was still filled with wolves.
The cheers had faded, but the energy remained. I could feel the hope still hanging in the air, and the determination that had taken root in their hearts. But I knew that hope alone was not enough. We needed action, and we needed commitment.
I looked at the Alphas, and I saw the questions still lingering in their eyes. They had pledged to fight, but they needed to know what that meant. They needed to know how we would do this.
Alpha Stone stepped forward, and I saw the seriousness on his face. "Luna Talia," he said, his voice gruff. "We have pledged to fight beside you. But we need to know what comes next. What is the plan?"
I looked at him, and I felt the weight of his question. I knew that he was not asking because he doubted me. He was asking because he needed to believe, and he needed to see that we had a chance.
I looked at the Alphas, and I felt the determination rising in my chest.
"We form an alliance," I said. "Not just for this battle, and not just for Malachai. We form an alliance that will last beyond this war."
I saw the surprise flickering in their eyes. It looked as if they had expected a temporary truce, and a joining of forces for a single fight. But I was asking for more.
Alpha Thornwood spoke, with his voice cautious. "An alliance? A permanent alliance?"
I nodded. "We cannot face Malachai alone. And even if we defeat him, there will be other threats, and other enemies. We need to stand together, and we need to be united."
I saw the doubt flickering in their eyes, and I saw the elders exchanging glances. They had been independent for so long, and they were not sure they wanted to give that up.
Alpha Stone spoke, his voice slow and measured. "An alliance is not something to be entered into lightly, Luna. It requires trust, it requires sacrifice, and it requires putting the needs of the many above the needs of the few."
I looked at him, and I felt the weight of his words, because he was right. An alliance was not something to be taken lightly. But the alternative was worse.
"I know," I said. "And I am asking you to trust us. I am asking you to trust me."
I saw the conflict on his face, and the war between caution and hope. He had led his pack for decades. He had learned to be careful, and he had learned to protect his own. But I could also see the flicker of hope in his eyes.
I looked at the Alphas, and I felt the determination rising in my chest.
"Malachai is coming for all of us," I said. "If we stand alone, we will fall. But if we stand together, we have a chance. We have a chance to win, and we have a chance to survive."
I paused, and I let my words sink in. I watched their faces, and I saw the fear and the hope flickering in their eyes.
"I know this is not easy," I continued. "I know you have your own packs, your own people, and your own traditions. But Malachai does not care about any of that. He will destroy us all, and he will not stop until he has everything."
I saw Alpha Stone’s jaw tighten, I saw Alpha Thornwood’s eyes narrow, and I saw the other Alphas shifting in their seats.
I raised my voice, and I felt the power surging through my veins. "We have a choice. We can stand alone and fall, or we can stand together and fight."
The hall was silent for a moment. I could hear my own heartbeat, and I could feel the weight of their gazes on me.
Then Alpha Stone stepped forward. "The Stoneclaw Pack will join the alliance."
I felt the warmth spreading through my chest. One by one, the other Alphas spoke.
"The Thornwood Pack will join."
"The Silver Ridge Pack will join."
"The Moonshadow Pack will join."
I looked at the room, and I felt the tears burning in my eyes. They had done it. They had chosen hope over fear, and they had chosen unity over isolation.
I looked at the wolves gathered before me, and I felt the hope rising in my chest.
"We are no longer separate packs," I said. "We are one alliance, one family, and one force."
I looked at Alpha Stone, Alpha Thornwood, and the other Alphas. They were all looking at me, and I saw the trust in their eyes.
"We will fight together," I continued. "We will bleed together, and we will win together."
The hall erupted in cheers, and I felt the warmth spreading through my chest.
The alliance was formed, the packs were united, and we were ready.
I reached for Kaelen’s hand, and I squeezed it.
"We did it," I whispered.
He squeezed my hand back. "We did it."
I looked at the Alphas, at the wolves who had pledged to stand with us, and I felt the determination burning in my chest.
We were no longer alone. We were united, and we were ready.
The fight was coming. But we would face it together.
