The Bigshot Married Himself to the Heiress
Chapter 1230 - 1170: Snatching a Child Bride
Sienna Johnson knows that Claire Desmond is quite introverted, but when others say that about her, she still feels uncomfortable.
No mother wishes to hear others speak poorly of her child.
Sienna’s warm expression turned cold, and seeing this, Felicity’s mom quickly said, "It’s okay for girls to be quiet, Claire is so beautiful, she will surely be a likable child in the future."
"..."
"Claire, you’re so beautiful, Auntie Agatha really likes you."
Only then did Sienna’s expression soften a bit, but she was still unwilling to talk to Albert’s mom.
Sienna is somewhat famous in Sileria City; even the Mayor is polite to her, so she really doesn’t need to mind anyone’s mood now.
Albert looked at the excessively beautiful Claire and said harshly, "Yeah, being so pretty, better be careful; these days, a lot of perverts target young girls..."
Sienna lost her temper, "Shut up!"
"Wow, I was just kindly reminding you, but if you don’t appreciate it, forget it." After saying this, she turned and walked away.
Felicity’s mom awkwardly said, "Don’t be upset, her husband keeps a mistress outside, she’s in a bad mood."
Sienna held back her anger, thinking to herself: She’s in a bad mood, why take it out on me, I’m not her punching bag.
Sienna said outwardly, "Thank you, I understand, I’ll keep my distance from her in the future."
Felicity’s mom smiled and said, "I’ll go check on our girl."
"Mm."
Adrian Desmond, with his bad temper, heard someone speak like this about his Princess and, surprisingly, didn’t say a single word.
After all, it’s his daughter’s classmate’s mom, so Sienna spoke well of Albert’s mom, "Don’t bother with her; Albert’s mom isn’t good with words."
"Haha..." Adrian let out a cold laugh.
Sienna knows Adrian’s vindictive nature well, fearing he might settle scores with Albert’s mom later, she said, "Listen to me, don’t act recklessly, or you’ll be sleeping on the sofa for a year when you get home!"
"Hmph!"
"Promise me."
"Got it, so naggy!" Adrian frowned, saying impatiently.
Sienna pinched the flesh on his arm, but his arm was all muscle, with no soft flesh to pinch.
"Ugh, why are you all muscle, can’t even pinch."
Adrian: ...
...
The summer camp location is actually a famous resort area in Sileria City, with a five-star hotel halfway up the mountain, and on the mountain, there’s a hot spring, a maple forest canyon, a waterfall, and an underground cave.
The autumn air was crisp, breathing fresh air, and looking at the forest of maples covering the hills gave a unique feeling.
Sienna and Adrian each had a child in their arms; Sheehan was riding on Marion’s shoulders, Curly and her little partners walked together, a group of people grandly headed towards the mountain hotel.
"Claire, look, that’s a butterfly... is it pretty?" Sienna said to her daughter in her arms.
Claire’s eyes followed the butterfly, even though it was just a regular little pink butterfly, it captivated all her attention.
came to Adrian’s side and whispered, "Sixth Master, someone is following us?"
Adrian’s eyes suddenly emitted a killing intent, "Who?"
"That annoying brat from last time."
Adrian put away his murderous aura and said, "Keep a low profile, as long as they don’t bother us, ignore them."
Adrian and 15 didn’t take Kevin Taylor, the little brat, seriously.
Kevin brought five bodyguards this time, each with guns, and followed behind the group, aiming for Claire in Adrian’s arms.
Kevin originally intended to talk nicely, but the man wouldn’t cooperate, so instead, he’s planning to steal Claire home as his child bride.
Alton Young looked at Kevin with a headache, knowing that once they’re back and the patriarch finds out, he’d be the one in trouble.
"Young Master, that baby is so young, would you know how to raise her?"
"I’ve raised dogs!"
Alton: ...
"A baby is harder to raise than a dog; they cry, they get upset, and, if you’re not careful, they get sick... Young Master, why not wait until the baby grows up a bit and then pursue her?"
"Alton, should I listen to you or to myself?"
"Of course, I listen to you."
"Then shut up! Or I’ll tell the patriarch to send you off to sea to be in the Navy."
Alton was a landlubber, afraid of water, having only been on a boat once and nearly lost his life.
Alton felt a chill and obediently shut his mouth.
...
After an hour, they finally arrived at the hotel halfway up the mountain.
Everyone received their room cards, went to their rooms, and temporarily stored luggage to rest.
Adrian’s family directly requested the hotel’s most expensive Deluxe Suite, which could accommodate everyone.
Curly stood by the large floor-to-ceiling window, amazed at the maple forest and waterfall outside.
"Mom and Dad, it’s so beautiful here."
Sienna also loved it, holding her youngest daughter to look at the scenery outside, "Claire, that’s the waterfall, can you see it?"
Claire gazed at the waterfall, seemingly hanging on the horizon, and grinned widely.
Sheehan only watched for a moment before losing interest; he had walked a lot and was tired, climbed onto the bed where Hugo was lying, poked his brother’s chubby face, clearly saying, "Pig."
Hugo reached out to scratch Sheehan’s face, and Sheehan slapped Hugo’s face with a "slap", attracting everyone’s attention.
"Sheehan, how can you hit your brother?"
Hugo was stunned for a moment, then burst into tears; Adrian didn’t care and picked up his youngest son, saying, "Don’t be scared, when you’re older, I’ll teach you martial arts, then you can hit back."
"Adrian, is this how you educate kids?" Sienna said disapprovingly.
Brothers should be loving, not fighting.
Curly looked at Sheehan and laughed, "Little brat, back then, when you annoyed me, I never hit you, and now you’re bullying the weak, I despise you!"
Sheehan didn’t quite understand, merely frowned at Curly and then looked at the stern expression of his mother.
"Sheehan, you can’t hit your brother, understood? You shouldn’t hit anyone, hitting people is wrong," Sienna taught her son.
"Pig!" Sheehan said just that word and laid down to sleep, ignoring everyone.
Sienna couldn’t reason with him much; Sheehan was still too young to understand anything profound.
"You brat, getting more and more unruly."
Adrian said, "Boys roughhousing is normal, don’t worry so much."
"They’re brothers! They should help each other in the future. If you don’t teach them brotherly love when they’re young, won’t they drift apart as they grow up?"
"They’re so young, can’t you wait till they’re older to educate them? If you talk to them about this now, they won’t understand." Adrian thought Sienna was overreacting.
"You just indulge them."
