In the early hours, Munni vaguely heard some rustling sounds by her ears, but she was too sleepy to care and continued sleeping.

Yisen’s early return truly surprised Munni. After waking up, she took a shower and freshened up in the bathroom before heading downstairs to prepare breakfast in the kitchen.

Munni planned to do some volunteering today, so after breakfast, she went back to the room to change clothes. She left a note on the bedside table reminding Xu Yisen that she had prepared breakfast for him, urging him to eat when he woke up.

And Xu Yisen must have been truly exhausted these past few days, as he slept until the afternoon.

Upon seeing the note on the bedside table, he curled his lips into a smile, got out of bed to take a shower and freshened up again.

The porridge Munni prepared had already cooled, so Xu Yisen reheated it, and after eating, he changed his clothes and left the house, driving to the children’s welfare center where Munni was volunteering.

In the past two years, thanks to an introduction by Bai Wan Yun’s society lady friend, Munni learned about this children’s welfare center. Unable to conceive a child herself and adoring kids, she volunteered weekly, playing with the children there.

Upon reaching the children’s welfare center, Yisen parked his car and walked inside. It wasn’t long before he found Munni in the music room, teaching children how to play the violin.

This music room was built with a donation from Yisen at the end of last year, and the dozen or so violins inside were all donated by him as well.

While interacting with the children, Munni always had a light smile on her face, and an unknowingly enchanting gracefulness surrounded her.

A little boy in the music room noticed Xu Yisen standing outside the window and informed Munni.
