"From today onwards, our organization must change its attitude towards the Star Alliance, treating it as a partner rather than a mere subordinate organization."

"Maisy, you'll be responsible for the specific arrangements. Any problems with that?"

Maisy immediately replied, "No problem, Guild Master!"

The Guild Master nodded slightly, glanced around, and then said:

"The meeting is adjourned. Let's disperse."

The moment the words fell, the man disappeared without a trace.

With his departure, the atmosphere in the hall gradually relaxed.

"Congratulations, Maisy! Since the Guild Master entrusted you with this task, it means he holds you in high regard."

"Maisy really has great insight, discovering such a treasure as the Star Alliance."

"After so many years, this is the first time the Wisdom Code has encountered such a promising subordinate organization. If the Star Alliance truly becomes a major wizard influence, it will greatly benefit us."

Numerous scholars congratulated Maisy one after another.

The Star Alliance was introduced by Maisy to become a subordinate organization under the Wisdom Code, and it's said that Sunan has a good relationship with Maisy too.

This also means that the stronger and more influential the Star Alliance becomes, the higher Maisy's stature in the Wisdom Code will rise.

Maisy thanked them one by one, and out of the corner of her eye, she noticed that Ronin had already left the hall at some point.

...

Realm of Truth

Wizard Town, top floor of the Stone Tower.

Morick and Ortis sat facing each other, both wearing expressions of extreme shock.

"I truly didn't expect the Star Alliance to build a Floating City so quickly," Morick exclaimed.

Ortis also had a complicated expression: "This time, the Star Alliance can be said to have undergone a complete transformation."

The two exchanged glances, unable to hide their amazement in their eyes.

The significance of a Floating City is something every wizard understands deeply.

The Star Alliance, having built a Floating City, has ascended to a level beyond other second-tier wizard influences.

Morick and Ortis are both leaders of their respective wizard influences. While Abyssal Dawn and the Raven were slightly inferior to the Star Alliance, they were ultimately in the same tier.

But now, the Star Alliance has undoubtedly soared far above Abyssal Dawn and the Raven.

Even large wizard influences like the Wisdom Code and the Deep Blue Alliance can no longer underestimate it.

"Sunan really has a way of taking everyone by surprise each time,"

Morick shook his head in amazement.

Ortis showed an expression of deep agreement.

Even though she has known Sunan for quite a long time and has teamed up with him many times, she still finds him unfathomable.

A genius with unparalleled talent in the Wizard Realm, he not only started from scratch but single-handedly built the Star Alliance, a faction with immense potential, akin to an unbelievable miracle.

...

Moonlight Plane, City of Utmost Darkness.

In a dim, chilly corridor, the air felt a bit cool.

The magic stone lamps hanging on either side of the walls seemed shrouded in a layer of gloom, emitting a light with a hint of coldness.

Two wizards hurriedly walked through the corridor, suddenly spotting a figure approaching ahead, causing them to hastily stop.

Once they saw the arrival's face clearly, both wizards' expressions became stern, and they quickly bowed with extreme respect.

"Lord Jude!"

Jude didn't spare them a glance, walking past expressionlessly.

Anyone could see that his mood was quite sour at the moment.

It wasn't until Jude's figure disappeared at the end of the corridor that the two wizards straightened up, exchanged glances, and showed somewhat odd expressions.

They certainly knew why Lord Jude was in a bad mood; after all, the news had been spreading like wildfire these days, known to everyone.

However, deterred by the might of a True Spirit Wizard, they dared not discuss it further here and shrugged it off before continuing on their way.

Walking through the corridor, Jude finally arrived at a heavy wooden door. Without stopping, he continued forward, like passing through water, and entered the door.

Behind the door lay a huge stone chamber, decorated with extreme simplicity, containing only a massive obsidian round table in the center, with no other furniture.

Despite the minimalism, it was one of the core areas of the City of Utmost Darkness and the venue for the highest meetings of the Dark Throne.

There were ten seats around the round table, with seven of them currently occupied.

Six of them sat solemnly, their eyes slightly lowered, subtly centering around another individual.

That individual was draped in a black robe, leaving no skin exposed, with even the face covered in an incredibly deep shadow, hiding eyes, nose, and mouth completely.

At a glance, the person resembled a shadowy human silhouette, exuding a sinister and cold aura.

Jude's gaze fleetingly touched the figure before he immediately bowed and saluted.

"Lord Ernie."

Ernie Benitez, a name famous throughout the multiverse.

He was one of the three thrones overseeing the Dark Throne.

In the entire Wizard Realm, his lofty status was undeniable.

As for the other six present, along with Jude, they were the seven Crown Wizards beneath the thrones.

"Take a seat,"

Ernie glanced at Jude and waved him down.

Jude bowed again, then walked to an empty seat and sat down.

Ernie scanned the room, then spoke in a deep tone.

"Alright, everyone's here. Let's hear what's going on."

With those words, all eyes turned toward Jude.

Jude's eye twitched slightly, and he spoke seriously: "The information has been confirmed; the Star Alliance has indeed built a Floating City."

Though they had anticipated it, hearing this news still caused all the Crown Wizards to tense collectively.

"This development might propel the Star Alliance further, potentially allowing it to enter the ranks of large wizard influences."

"The Star Alliance is a subordinate organization of the Wisdom Code; it's not aligned with us."

"Indeed, if the Star Alliance truly becomes a large wizard influence, it won't be good for us."

"If I recall correctly, we've had quite a few conflicts with the Star Alliance, right?" one Crown Wizard looked at Jude. "Wasn't it always Jude's crew handling matters against the Star Alliance?"

Jude's face turned slightly grim, but he nodded under Ernie's gaze.

"I underestimated the Star Alliance and Sunan."

As he uttered these words, a touch of bitterness and regret surfaced in Jude's heart.

If he had known that Sunan and the Star Alliance would grow to this extent, he would have crushed them while still risking a war with the Wisdom Code to eliminate the threat in its infancy.

However, no one could have predicted such rapid growth for Sunan and the Star Alliance.

From the lifting of the blockade on the Starlight Continent to now, in just over three thousand years, they had grown enough to force even the Dark Throne to take them seriously.

Now, even if he wanted to harden his resolve to strike against Sunan and the Star Alliance, it wouldn't be so easy.

And even without the Wisdom Code's protection, the Star Alliance, equipped with a Floating City, already posed a formidable power.

To annihilate such a force, the Dark Throne would have to dispatch its entire army.

But such a move isn't easy.

With a colossus like the Dark Throne, even a slight move can have wide-ranging consequences; mobilizing the entire army isn't something that can be done at will.

By comparison, targeting Sunan might seem simpler.

"My initial plan was to wait for Sunan to enter the Realm of Truth, then find an opportunity to kill him. But he has always been acting together with Maisy, Morick, and Ortis, leaving me no chance to strike."

Ernie was silent for a long moment before he finally said, "Regardless, we cannot allow Sunan and the Star Alliance to continue growing. I can grant you the authority to deploy personnel. No matter what method you use, you must kill Sunan."

Jude's spirit lifted, and he nodded immediately.

"Yes, Lord Ernie!"

The Crown Wizards of the Dark Throne have independent domains; Jude couldn't command other Crown Wizards. But with Ernie's support, it's different.

If multiple Crown Wizards join forces, even if Sunan continues acting with Maisy and the others, Jude is confident Sunan won't leave the Realm of Truth alive!

"Don't disappoint me," Ernie glanced at Jude indifferently.

Jude's heart trembled slightly, and he solemnly said, "Rest assured, my lord!"
