They didn’t even enter the inland, but Stella took this opportunity to look for higher-tier corrupted beasts.

She used her consciousness to check the surrounding miles. Her mental power spread outward.

They were up against a group of mid-tier corrupted beasts. She ignored their fighting and the other mid-tier Corrupted Beasts in that area.

Her goal was to find higher-tier beasts, but she didn’t find any. She decided to leave the place.

She left the place instantly. Only Jeremy Night was standing there with full body armor and a helmet. He didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.

He decided to let Stella act with freedom because it was not a decision made here; he had made an equal contract with her when she was in egg form.

If she wanted to act on her own, then it was her free will. It’s just that he recalled Lord Martha’s words: he had to be wary of evil people.

There were powerful beast tamers with bad intentions. If their gaze were to fall on her, then it wouldn’t be good.

So, he decided to find some time and brief her about the dangerous situation. Next, he started walking along the path.

He used his own vision power to scan the surroundings. He didn’t find a single corrupted beast, but he didn’t lose hope. He could tell that Stella was not far away.

He sensed her direction and headed towards that place.

A six-winged butterfly spotted a group of Tier-5 and Tier-6 Wolves. The wolf pack was moving from one direction to another.

They were looking for Human Beast Tamers to hunt. Stella spotted the beast group of 8 to 10 wolves. Among them, there were a couple of Tier-6 beasts.

She had an immediate urge to slaughter them. If she wanted, she could easily destroy them, but she thought of Jeremy Night.

She knew it wasn’t only important for her to grow; her contractor needed to grow as well.

If both of them accumulated enough experience, then it would be easy for them to enter the next stage.

The next moment, she reduced her size and appeared in front of the wolf pack. The Tier-6 and Tier-5 Wolves were taken aback by the sudden appearance of the flying beast.

They thought an enemy had appeared. They were ready to fight, and the Tier-5 beasts were almost ready in a fighting position.

Only the Tier-6 beasts were not that afraid. They had already seen through the strength of the flying beast.

Knowing that it was a Tier-4 Beast, the intelligent Tier-6 Wolves felt quite insulted. One of them went forward to attack.

The Tier-6 Wolf didn’t hesitate to attack the Tier-4 Beast. It felt annoyed by the presence of the Tier-4 beast.

Stella vanished from the spot and appeared a few meters backward. The attack was missed by the Tier-6 Wolf.

It was taken aback. The next second, it started to chase after the flying beast.

Using this opportunity, Stella headed back to Jeremy Night. The whole wolf pack was triggered; they were being played by a Tier-4 flying beast.

The 8 to 10 Wolf beasts were triggered. They went after the Tier-6 Wolf while letting out a howl.

Howl!

The howl echoed through the area.

Meanwhile, Jeremy Night was walking along the path. He was using his vision power to scan the surroundings as well. While he was observing the surroundings, it didn’t take long for him to notice something different.

A black dot in the distance was rushing towards him. As he looked at the black dot, he felt more connected.

He thought that black dot was none other than Stella. He didn’t know why she was rushing towards him. If she wanted, she could have used her flight ability to arrive faster.

Yet she was rushing for some reason. Jeremy Night stopped moving. He looked towards the place. Through his eye power, he could see her when she got into his range.

Then he found out the reason behind her actions. Several 2- to 3-meter-tall wolf beasts were chasing her.

A 3-meter-tall Tier-6 Wolf Beast was in the lead chasing her.

His mouth curved into an arc. He knew what was going on right now. Stella had found that beast group and then led them towards his direction so that he could fight.

In the blink of an eye, the six-winged butterfly beast returned to his side.

[I made the wolf pack chase me. We can now fight together,] she said to him.

Hearing that, Jeremy Night smiled and said, "You handle the Tier-6 beasts. I’ll handle the Tier-5 wolves."

Stella agreed to that. There was a reason for doing that. He wanted to improve his blade skills further, so he was not going to do anything overpowered to kill the beasts.

In the blink of an eye, the ten beasts appeared before them and surrounded them in all directions.

Jeremy Night faced the 6 Tier-5 beasts. Stella was ready to tear down the 4 Tier-6 Beasts.

Roar!

The wolves roared one after another. Their faces looked ferocious. They were ready to tear down the two people. The beasts were more angry at the flying-type Lifeline beast.

Stella didn’t fight right away. She wanted to see what Jeremy Night was up to next.

The Tier-5 Wolf charged at Jeremy Night. It was the first beast to make a move.

Jeremy Night held the blade tightly. He was waiting for the right opportunity. He didn’t cover the blade with starlight energy.

When the 2-meter-tall beast got before him, he didn’t even use his eye power. His own body talent senses kicked in.

All of a sudden, the movements around him slowed down. He could follow the trajectory of the beast easily.

Slash!

When the beast’s claws were close to him, he made his move. He side-stepped enough and swung the blade right away.

The defense of the Tier-5 beasts was not that strong. So, when the blade came in contact with the skin, it easily split open the flesh.

The blood splattered across the ground. Before the beast could get up, he made a reverse strike.
